This place is the worst! After buy a new house I bought a new king size bed from these people, and everything seemed great at first. 3 days after my purchase I called to ask why my mattress have not been delivered yet? They respondesd by saying the mattress was damaged in stock. So I had to call them to get this update!!!! So I requested my money back so I can go somewhere else and get proper costumer service. Its been more than a week still havent gotten any of my money back. These people are thieves. I will never go back to a mattress one in my life!!!!!

Josh was awesome! Took the time to show us every type of bed and helped point us in the direction of a perfect fit mattress. Even though we weren’t planning to buy same day but we got a great deal and left happy!

Brittany has been the nicest and most helpful person Ive had the pleasure of meeting. She made my experience stressfree quick and easy. She had said it was her first day being alone in the store and she is doing absolutely amazing. Liz was so helpful!! She is NOT that typical pushy salesman that doesn’t care about what you need. She was real and asked so many questions that I never knew was important in picking out a mattress. She cares & treated me like a real person instead of just a paycheck. I would trust sending my 70 yr old mom to Liz for help with a new bed! I’m so happy with my bed and finally getting some good sleep!

If I could give zero stars, I would. I had a mattress delivered 10/19/2016. The truck driver hit my water line and broke it, water was shooting into the air for 30 minutes. The proper procedure is to have the passenger guide the driver into the driveway, this was not done. They have no procedure for incidents.; no paper work or photos (of course we have plenty) where taken. They simply threw my bed in the room and drove off. I did not even sign that I received it! The only answer I have received was pay a plummer to fix it and we will pay you back. No how or when I will be paid back. On top of I do not have 400+ dollars to fix this. I am currently sitting in a house with no water and i have no idea when I will get it back.I will gladly supply photos. Just respond to this review.

Still waiting. Ordered on 7/23, promised on 7/29, and nothing yet on 8/3. The store receives deliveries from the warehouse Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday, its in the warehouse, but my order hasnt found its way onto the truck. Enough with the excuses!

Brittany has been the most helpful since they were out of stock with the original bed I wanted. She actually helped me get next day deliver.

My experience was very educational I had no idea of the technology that went into a mattress.My sales consultant asked a lot of questions about us how we sleep which side of the bed do weSleep on, basically fitted us with the right bed. Got it quickly got it at the right price and am veryHappy . Highly recommend.

Liz did a great job helping finding my wife and I the perfect mattress. She helped us get the best deal possible and was very personable. Liz provided great customer service.

Sales Lady Liz was very helpful in getting me what I wanted from what I told her. And was even able to get it to me next day.

We bought a tempur pedic so the price is the same everywhere. The selling points to buy it here was 0% financing, free mattress cover and 2 free pillows. When our bed was delivered we were told the pillows were back ordered and we would have to get with the store to get them. No I should not have to chase them down, they should be shipped or dropped off to me. So we have been to the store multiple times in 2 months of waiting. We’ve been told an employee got fired only to find out he was transferred. We’ve gotten the going on vacation excuse. We were once told over 200 were in stock and ours would be in the store in a few days. We’ve been promised that they would be requested daily until we receive them. I have lost count on how many times people promised to call us but no one EVER has. We’ve also been told that at least 10 other couples come in frequently looking for their pillows. I could have purchased this bed anywhere for the same price so when you promise me incentives for choosing you then you need to deliver! These pillows are a bit spendy so I don’t want to purchase them after being promised them. At this point it’s also about principle. I will never purchase anything here again because I cannot trust these people. The least they could do is call when they say they will. Today I was told this is a frequent problem. If that’s true stop promising what you can’t deliver, maybe throw in some other gift you can actually give. The bed is fine but that review goes to the maker, not the seller. My daughter is now purchasing the same bed and I told her not to go here. If you won’t contact me about pillows, no way I believe you would handle warranty issues!!

Scott is the best salesperson! He even loaded my mattress into my truck for me! What a guy! I will definitely be back to visit them for all my mattress needs :)

I must say that I was really upset with this store until Brittany came to the rescue. There was a problem with my deliver and merchandise but she solved the problem and got me a better deal.

I have never been so unhappy. $1400 is not something anyone just throws away and I have with this company.

Slept in my new mattress that Brittany recommended to me for the first time last night after having to sleep in a chair for over a year due to my arthritis, woke up in no pain and tears of joy. Go see her for your next mattress!
