Very Friendly Staff, Great affordable hair

I purchased a $200 wig from them and I’m highly disappointed. The wig gets matted, like extremely matted and it takes me hours to comb through it. And it also sheds like a dog shedding its winter coat. I regret ever doing business with this company. Highly disappointed is an understatement I am BEHOOVED AT THE MONSTROSITY THAT IVE PURCHASED. After I get finished coming it out the only thing that will be left is the wig cap. Do not waste your time nor money with these overpriced dry wigs. You’ll be better off taking your chances with an aliexpress wig at least you’ll have a chance to get your money back. And I only left one start because zero stars wasn’t an option. I WILL NEVRR I REPEAT NEVER EVER EVER SPEND MY MONEY HERE AGAIN.

I saw advertised a 18 inch ring light with three phone holders on Facebook and Instagram ads so I purchased it for 129 they sent me at 18 inch ring light with one phone holder and no instruction on how to put it together I had to guess I don’t like liars and I don’t like my money stolen do not buy I have a salon located in Ohio and I will be spreading the word about my experience I won’t be buying anything else from them the ring light works fine for now

I just received my order for melt down lace glue, glue remover,and stay down styling wax and I love each product. I tried other brands however this lace glue holds my wig safe and secure. I love how fast the glue dries and it doesnt leave a residue at all. I am going to order another supply tomorrow. Did I mention that the lace glue doesnt leave a white residue like another product that I used 💯😎

Yes, first time after reading reviews, the reviews were correct. Just leaving the store, the staff were pleasantly helpful, knew about the products for my hair. She suggested items that were beneficial whereas I grabbed items that wasnt good for lasting wear. Im impressed with the suggestions, organization, pricing, and overall cleanliness of the store. I bought a wig for $800 and it was on sale for 30% off. When I had the wig installed my stylist noticed that the hair was tangling. Not even two weeks of having the wig in it began to shed tremendously. I was at work and literally had to brush the hair constantly! This was the worst hair I’ve ever had, and I’ve been wearing extensions for several years. The worst shedding I’ve ever experienced and tangling. I really thought this would be my new go to hair place but I will never go here ever again. DO NOT purchase a wig from here. I ended up giving away an $800 wig I only wore for less than two weeks because it was so unmanageable.

Its a cleaner set up then most places but what throws me off is i like to be creative and find a knew style randomly sometimes, the ladies in the store will ask for your help, tell them no but Ill let you know if I do. Then proceeds to follow you around like your gonna steal ( everything has security tags on them btw) they are nice people but that weirds me out the few times Ive been in there so I just go to As or the beauty Mart on the other side of town

OT one of the managers is the best. Store just open and they were busy and he still stopped what he was doing to assist me.It is so hard to find good customer service, and I found that at Hair Queen. Customer for life!!!

I went in to purchase a drawstring ponytail and asked if I could see it out of the package. I was informed management doesnt like them to open the packages. I asked the cashier if the texture of the hair was the same throughout the piece since a curly tendril was sticking out, he informed me it was. I took it home and opened it, it was two completely different textures and not well made. If you purchase hair from them and arent sure insist on seeing it out of the packet, if you cant leave. There is a sign at the register that says exchanges within 14 days, but on the receipt it states no exchanges on wigs, hairpieces etc. I will throw this one away

I was looking at wig had the Manikin turn around one of the worker come and turns it around while my hands are stroking the wig...she said she is worried about the wood its sitting on. Sale was lost after that if someone is looking at something first thing out of your mouth should have been how can I help you. Cashier were super slow I stood in like 10 mines and I was 3rd person in line. If I didnt need the edge control for a client I would have left. I always here about how great this store is wasnt so great for me neither were the prices this would be a last resort store for me Ill stick with solid gold.
