Beautiful - great for everyone. Could use a little more handicap accessible for walks or provide public chairs or walkers for when an elder gets winded or tired. They want to walk and be outside in fresh air it is just sometimes difficult for them to do so. Making this easier would bring alot more people to see how beautiful

This place was so crowded at 1pm on a tuesday I couldnt even find a parking space, yes Im handicapped and will drive around several times. Today I would have taken a reasonable space near the store (ie just after handicapped parking) but even that was blocked. I will NOT park in the curbside spaces and go inside, thats almost as annoying as people who park on handicap with out a plaque. After a while today I gave up and drove to the other side of town and went to target.

They basically accuse you of stealing at the door by demanding a receipt. I am calm about it even though I legally dont have to show them anything. I spend $80 bucks and the lady asks me where the $4 bottled water is on the receipt. If youre going to interrogate your customers, teach your employees how to read a receipt and ask EVERYONE for their receipt.

They have to have more attention an this section, more than 3 weekends with same situation, the rest is very good.

This place need more attention to the auto area. No employees enough. They see you approaching with the car for a oil change, but they take forever to check you in.. I was waiting for 20 minutes, no guests in front of me, and also 2 months ago, I asked them to change my oil, and when I noticed, my back wiper (that I bought at Hyundai 2 weeks before) was replaced for a old one, and on receipt was saying that they recommended me to replace my wipers.. so I think they stole from me.

I have been coming here since 2015, and they are always well stocked and with fresh items. I really like the garden part to buy plants and garden utensils. I had good experiences with the employees. Last weekend I bought these chairs for $19.97 each. And also a rug for my patio. It was the best price I found.

Im handicap and its a shame that everyone young people take those carts the wheel carts and just do races with them and nobody in Walmart the employees dont say anything I believe if youre handicap show proof that youre handicap because everybody has to show proof that the disability. Also you guys know that people that use Walmart are low income people and Walmart is Rich because of us, so give us some more consideration and put more wheels carts. Thank you. Most obliged.

They check your cart as your leaving. More often than not you’ll get friendly and attentive service sometimes you’ll be ignored unless you speak to them in Spanish. We don’t normally come to this Walmart because the parking lot is usually a mess and the Walmart itself is over crowded inside.

I ordered 4 tires online and only 3 were ready to be picked up the next day and the last one that was needed, was processing and was going to take a week (even though all were ordered together). I came to the store and Josue from the Auto Department was able to find the last tire on stock and I was able to set up an appointment for me install all 4 the next day. He really took his time to help me out to find that last tire. His help is very much appreciated!

This review is for Melissa who took care of me like a professional on a one day that I had off of work which was Sunday. I was there to return two brand new items with tags still on them early noontime. Customer service area had given me credit on a card that didnt work. Melissa went above and beyond from a self purchase line to assist me at the customer service area to help me get my credit. She is an associate who performed her job like a Manager. Hello Corporate hear and read this review and give this girl the credit she deserves to be highly recognized because this would have become a more timely matter had she not helped me. Pharmacy Techs Glory and Maria are the best!

Not a fan! Went there the other day and was disappointed to find bare shelves. So many people, it was hard to get around. One guy in the aisle said under his breath that this is torture. Id have to agree with him. They did not have the water I wanted. Or the phone charger. On the positive side, the people who work there were friendly and steered me in the right direction every time I asked where a product was.

The store was packed at closing and the store only had self check out open with employees around just standing. Instead of getting all employees to help get everyone checked out as fast as possible to safely leave the store. The line went from check out all the way through to thw back of the store and still kept going throughout the milk and juice aisle. As a former employee that was ridiculous and bad front end management.

They are remodeling and moving a Lot of thing around. So it takes time to find stuff ya want. Be prepared for plenty of walking and Hunting!

The employees are clearly underpaid, there are insufficient staff, and lines are super long to check out. I feel bad for the employees, and wish they were thriving. Also, they were very low on stock for the baby formula I need for my preemie. Two stars is generous. The store was clean.

I like the online shop and pick up at the store best. Rather not have to go inside but five times now I ordered something was told it wasnt available I parked my car walked in and pick up what I needed right after I was told its not available. Maybe the shoppers need more time learning where everything is but its getting pointless. I get sick really easy and must avoid public places so I would appreciate if Walmart made a better system or helped there shoppers with floor and items knowledge. Maybe a item map they can use to locate items they cant find.

Walmart #2881 . Here at this Walmart the employees are extremely lazy . Sales associate manager ANGIE @ customer service refuse to services me today . Today I came to return an ITEM I brought from Walmart about 2 weeks ago but I no longer had the receipt . I inform her that these item were from Walmart and you can check it in the system . SHE REFUSED TO HELP ME IN ANY WAY . THIS IS NOT THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT I WAS ACCEPTING FROM THIS LOCATION. Since I’ve been shopping with Walmart in the last 15 years of my life I’ve never seen such poor customer service skill . & also I’ve never had a employee at the customer service center decline helping customers as much as this locations . It’s really bad here . & Very lazy managers are operating this Walmart such as the manager name ANGIE . Please be aware of the location if anybody is looking to return N item and is looking for help go to another Walmart location in Orlando . This Walmart does not know the meaning behind going above and beyond for CUSTOMERS ! JUST TERRIBLE!

