10 stars and a lunch for this team. The best and friendliest staff I have met in a period close to forever. Had a battery issue, diagnosed by Eli at auto zone, but could not replace battery there. She called ahead, Jiffy Lube made the last appointment of the day my priority. Replaced the battery, disassembly reassembly (370z) included. Done in minutes. Happy to meet them, will be back as needed for sure.

Went for a state inspection. took longer than I thought it should but found out everyone I talked to was there for the same thing.no problems

Shortly after arriving with my car an employee brought in two filters and told me I needed to buy replacement filters. I told him I didnt want to do that today my husband would change them for me. Even after I told the first employee I didnt want to change my filters, a second guy came in again and tried to tell me that I had to change my filter. I told him no, I already told the last guy I didnt want to do that. He tried to insist and I told him No! Then he said well you also need new windshield wipers. I said no I dont, the ones I have on their are only 3 months old and they work great. (I didnt buy cheap ones last time either). While I sat there, different employees came in and told every customer that was waiting that their vehicles would need additional parts on their cars making their totals more then what they were originally told. When I checked out, the original price the guy gave me was $46 dollars more then the price I pay for the exact same oil change at another hometown store. Even with my $16 coupon, it was still super expensive. Ontop of watching the male employees make the young pretty customers extremely uncomfortable by obviously flirting with them while I was sitting there waiting for my car to be finished. This was by far the worst oil change experience I have ever had while I was getting an oil change.

My daughter goes to college in Huntsville, she needed to get an oil change.Got that completed before heading home for the weekend(New Braunfels). Which is a good drive.Before she left our home to head back to Huntsville we always check fluids. Noticed the air filter cover was half off. After a closer look noticed the cover was broken and it appears someone attempted to glue the piece back. No one elses had been under the hood of the vehicle but them.Husband called the location regarding this, they said they were going to order the part and fix it. This has been a few weeks and NO ONE HAS Called us back!!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL1st by breaking a piece and not saying anything! Thank goodness my daughter made it home safely!2nd no follow up on the part they should fix!Beware if you use this place check your car before leaving!

Needed a state inspection and my normal place was not available. I usually wait 30+ minutes at the other business but at this Jiffy Lube location, I was in and out in 10 minutes max. They were very kind and respectful. Will definitely be back next year for another inspection.

The guys were very professional and not pushy about other repairs. He did inform me about things that may become a problem, like my brakes which I found very helpful and he told me about the cost. They were quick and thorough. I will definitely be back

I went there for an inspection since I go to the locations in College Station and Bryan all the time where I live for quick and excellent service. I would not have gone to this location and just waited until I got back home if I had known that it would be over an hour just before they got to see me. They did not tell me this when I drove up. But once after I was there for 15 minutes and no one inspected my vehicle, then I was informed that it was going to be a while. I went on and stayed but should have just left. Once they go to my vehicle, the tech did a good job and was professional, it is just I dont have an hour to wait for an inspection when I do not have to.

The staff at Jiffy Lube is very considerate and very friendly. Theyre very task-oriented very fast and their safety oriented. I was quite impressed with the management as well as the staff with automotive repairs and detailing such as lubrication. they take on higher tax such as replacing automotive parts mechanicing and servicing engines and transmissions. I recommend Jiffy Lube above any other place in Huntsville.

I always have a good experience here. The service today was exceptional despite it being 35 degrees and my servicers were evidently cold. They were courteous and explained all that I needed.

The people that work at Jiffy Lube are always so nice and respectful. There service is always 100% and will check on things for you that you are not even sure about like needing a new air filter and whether or not they have one. They are always quick to get to your car and you can bet on them doing a great job on your car/truck. I have yet to have a bad experience in the 3 years that I have been using Jiffy Lube!

I had used Jiffy Lube in the past, about 3 years ago to be exact. The service was excellent back then. I went for an oil change on Saturday Sept. 19, 2020 and was very disappointed with the quality of service. First they told me that a cabin filter was missing. Well I know for a fact that the last time that the cabin filter was supposedly changed was by them. I have not had the cabin filter changed since then. Yet the receipt said that the cabin filter was okay. The the fee was extremely high for the quality of service. The receipt said that they had checked & filled tires to 35 pressure. After I checked them, none were at 35 they were 28. It said they cleaned the outside of the windows, very evidently not cleaned. lastly that the interior floors were cleaned, no they were not; they actually left oil marks on my clean floor mats. They did not place protective paper the way they use to. I am very unhappy with their work. I will not go back.

