Clem tire has been in business for many years now, they work on cars and also sell and install tires

They break things on your car then try and say it was already broke. I took my bmw there to get my wheels balanced. The mechanic did a great job balancing them he was putting the back on my car Nd instead of starting the lugs by hand he used the impact. He stripped out 2 lug holes. Then when I told him I saw that he did it he admitted to doing it. Got his manager and the manager tried to say I brought my vehicle in that way. The wat the holes was stripped the lug wouldn’t stay in. If I brought my car in that way the lug would have fell out. After days of arguing. They told me they’ll charge me half to fix it. Which is dumb. I shouldn’t have to pay for them to fix something they broke.

Staff and business as a whole were great to work with. Very professional and honest with any issues you have with your vehicle. Will definitely be doing business with them in the future again.

My mom bought a air conditioner for her truck in 2015. Stopped working they replaced it again. And currently its not working. And they refuse to replace it or fix it. She doesnt drive the truck much. and put very few miles on it. It should still be working!

Nicest fricken people in Huntsville!! They go the extra mile for their clients. They were very good with keeping me informed on what was happening with my vehicle every step of they way. When I initially dropped my vehicle off, they were nice enough to take me all the way down the parkway to pick up a rental car out of pure kindness. The service writers are very respectful and helpful people. I will NEVER take my vehicle anywhere else in Huntsville.

I had a leak in a tire and brought it here to get fixed. It took them less than 2 minutes to get the tire off and find the leak. They handed me the keys 12 minutes later.The staff was friendly and the price was right, Im glad I took my car here!

Probably the best experience Ive had at a car shop. The guy who took my car was very nice, and explained some issues that needed to be fixed without pushing me into a pricey resolution. He was straight up and honest about my car, and in my opinion thats super hard to come by nowadays when everyone is out to gouge the customer. Thank you for an awesome experience dudes!

These guys helped me out when I was really needing help. I promised to come back when I needed something big and could help them. I went back today and got the best deal on 4- 20 inch tires. Less than 800 dollars. Great customer service. Im going to bake them a cake as a token of my appreciation.

Ive been here several times. Its always quick when I get my oil change. The guy named Dusty at the front counter was professional, courteous, and super helpful. He even went to turn on the tv for me in the waiting area without my asking. But I told him he didnt have to since I brought a book to read. Not a single complaint from me.

Great place to get new tires

Whenever you get a chance visit this place they have used tires and they have new tires and theyre all to me pretty reasonable so when you get a chance give them some business

These guys are complete morons.I took my BMW in to have two front tires replaced. I was told it would take 45 minutes. After thirty minutes the service manager wanted to confirm with me that we were replacing the rear tires. I told him no, we were replacing the front tires. The tires I had supplied them with wouldnt even fit on the rear. Now here we go: at 45 minutes I saw a mechanic drive my car into the garage. A few minutes later he had removed one front wheel and disappeared into the rear of the garage. I watched as nothing was done from that point forward. After an hour and fifteen minutes I tracked down the service manager and explained that I dont have time for this. I was due on the highway in less than thirty minutes and I hadnt even packed. After 1.5 hours the service manager said I didnt know they wuz run-flats. I made him put my old tire and wheel back on my car and I left. So the mechanic didnt know how to remove the tire from the wheel and disappeared on holiday while I stood there waiting on my car without the service manager ever checking on it. Had I not intervened who knows how long they would have left me standing there waiting for two tires to be changed out that they didnt know how to do? From there I took the car to Pep Boys. They did the job in 45 minutes and charged me ten dollars less than Clem wanted. Avoid these guys at all cost. Take it to Pep Boys just down the road.

Bad customer service my sister. Ms. Hayes took her car there. Wrong tires installed. She decided on the Michelin but they installed the Kelly. However the worst was lug nuts missing. She was told they had to be missing when they changed the tires. And refused to repair. Well funny the way I see it since this is a safety issue . Why would you not say something then. You will never. Again get business from any of us.

They have taking care of three generations cars in our family. They are fair with their pricing and do good quality work.

Great place get your cat sevices

Bought a car from a dealership they sent the 2016 GMC Arcadia to this place. Was suppose to be done in a day or less for brakes and alignment. The afternoon that was suppose to be ready sat on the gravel lot from 1pm till closed never moved. Call the dealership to check status around 5:15pm on the same day. Dealership said that Clems had it on the rack and was going to have it fixed first thing in the morning.The other vehicle from the dealership that I did see them take into a bay and fix the day before is sitting in front of the my vehicle. So I think they are liars and still hasnt been moved this day yet. So either the dealership are lieing or Clems.

These people are horrible and very unprofessional! I took my truck to get the tires rotated and balanced, and they put the wrong screws in my rims! Now Im stuck trying to find new screws for my rims because of their negligence! Additionally they didnt ask if I wanted a warranty on either full set of tires that I purchased! Beware of this location because they are making good year look really bad and unprofessional as of today I will not be doing business with them.

This is the worst place in Huntsville. My husband called the people responsible for the technical issues that we are having with our car and they told us to take it to Clems so when I went by there this morning I was given the run-around and was told that the manager was going to call me back and I sat around on my off day waiting on them to call me back and never heard from him. Highly disappointed
