Stopped in an hour before closing time because I found nail in one of my tires. They removed the nail and fixed the tire and didnt charge me a penny. I also had an oil change done there a couple of months ago. I was impressed that they didnt try to sell me anything I didnt need. This is a very well run shop that seems to have great people working there.

Made an appointment to have my ties rotated and balanced for 11 oclock. My car went into the bay at precisely 11 oclock and was done and out the door by 11:45. The service was exceptional and I would say to anyone needing service or new tires...this is the place to go! Thanks George for your professionalism and kindness.

DO NOT GO HERE!! I took my 2013 truck in on a Friday afternoon for a rotation and balance. When I picked it up on Saturday, the ABS brake lights and traction control lights were on. I immediately went back inside and explained the issue. They told me they would handle it. I called back on Monday and they said it was a tire pressure sensor so they replaced it. It didn’t fix the issue. They then said it’s a different tire pressure sensor so they would replace all of them at no charge. I called today, 6 days later, and they tried to tell me that it’s a steering control sensor and that I would have to pay for it plus pay for the other three tire pressure sensors. The manager claimed that it now wasn’t their fault and that they didn’t have anything to do with the issues despite it happening immediately after they worked on it with no prior issues on the truck. So 6 days later, no truck, and trying to make me pay for repairs for issues that they caused. I’m picking it up today and taking it elsewhere.

Took three and a half hours to get four tires replaced but this is because the person who did the alignment had gone to lunch. Love the fact that you get a free alignment with the purchase of four tires. Will definitely keep going here for my tire needs.

By far the best experience Ive had with a tire shop. Josh and the other guys repaired my tire right at closing time when they could have turned me away. The entire staff were amazing professional and friendly. With their help I was able to make it to my sons 1st Football game. Thank you so much for helping me make my sons day.

Recently its been difficult to find reliable mechanics to work on cars due to low staff and the economy. I was pleasantly surprised that Tire Discounters had the option to pick up my car and do the required maintenance on it. Not only was I able to very quickly have confidence that they had tires and parts in stock for my vehicle, but they were very reasonably priced and honored military discount over the phone. At about 8:30 a.m. my vehicle was picked up and by 5:00 p.m. that same day it was back in my driveway with all four tires brakes rotors and shocks were installed and my car is perfect now. Extremely satisfied.

I dont know what they did to my car in an hour and 30 minutes, but i think they gave me the wrong car. It drives like its brand new by just getting two new tires in the front. Great place. Fast times compared to the last place i went to. They were backed up, but still did a great job. Will be my spot. Definitely recommended.

I had absolutely zero issue with the employees. The gentleman working the register who checked my car in was polite, and he was upfront and honest about the fact that there was only one tire technician on duty.My reason for the rating: you are a tire store, and the tires were in stock. It should not take two full days (checked in at 10:30am on Friday, completed at 4pm Saturday) to change 2 tires. Thats crazy. I called 3 of your other locations that Friday morning to see if they could do it any sooner, and they all said they had no tire techs as well.I understand youre affected by the labor shortage just like most companies out there. But 2 days to swap out 2 tires causes customers to go elsewhere next time. Pay your people better, pay better benefits if necessary, and please recruit some more tire techs. I dont want to go elsewhere next time I have a blowout or need a new tire! I want to trust that I can drop it off for 4-6 hours and then be on my way.

I was quoted a price on the phone to mount/balance 4 new (sticker) tires and was bringing the wheels already off of the car. After unloading wheels and tires, the price on the work order was more than double and the guy claimed he didnt know why the other salesman I talked to quoted the price he did over the phone. Bait and switch at its best. I went directly across the street to another national-brand auto shop and actually got a cheaper price than the phone quote, and in writing. This shop may do quality work, and I hope they do, but Ill never choose the opportunity to find out. Make sure if you get a phone quote that they honor it when you show up in person. The manager on duty at the time did not do that for me. Just remember there are other alternatives nearby.

Absolutely phenomenal service, first of all. Staff is warm and friendly and the service done on my car is impeccable! Definitely works with your budget too (broke college student here!) and helped make this an affordable experience for me. Will be coming back when I need to!!

