Weis was very personable. Patient as we made our decision and knowledgeable. He wasnt pushy and it was a pleasure to work with him. The only reason I left 4 stars was that the delivery people did not take away our old mattress as promised and no info on the condition the mattress could be in was even disclosed at the time of purchase. That caused an inconvenience to us. However we are loving our new one. If there are conditions that have to be met on the old mattress, we should know about them so we can make an informed decision about delivery.

Shaun was absolutely AMAZING!!!!! I can I’m in my boyfriend and his little brother, Shaun was nothing but kind and very helpful in finding what was best for us without going out of our price range. I knew exactly what I was looking for when I went in the store a Beautyrest C Class Medium Plush and a adjustable base. Shaun showed me this mattress amongst others and demo the different bases. After Shaun found out that I dealt with chronic back issues he knew the exact base for me and he was so right. Now it was time to make a decision The mattress I really wanted vs the one that I was settling on due to cost. Shaun knew the mattress I had heart set on and so he went to work to make that possible. Needless to say I purchased the mattress that I really wanted. Shaun was a great person to work with. I cant wait to receive my new mattress and adjustable base. Delivery was scheduled for March 25, 2021 and hopefully will be able to receive. This was an enjoyable visit. If mattress is not able to be delivered, will then have to go elsewhere for different brand. Hopefully not!

Patrick was very helpful. He never once told me WHAT I NEED Im 58 yrs old and knew what type mattress i wanted. He showed me several all in different price ranges. He had it delivered the next morning at 8am. There communication is excellent!! I got calls text and emails confirming all. What’s there to say besides FABULOUS.The staff was great but the manager was even better.. I got in and out quicker than LeBrons fast break. Shaun Bowens took care of us on a Purple mattress this weekend. We got the right bed for our needs, and even saved a couple hundred off MSRP! He also got us a great deal on the platform these things sit on and it really completed the look. I want to say this: I went into this entire bed purchase kind of skeptical given what these things cost these days. Shaun totally helped explain things and trim cost where possible, making me feel confident about the purchase. I will be back!

I’m so glad that I chose this store before I bought anything! Not only did I get free sheets and a platform for my bed, but I also got free delivery/set up and removal of my old mattress set! The gentlemen that assisted me in this process were very informative and I truly believe they got me a better deal than I could’ve gotten online!

Was sold pillows that can’t be returned and are not what we expected. Came in damaged boxes and was told that’s just shipping. Pillows are not best quality for high price. Very disappointed!!!
