They have been the sweetest people about fixing a car that no one wants to take on. A fiat that was hit by another car. They were perfectionists about fixing it. The paint job was IMMACULATE. I dont see me going elsewhere.

These guys were great! I had my rear left window motor fail on me, leaving my window permanently open. I called and they worked me in within the week. I lived nearby and have just the one vehicle and they dropped me off at home while they performed the repair! Turns out the factory sent the wrong part and my part was on back order, but they got the window back up and it stays shut! That was my primary concern! Fantastic guys, Ill use them for every one of my automotive needs going forward, most definitely!

Not sure if it was head boss or higher up but was seemed very annoyed to even talk about my vehicle or let me ask an employee a question so on the basis of customer care and concern I would give them a 2. As far as the work on the vehicle. I couldnt say BC I did not take it there simply BC of they m their customer service. Front office assistant and the cat were the only friendly associates... Haha

They have been very thorough, and always communicate very well concerning the needs of each project, and the best way to go concerning resolving the issue. I am very pleased with their service and their turn around time. I have a few more projects Im sending their way soon.

When the oil light on my old van kept flickering on and off I thought it was a goner. Anderson Motor diagnosed and fix the problem at a very reasonable price. Im very happy with the service I received. I loved the office cats too!

I am so very thankful that this company and the people that work for it exist. Im a retired disabled vet living with my partner and two cats on the road in our 1977 Dodge American Clipper RV and our mechanical fuel pump went out while traveling through town. I called several mechanics in the area but Anderson Motor company were the only ones willing to help us out. Originally I was told that they may not be able to get to it until Wednesday on a Friday which would have taken us out of our home, but after explaining that situation to Chris at the shop he did everything in his power to get us back on the road. Even though they were backed up Chris made our problem his problem and bless him for getting us back on the road that day. Our two cats were also very happy to get home. We were treated like family by the front staff and I would recommend this shop a thousand times over. Great people great prices. Thank God for Anderson Motor Company they really saved our butts.

I attempted to take my vehicle in for repairs two different times. I received a quote for a front end overhaul, and a fuel pump replacement. The charges, in my opinion, were so outrageous to me that I decided to go somewhere else for both repairs. I am not a wealthy person. When they told me the cost of the part and the 55% markup of an additional $160 to me just for the part, they told me I have to keep the shop in business. The labor was going to be an additional $100/hr. What they dont know is I know how to look up the cost of the part. I also know they receive discounts from parts suppliers when sourcing parts for repairs. They were going to charge me full retail for the part, and then add an additional 50% markup to me???!!!! That is outrageous. I will never be back to that shop and waste my time. It is unfortunate ☹️ that you cant trust auto repair places in Huntsville because this is how they gouge their customers and rip them off. When I complained about it being too much and unreasonable, he justified it by saying thats what all the shops in Huntsville do. I just moved here a year ago. Although I have been blessed in my past getting auto repair service from shops/owners who I became friends with, I would never have expected shops in Huntsville operate like they do.

Anderson Motor Company is the best shop in Huntsville For auto repairs and maintenance. I’m extremely impressed with their staff and the work they did on my vehicle. They provided me options, communicated consistently, and their work was done perfectly. This is my preferred shop going forward!

I was referred to Anderson Motor Company and have heard such great things. I left my acadia today.. so I havent even gotten the vehicle back yet and already eager to leave a review. I know from experience that taking your car somewhere can cause so much anxiety. Especially if youre like me and have had to take it to about 6 differemt shops with no hope. Trust is the number one thing you care for when going through troubles. I wanted to say that these people made me feel more secure than any other. They were able to prove the problem to me before i left and talked me through my worries like i was family. Im so hopeful and possitive for the first time in a year and a half. Thank you Anderson. Spoke to a mechanic ( dont remember his name) over the phone about a check engine light on in my 93 Mazda and how I was unable to find anyone with an OBD1 scanner. I really appreciated how upfront and honest he was and he told me the best way to accurately read the code. Ill probably start bringing my other cars here in the future!

The lady at the front is very nice and she makes up for a lot of the agitation you can get from the rude men in the back but the service and the unreliability is just not what I would recommend. I had an entire paragraph typed out but ultimately that is all I should say.

Ive been a loyal customer for years on my many different vehicles. They were just completely unprofessional and rude to me! I will not be back again! There are a million repair shops around town, find a different one to take your vehicle to.In response to their reply, they have no idea what was going on and are completely incorrect! They immediately made assumptions and asked me to leave! I even went back in to try and give her another chance to listen, but just more ridiculousness. Go through the Google and Facebook reviews, Im not the only one

They towed our car after a bad wreck the police officers request. They wouldnt tow it to our house. Then we were charged for the days they werent open and we couldnt retrieve the vehicle. When we paid the charges for storing the vehicle and towing it to our house, they didnt even bring us the vehicle until the next afternoon! Highly dissatisfied.