Ive always had great service from Tire Discounters since purchasing tires from them a few years ago. They do my tire rotation and front end alignment if needed. This visit was alittle different than past due to workers not showing up for work, so the wait time was longer before they could get to my car. One of the stores couldnt even get to my car when I came in for an my appointment earlier in the week. The manager was the only one that had showed up for work. Hopefully all the businesses will be able to stay in business.

Very disappointed, waited 4 hours for a rotation and alignment for my truck. The mechanic aligned it according to him and said I was all set. What about the rotation I asked he replied guess your not all set.After spending money on a three year alignment plan and yet to get my alignment correct, 3 sets of truck tires it may be time to explore other options. And by the way the truck still pulls to the right.

Corey, the general manager, understood my needs & the urgency of it. He went above & beyond to help me get my wheel fixed as soon as possible!! Everybody is so friendly & Corey is FANTASTIC. He is so great about calling customers with updates, I never even had to call them to ask about updates. Can I give ZERO-Star? On 8/24/2021 I paid for a set of 4 tires and an oil change. I was given an appointment for 8/26/2021 at 9 am. I dropped off my car before they opened and left my keys in their dropbox. They waited until I showed up at 6 pm to pick up my car to tell me that the tires had not arrived and my car was not ready. Not once did they pick up the phone to tell me this, nor had they touched my car at all, when I showed up to pick up my car they didn’t even know where my car keys were at (want to take a guess where they were at? Yes in the dropbox). After 9 hours No tires, No oil change. After I left a so-called “manager” calls me to say I HAVE to go back and sign to cancel the transaction, NO I will not be wasting my time with this business anymore, TIRE DISCOUNTERS has wasted enough of my time, I will be disputing this transaction as services were not rendered. I was expected to pay for the tires ahead of time to ensure I would go get the tires, this business failed to keep up on their end and have the tires by the said date. Shouldn’t they pay me a fee for wasting my time? Horrible customer service, and even worse communication. I Will not be doing any business with this location.

Absolutely the best customer service ever! Corey was great; funny and friendly. This is my second visit to the chain, first one at Wall Triana, and this one was on Hwy72/County Line. Both locations treated me like a person and not like just a female (which I encountered at NTB). They will have my repeat business for sure. Great job guys!

Rough visit. Booked an appointment for 2 PM. Invoice said 2:30 which is not what I was told. Car was not taken back for 1.5 hours. Service took over 4 hours for an oil change, rotation, and alignment. I watched at least 5 other vehicles come in after mine and leave while I sat unacknowledged in the waiting area. I had to cancel another appointment because I thought there was no way the service could take over 2.5 hours. Guess I was wrong. I won’t be back.

I stopped in for a quick repair. They looked booked but the guy behind the counter immediately went to the shop and took care of my right away in a friendly manner. They will get more of my business.

I had a leak in my tire and couldn’t figure out what it was. They were quick to get me in right away and fix it. So professional and friendly. They have a forever customer now.

Service at this Tire Discounter location was speedy and convenient. We used their “Skip the Shop” service to have them drop the vehicle back off at my home after completing the service. I live close by, but it’s still a huge convenience to be able to just drop it off and not have to have a ride back to pick it up. They can also come and pick up your vehicle, but I didn’t know about it until after dropping it off. This service was free of charge with any service of $50+. Stopped in to get air in my tires. Parked in front of the first bay as I have always done. Gentlemen came. Out and asked if I needed air and they rolled the door up promptly and filled the tires. Great service from Tire Discounters as always, Ill continue to get my vehicle serviced at their locations!

I would give zero stars if could, because thats exactly how much service I received. Had a 2pm appointment for oil change, showed up at 1:45pm. He said they would get right on it. At 3:20pm, over 1.5 hours later, I hadnt heard a peep from anyone. I got up to check on it, on crutches BTW, and see my vehicle sitting in the parking lot. I thought it was complete, and asked why no one let me know. He informed me that they hadnt even touched it yet. I asked for my keys, and voiced my displeasure. He handed me my keys, and never once offered any kind of apology . Why take appointments if you have no intention of honoring it?!

