We absolutely love everyone that works there. Specially the young blond woman that helped at first was wonderful. We got engagement ring and began affordable payments. Later when we came to pick up my ring, Tara and she was absolutely knowledgeable, amazing in listening what we wanted and our budget she found a much better amazing ring, more valuable for a couple hundreds more!! Will go back again and again

From the security officer at the door to every single person working in the place they all greeted me with a hello and a smile. Chris was knowledgeable and very helpful with my handgun purchase. I was in and out in less than an hour with my new .45.It was the best retail experience Ive had quite some time. Much, much better customer service than some other places to buy firearms in Huntsville. Not even close.

I can’t recommend this place enough. Personable, friendly staff and great prices. I came through the door for the first time and Emily got right to work helping me with selling some jewelry. After that, I checked out the gun counter. She was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, told me everything I wanted to know about a few of the guns I checked out and gave great advice. Redstone pawn has an all around amazing staff and they are genuinely a pleasure to deal with, like any pawn shop you may be low balled at times, but at least these guys are polite and respectful about it, and are usually receptive to negotiations unlike every other pawn shop in the Huntsville area, where its a take it or leave it attitude. They also have an exceptional selection of brand new handguns and some selection of long guns and also a good selection of used firearms with usually very reasonable prices outside of a pandemic economic environment for firearms. All around my favorite pawn shop, I dont go anywhere else anymore. They even send you text reminders on your phone when your loans come up for renewal about 3-5 days ahead of time. All in all, Ive had numerous great experiences here, and I constantly recommend them to everyone who asks.

Justin, Tara, and whole crew were completely awesome! I showed up a few minutes before closing time to purchase a pistol and they stayed late waiting on the background check to clear. Bought a ps4 from them for $300, then went back and bought a ps4 controller about a week later for $30. Ran into some personal issues and sold the ps4 and controller back. They only gave me $130 to buy it back. They even said $115 for their first offer smh. Wouldnt even give me half my money back.

This is absolutely the best Pawn Shop! I’ve worked with a couple of others but they always try to low ball me on my pawns and never give me what they should be worth. Red Stone Pawn always gives me great money for my pawned items and items that I sell. I have also bought merchandise from this store and have been very pleased with the quality. Terrence and his co workers do wonders for their customers.

This was my first time in here and they were definitely very pleasant. There were some things we couldnt make a deal on and honestly they were very nice about it and and the things we did make a deal on they were very reasonable with the prices. I will definitely be back in the future.