I got a very expensive oil change one of those $80 ones because when I bought the car they told me thats what I need to put in it.When I went to jiffy lube they were moving so fast and I kept telling them to slow down so I didnt really see if they did anything or not. I specifically asked them to fill my windshield wiper fluid. When I got home I checked the windshield wiper fluid they didnt do anything as well as check the other fluids either. Which makes me think that did they even do a proper synthetic oil change like I paid for? When I called to complain about it the only thing that she said was that she was sorry and to come in.Im just very disappointed in the service and I feel like I got ripped off and I dont think that they did any work to be honest with you.

No order to how you are taken care of. Not even first come first serve. I was able to skip 3 people just by going to talking to the girl st the counter. But when they got the car they do good work and are fast.

I have been here twice and both times I had a good experience. Jared and Clarence are extremely helpful and friendly. They both have gone above and beyond in their customer service and are very professional. If you come here I recommend asking for one of them.

Steven, Jared, and Michael are all exceptional. I came in with a brake issue and I just KNEW I needed a complete brake job done. (Even though my wallet was crying not to do it.) The boys checked my Mazda out and told me up and down they were fine and saved me a bunch of money. I did all the suggested maintenance because it really did need to be done to be honest. Theyre great honest guys and I definitely felt like I was being looked out for. Absolutely wonderful and helpful.

They left my oil cap off one time and left my breather cover off the second time. The employees spent more time flirting with one another rather than working on my truck.Went in for an oil change again against my better judgment, they put my air filter in upside down and now my check engine light is on may have dusted the motor staff was completely under qualified to perform the work

The mechanics put in the wrong part and ordered a new one. Told me it wouldnt cost me anything. Then turn around and cars to me. I had to get off of work early three days in a row for this hassle.

Typical scam artists! My daughter took her car here for an oil change and surprise “you need an air filter”. No she didn’t need an air filter, but since we were paying you to change the oil, thank you for talking her into buying something she didn’t need! Just because a lady comes to your store, you shouldn’t try to screw them and start talking them into things!!

This was my very first time here since moving and I have to say they did a great job. All the workers I came in contact with were respectful and guiding me about whatever issues I had with my car. And I was only there for about maybe 20 minutes for the work that was needed (I had about 4 things that needed to be done). Mind you this is also a rainy day and I only spotted maybe four workers plus the other cars that were there with me. I would definitely recommend these guys.

Even though it was close to 6p they still took care of my oil change. I was impressed because their neighbors (other oil change company next to them ) would not. I guess they didnt want my money. Thanks jiffy lube

Useless! I sat for over an hour for an inspection for a vehicle, and finally just left! NOT THE FIRST TIME! I would never suggest anyone go there and waste your time!

I was next in line for an oil change and said I was next but then I was told to back up 10 min later and they let another car come in front of me and said that it was going to be 30 minutes more. Must have been their friend. I left and not coming back.

I came in for a tire rotation and oil change. Customer Service was good. How ever they told me there wasn’t full synthetic 15/40 Rotella Engine Oil. I’m a mechanic and shop owner located in Cross City, Florida and I knew this statement to be untrue. I just feel they should be more knowledgeable in the services they perform. I settled for regular con oil which is what didn’t want because of all the traveling I do and I need more mileage in between service. So with this said I would have given a higher rating because the customer service wasn’t bad. They were professional in service but I think the associate should try harder for needed services. On the company’s point of view. I asked them to check the psi in my tires and done so with no problem. I moved it from two to three stars. These guys have the service and that’s 50% of what they need in my book. Thanks to the guys working that day.

Workers were friendly and provided excellent service. The prices were good and it didnt take too long to get my oil changed and filters replaced.

Sent my son up here to have an inspection done and the license plate lights were out. They charged $30 for one light highway robbery..Update: I spoke with the manager over the phone and he assured us it was just a mistake by a technician. He asked us to return to put the second license plate bulb in and refunded $13 the same day.