These guys are awesome! They have always treated us right. My wife works next door and they will bring the car to her and drop it off. I purchased almost 2 thousand dollars worth of tires from this location for a 2008 dodge dually in September 2020. On February 15th 2021 I took truck in for a rotation and brake inspection. They did the rotation wrong and put two tires that were worn way down and put on outer tears which started skinning them fast. Less than 200 miles down the road and the rear brake pads were metal on metal yet they supposedly just did a brake inspection. Today I took truck back so they could address the issues they cause and they wanted me to pay for their errors. I was fine with covering costs of brakes but the tires was their error. They did want to take care of me the customer. I picked my truck up and will leave this same review on every site I can find and contact an attorney Monday morning to address this matter.

Very dishonest place! Claimed I only had 1-2 mm of brake pads left on my rear brakes and that my rotors were cracked... Pads actually had 50% life remaining and rotors were fine! Do not trust their assessments of anything without inspecting yourself or with a qualified mechanic.

I was late for work, I had a flat, and my tire was way too worn out to be patched. I couldn’t catch a break this month. All the other tire shops were expensive for something unexpected. I decided to try out Tire Discounters, and they found me a great deal on a set of tires and fixed me up real quick. Thanks, for being a hero for me that day! They gave me my break. I needed that win for the day! The customer service was friendly and professional. The next day the manger gave me a follow up call to make sure everything was okay, I’ve never had that happen from a tire shop.

I made an 8 am appointment to get one tire changed. I learned don’t ever make an 8 am appointment. It’s 830 and my truck still hasn’t even been pulled in so now I have to scramble to reschedule meetings this morning. Use discount tire instead they keep their appointment times and don’t have people laying out tire displays instead of taking care of customers. Then when they get it in and go to put the new tire on the guy stands there for 5 minutes texting instead of installing my tire....over an hour and a half for one tire as the first appointment of the day and first one signed in.DO NOT USE FIND SOMEWHERE BETTER

Brought my car in as it was pulling to the right, they checked the alignment and it was not out.They test drove it and could not duplicate the pull. I insisted that there was a pull, so they rotated the tires.I only had a short drive home but I felt a difference, I will find out on the drive to work in the morning.The service was top notch and they were very friendly and professional. The shop and waiting area was very clean.I now know where I will take my car from now on.I highly recommend this place.

I visited for an oil change and tire rotation/brake check. I was favorably impressed with the service, which was done promptly and professionally. The waiting area was clean and comfortable. My only suggestion is to offer some other option of drink besides coffee...not everyone drinks coffee/tea. No big deal, however. Was a satisfied customer, and will definitely be back!

These guys are incredible. ALL OF THEM! I have always gone to Discount Tires ...up until now. I have never met a bunch of guys with better customer service than these guys. We had a situation where we were traveling in our BMW i3 and had a blow-out and nobody- not even the BMW dealership in Huntsville had the tire in stock that our car required. Each and every one of them genuinely cared about our situation and never stopped trying to help us figure it out and get us back on the road. These guys went out of there way and took care of us and got what we needed done. If I even lived in a 50 mile radius of this store and these guys they would have my business all day long. I cant say enough about these guys... it makes me feel really good that there are still people like this on this planet. Dont go anywhere else, I can promise you that theres nobody else going to take care of you better than they can.

These guys were quick and reasonably priced. We had to leave for FL the day after I started hearing a scrubbing sound when braking in my car. I called around but everyone required an appointment and couldnt get me in until a later date. I spoke to the manager on the phone and he told me to bring it in on for inspection. Found out my pads and rotor were gone on the back breaks. They got it completed in less than 45 minutes. Even though I hated paying the amount, I would definitely recommend.

After noticing at a road stop that there was a bubble on the sidewall of my tire while on a long trip, I went to the closest Tire Discounters I could find. There I was told that it would be at least three hours to change my tire. They referred me to this location--8873 Highway 72, Huntsville--several miles away.Upon entering I was greeted by the General Manager, Tyler Thurmond, who assessed the tire, and notified me that they did not have my tire in stock. (They did have it in stock at the first place, but they had never checked.) Tyler told me that it would take an hour and a half to get the tire there, but that once they had it, it could be put on very quickly.Tyler had the delivery of the tire expedited for us, because we mentioned that we had to get up north by a set time. The entire visit took about 45 minutes, including the delivery of the tire.Thank you so much, Tyler Thurmond, for your exceptional customer service. If I find myself needing a tire in Huntsville again, I know where I will go.
