Bait and switch company. They advertise cars which are a very good price and way below fair price market value. You can actually see pictures of the car. Then when you get there, they tell you that the car has been sold. This happened to me. I saw a car, I spoke to someone on the phone who said the car was there, and then low and behold...it really wasnt there. Then they ask you if you want to buy another car which isnt as good of a deal. The figure that there are many desperate shoppers out there who need a car, and may have even spent money on transportation to get there and just want to get a car, even if it is at a higher price. This place should be shut down for being dishonest. Dont fall for all their fake 5 star reviews.

Horrible experience. Tack on an extra 5k to the ticket price. Transmission failure, Major oil leak. Took the car back day 2 was given the run around by Louis and the finance guy Blanco who screamed and yell at me (you bought the car as is, do what ever you have to do!) after putting me in debt 30k. You give these guys all your personal info and they dont have your best interest. They dont even check the oil and fluid. Traded in my car which had problems. They cleaned it up and put it on the lot to sale without fixing. If you see a gray corolla dont buy it. Best of luck

Called about a vehicle I saw online yesterday & Luis told me it was no longer there. Then JoJo called & told me the car was there. We were driving 3 1/2 hours for the vehicle. He said he would put a reserve sign & put in back. We get there today as discussed & he tells us that he is having the car detailed for us & it will be ready in 20 - 30 minutes. We walked around the lot while waiting to look at other cars & then went inside to continue waiting for said car. He asked for my pre-approval info to get everything going. He even asked if we would be taking the car home today. After about 20 minutes another guy comes out & says the car is not there. He also said that Jojo was off yesterday BUT HE CALLED YESTERDAY & TOLD ME THE CAR WAS THERE! This was going to be my daughters first car. Imagine her disappointment. I cant believe all the lies we were told.

I bought a 2015 Mustang EcoBoost. I love the car it is an excellent condition. Modern Auto Salesman JoJo was a very good after a little bit of negotiations back and forth I got the price I wanted they kept my payments affordable and honored everything they said they were going to do. I would buy another car off of modern Auto Sales.

Got an offer from this place via TrueCar on a 2017 Kia Sorrento LX for $14,996. Called Jay & confirmed the car is available, drove 3hrs there and Jay told me that it was sold among 2 other 2018 Kia Sorrentos which are still showing as available from the emails they sent and on their website. Jay told me that the only a 2020 Sorrento available and he would need to go get it, selling for 25K. Dont waste your time there!

Found this place off of Facebook and read the reviews which i was happy i did so because the minute I called I spoke to somebody and were able to give me information right off the back. I knew I wasnt looking for something so expensive, so I was able to get a very cheap affordable deal, that still came with good APR, factory warranty, and a reasonable monthly payment. This man named Emmanuel took my deposit for a junk car that couldn’t be sold and refuses to give me back my money . He is a thief all of them in the office are horrible . 1st experience 2 years ago wasnt the greatest. Was told wed get the vehicle for one amount by sales person, but did not by finance person. Husband had got cut by the wire gate, and the warranty provided didnt cover the engine that blew less than a month after purchase. I dreaded going back, but this time was very good. Different staff different results. The gentlemen in the office was determined to help find resolution to my issue. Which in turn was not of their doing. However he went above and beyond and actually gave me information youd think the tag agency wouldve figured out and how to get to one nearby as Im not from the area. Sucks I dont remember his name, but thank you again.

Wished I could’ve given them a 5 star like I see most people did, but sadly I can’t. I was in cargurus and saw a car that I really liked and they called me saying they have it and to come check it out. Ok so two days later I went in and was told they don’t have it but they had another similar same price ok. Took all day ok it’s whatever. Then when it was close to finishing everything with the paperwork they specifically told me they would clean the car up make it nice and neat for me to take it home ok... then when I asked are they cleaning the car or are they done, they say “oh no the people who are in charge of that aren’t here” so my question is why did they even tell me in the first place they were going to clean it? I’m going to try not to make this too too long but it’s gonna he hard. All I’ll say is that they made me drive all the way over there (I live pretty far away) about 3 times. The first time I called them and they told me something was wrong, if I hadn’t called them they wouldn’t have told me something was wrong with the paperwork. The second time I went and I WASNT PREPARED BECAUSE THEY NEVER TOLD ME BEFORE HAND, they said they needed $1000 more from me (not going into details) etc etc... and it has been over three months almost four months they keep on calling and calling and calling every single day saying that they need this and that, why wouldn’t they do their job right? Why didn’t they tell me ALL THAT when I went the FIRST time. Oh and I still haven’t gotten my plate so the car is parked for quite a while. They haven’t even worked on it and when I call and ask what’s going on they don’t give me a straight answer saying they have to “call the office” well shouldn’t they already know? Very very VERY disappointed. And when I went there the last time they had me waiting for over an hour, they were too busy walking around talking with each other having coffee. They obviously don’t care, they just want you to get a car and give them the money. Learned my lesson. If I could I would take the car back and get my money back.

I bought the car elsewhere almost two weeks later and still no word. They seem real sketchy and will lie to you in your face. He also wanted my deposit before I even saw the car. Tread carefully. These people are scammers. Im sure they baited me and tried to get me to switch to the 300S that they kept mentioning.