I work here as a third party that works for walmart and i cant even believe the walmart managers in this walmart are very very rude to employees and take advantage of our team to do the work of the other walmart employees didnt want to do because their lazy the management is horrible tajes stuff down off the shelf to put it back up like what kind of management is this i hope these walmart managers dnt treat their customers or family the same way they treat us especially this one lady that has a very nasty attitude and nobody likes that and its not wat u was trained for and it very unprofessional

Always moving, I find this Walmart in particular moves their stock pretty frequently. Good chances of finding exactly what youre looking for. Best to head in the early morning though, the crowd tends to flood during the evening hours.

Walmart sucks. Went to return an item that I purchased yesterday and they are telling me that I can’t return it because my receipt is not scanning. The customer service person was telling me that I have to buy it again and return it another day. That’s so messed up. She didn’t even try to help and when I ask for a manager she said that they can’t do anything. It will be the same. As much money as I spend at Walmart. They don’t have to worry about me coming back. Target here I come.

Very difficult finding an employee to help you that does not appear to be bothered. Two trips ago I was in the produce isle and a worker ran her cart right into to mine twisting my wrist on the cart handle. You would think an oops sorry would have been said but nothing from that employee but a glare that appeared to say youre in my way. Dont get the rotisserie chicken. It was under cooked. Had to throw part of it away. The double chocolate truffle cake is worth the weight gain.

They shelves need to be restocked to thru out the day. More registers opened and less employees standing around talking to each other.

Waited 15 minutes for Denise to come back to electronics because she walked away with the keys so we weren’t able to have anything unlocked there were three employees but only one set of keys and she walked away with them so we had to wait for her to finish whatever she was doing she took 15 minutes and there was a line when she came back. the other coworker who was supposed to be helping us instead of getting the keys from her because she could see we are waiting for a long time she said all right and walked away so we had to wait an additional 10 minutes to be helped because the customer in front of us kept asking questions

I wanted go there any more theres no cashiers u have to do your own checking out its hard for me to walk let alone so my own groceries no thanks.

I went over there to get my tire fixed for a simple nail and just for them to talk to me took me almost one hour . They said the car would be ready in 45 minutes then I waited and when I went back there my car was parked at the same exact place that I left it, when I tried to ask them, they simple didn’t know what to say and I’m still here waiting for more then 2 hours for s simply service. The worst costumer service ever. Just go to somewhere else.

It was okay. The one person didnt know where something was when I asked but I was able to ask someone else. The Walmart was different than the one I go to usually so it was just hard navigating.

I was disappointed with WalMart. I had placed an online photo pictures at 10am in the morning, immediately got received the order email and a time frame they would be ready. I never received an email when my photos were ready. I go there and am told that their system is down and I cant get pictures done. I drove all the way there and no one did not email me with that info. I ask could they cancel my order and they told me I have to call a 1800 number. That was very disappointing and I will not order photos to be done there again😒

Associates are useless for knowing where to buy USA postage stamps. Its at customer service where they sell the stamps but the workers dont know where.

They dont match online prices and they treat you really bad. Manager Tee doesnt have knowledge and I had a really bad time trying to get the same price. Really disappointed because is the same company online or in the store.

Inventory quantity is wrong in many items. Employees were rude!

I love Walmart. Im able to shop groceries, clothes, and fix my car while Im shopping.

I was on the phone for hours trying to get through to get an invoice number. They hung up the phone instead of forwarding it back to customer service. Next time Im going to call and go there just to see why they treat people like this. Dont get me wrong I know how busy and crazy it can be in there. You can take just 2 seconds out your busy moment to just say hello can you please hold. Your day may be a lot better.

Not enough registers open. The line was into the clothing department. I had one item and ended up leaving. Please get more registers and make some express checkout like it used to be. Even the garden center had a long line.

It is the 3rd weekend looking the freezer are with lot of spots empty... I have the pictures but I don’t know why it doesn’t give me the option to post them.The rest, this Walmart is good, it has a lot of of different items than others.

Long wait time for automated checkouts / not enough attended cash registers. Difficulty with non- fluent, English speaking floor personnel. Some exit doors closing at 9pm diverting all customer traffic through one sole entrance yet the store is congested with customers. (Not safe)

It was good the workers were good they directed me to what I need and the pharmacy was good no complaints.

The tire service department personnel did not attend the front desk and made me wait about 30 minutes to pick up an order of 3 tires.

Not a good experience called each department earlier to contact a store manager of my experience. Phones constantly ring. Really hard to get a hold of someone. Finally I was told by an employee that I will get a call me back and no answer. There seems to be no store manager on site at the moment. I don’t normally give reviews but my experience lead me to give a 1 star review.
