I have been setting for over 3 hours waiting for my camper installation. Went to the counter and asked where the running board are that I ordered. I was told they where not here and had to be delivered from Dallas. The problem is I postponed my installation for a week on the promise they would be here four days earlier. I ask Kerby what happened and he just shrugged his shoulders. Ryan tried to get them here this morning but the problem is no one confessed to the mistake before I asked. Costumer service brings costumers back. I spent $4k but I guess that’s not enough to ensure good costumer service.Update, The manager called me after he heard what happened and made it right.

This place is amazing! They were able to put a trailer break on my Ford Transit when Five Star Ford would not do it. They were also able to diagnose and fix a wiring problem with my electrical plug to my RV. Adam, Danny and Ryan are all helpful and caring.

I called, they ordered it, then installed it. Very simple very easy.

Professional and fast. Tonneau cover, bed liner and running boards. All good.

On a whim we decided to look for a camper while visiting family and thankfully Adam was able to help us find a perfect match. We had the camper installed same day. Comparable prices to others. If this location does not have one in stock they can call one of their other locations to see if they have one.

After a terrible experience with sales agent Mark C we as a company will be canceling our account and no longer using this company. This sales agent managed to walk bye 2 no soliciting signs posted on outside of front door and after being asked to leave he managed to scare my office manager bye slamming booklet down on her desk and screaming cus words as he left . This is not how you treat customers and I will be canceling all business with this company ASAP.

Battery went dead, so I had to get my remote start system reprogrammed that I purchased from there. I went in and in about 20 minutes they had me done and sent me on my way. Went back in about 10 minutes to give the young man at $20 tip and nobody could find him. Well try again. Thank you

I called last Thurs and set up an appt to have my ARE truck lid re-installed which was completed last Sat. (I had disassembled it improperly)The customer service I received from from Ryan Moore was absolutely phenomenal from the get go. Working with Ryan, it is obvious he loves his job. They were very busy on this day, but he was the ultimate professional, knowledgeable, courteous and happy to explain the pricing and install process time frame.After returning home Sat, I dicovered the lid did not open and close as I expected. I then tried using my key in the lock and I made it worse. This morn I returned and Ryan met me at the front counter, then quickly assessed the issue, made an adjustment on the swing bars that open and close the lid smoothly and securely. Most importantly, Ryan replaced the old gunked out cylinder lock with a new one and it now works like a charm.Ryan, thanks for your professional attitude great service.

Awesome staff, got me in without an appointment and out in under an hour. Very clean shop, very polite, would definitely recommend.

For a seemingly small shop, they have a wonderful staff and thoroughly knowledgeable and professional installation crew. They ordered what I wanted, set up an installation date, and then expertly installed it. I was expecting it to take a week or two; it was done in 4 days getting it and took less than an hour to install. What was it? A DC to 110 volt AC voltage converter (1500 watts). They do much much more than campers. You can bet Ill be back with my van when I need something else installed.

I brought in a much older model of snug lid that wouldnt lock. They went above and beyond to get everything fixed correctly and even re-glued the carpet that was pealing off the topper as a courtesy. I highly recommend these guys, they have earned me as a customer for life.

My husband and I bought a new Ram 2500 4x4 Diesel and had them install chrome edge power steps, a 5th wheel hitch and all-weather mats. The service, communication, timeliness and end result were exceptional. Will definitely be back.

I bought a tonneau cover two years ago from them for a Tacoma. Had to negotiate the price due to being way over what the manufacturer list it as. They worked with me, I was happy.Two years later, new truck, needed new cover. They wanted three hundred dollars over what different manufacturer had listed, and refused to do anything better than 200 dollars over. To boot, the salesman could not act any less interested for my business. He seemed rather content I said that was too much and barely gave me a bye on the way out.Went to Mikes Off-Road Accessories down the road - much better service as well as non-bull prices.I doubt I will be using DFW Camper Corral in the future. Two stars for decent service albeit two years ago.

This is a great place to have accessories for your truck to buy and have them install most of the accessories for my truck come from this place and theyre always great to help I had to order some parts and they were really great and then when I came in they put the parts on for me which was the hydraulic lifts for my bed cover their great people and I highly recommend them

Went by yesterday at 2:00 to purchase a bed liner and folding bed cover that I reviewed last week with a very helpful sales person named Danny. He was not there and I spoke to another employee ( no name tag, black shirt, I think Asst. Manager) who was very discourteous and made it obvious that he had no interest in assisting me with anything.I left without making a purchase. If someone in authority from the store reads this I want them to know that because of this jerk your company lost a sale of approximately $2000.00.I will take my business elsewhere.

The guy that appears to be manager/owner needs to enroll in some HR classes.Personality of a brick conceited wall.Other two on site employees ( guy with bright orange tennis shoes) and younger man were nice.Will consider other stores for future business.

We ordered a camper shell for my husbands truck. Got it installed 3 weeks later. Noted it was the wrong color. Rather than order a new one they took it back and returned it and we are currently still waiting 2 months after its return to get it back...So we have paid in full for a camper shell that is not on our truck for a total of 3 months. Get the run around every time we call, promises of next week which never materialize. We will go somewhere else for my truck and never come here again. Mistakes happen. How you recover service afterwards determines loyalty of your customers.

Included in the price; Topper painted to match my 2016 Chevy Colorado Extended Cab (Redrock Metallic), shell carpet liner, 12v interior light and sliding cab window. Price: $1,599 ($800 cash deposit)., subtract $50 ATC coupon, plus $138.39 in taxes, and finally $127.50 for installation.Total: $1,677.49.Maybe I will give them an extra star if they do a great installation.
