I would rate my visit as zero stars and terrible. Let me explain....Called about a 2001 BMW Z3 that was shown with pictures and specs on line this morning- 9/26/18. I was told it was available and I would need to schedule a test drive. Scheduled the drive, traveled 1.5 hours and arrived at the dealership at 1:45 as schedule.Receptionist said car was in back, used car manager would bring it around. Waited, used car manager came to front said he would get the RED Z3. Waited for him and the car, he returned and said he was so sorry, but the RED Z3 had been shipped out for auction this morning and would I wait for its return. I said no. Used sales manager left, General sales manager came out and said car had not arrived yet. OK, is it coming or going??? Never saw the car. I believe it was shipped out for auction like the used car manager said, but the GM thought he saw an opportunity to sell and said it hadnt arrived. Bottom line, they had 5 hours to notify me the car wasnt there and didnt. These people are either liars or stupid; you decide. In either case, Ill not go back.