10/02/2020The manager (im guessing) which was the only woman there, was nice and was working hard to get things moving. I simply went for an inspection. When I first showed up, she mentioned it would be about 1 hour until my car could be inspected, and that she will put me on the waiting list and that I would have to wait there. No problem.1 hour passed, fine. I saw that there was only 1 inspector.Then 2 hours rolled around, and I noticed 2 cars that came after me were serviced first, I stayed patient.The inspector would look my way many times, so he knew I have been waiting this whole time. 3 hours was creeping up by now, and I finally had to say something when he was looking at me and walked to service the truck next to me.The truck just showed up and was not even there 15 mins, I had to ask if there was an issue. I told the inspector (calmly) (who was now in the truck) that I had been waiting almost 3 hours and the truck he was about to service got to jump in front of me and anyone else who have been waiting for hours. He told me he was the only inspector and that he was doing his best. I let him know that the point is that this truck has not been there for 15 mins, and I have been here 3 hours now, and that there was an issue somewhere. He told me, you know what, ill service your car next (Not rude). I told him thank you (and not in a rude tone).He finished the truck, looked right at me, then went to service another truck instead of my car. The other truck he serviced was there about 1 hour after me, so he also had to wait a while. It was pretty obvious he was trying to make a point, after that. I was calm, never caused an issue. He finally got to me. When he brought my car back, he gave me a few issues about my one of my taillight bulbs supposedly being out and said it would need to be fixed and couldnt pass me. He asked me to go into my vehicle and press the brakes, I obviously couldnt see if the light was really out. (The way he said it just seemed off, I shouldnt even have to think that way, why did he not have another mechanic press the brakes so that I could see?) He just mentioned they would have to fix it, and that I would have to pay for the labor and the bulb. I agreed with whatever just so I could get out of there. I cant say for sure that something shady happened with the bulb. I also think he didnt even drive my car out of the parking lot, just saying. What happened, happened. That day, there was an issue with the inspector at the Huntsville,TX location. Nobody should have to wait that long. At least nobody else had to wait that long besides me that day. It caused other issues time wise since I had to stay there for so many hours.In the end, I spent over 4 hours at Jiffy Lube for an inspection. It took a few minutes to do the inspection. The inspection paperwork even said the inspection was performed at 9 something PM.. even though it was not at that time, which means the system may also be off. I have always went to Jiffy Lube for my inspection. I will never go back for any services, and would recommend anyone reading this to steer clear of this location.

After bad experiences with the service departments at auto dealers always managing to find $1,000 worth of work to recommend, I totally trust the Huntsville Jiffy Lube to recommend only what is needed. I once went in and told them I needed new brake rotors, which I did (eventually). However, they checked my brake pads and advised me to wait until the brake pads needed replacement.

Since 2007 I have come here for my yearly vehicle inspections. Every time they make me replace the windshield wipers and upsell unneeded services. I finally got tired of it and havent been since 2018 or so.

Could not get my car inspected machine to check the car with was broken

Went there to get an inspection and I was told I needed new brake pads, they said it was okay to drive for now but that it was almost to the “danger zone” and I should get them changed soon. WELL, luckily I brought it to my dealership where I originally bought my car instead of having this Jiffy Lube take care of it, because according to the mechanics at the dealership my brake pads are good for another 20,000 miles. All this Jiffy Lube wants is to rob you of all your money. Oh and the brake pads would have been $219 an axel whereas at my dealership it was half that price.

I was in Sunday for an oil change in my dads truck. It is a large diesel truck and while they were pulling it in they hit something and did some damage to the truck. I completely understand that accidents happen and the manager Cody has already called about getting it in and getting it fixed which is awesome. My problem was with the customer service while in the store, after they did damage to the truck the guy working behind the counter came in to let me know and I told him he would need to call my dad and let him know this happened. He then says to me “is he going to yell? If he’s going to yell I can’t handle that and I’ll shut down and won’t help because I can’t handle that”, I’ve personally worked reception and I’ve been yelled at for things out of my control and that’s part of the job. My dad wouldn’t have yelled at him but to even say that was pretty unprofessional. After that he gave me $20 off my bill and I left. As I almost got to 45 I get a call from there with a guy saying “i need you to come back, I left my phone in there” not a, I’m sorry or anything. Now the truck is still saying it’s due for an oil change after all of that! I’m just extremely disappointed with the customer service at that location and how unprofessional the employees were that day, I’m just hoping the damage is taken care of better than things were handled yesterday

I was the last customer of the day yet they treated me like I was the first or only customer that they had. Friendly, knowledgeable staff...Steven and Jarrod went above and beyond.
