Wanted to enjoy my shopping experience but not once was I assisted or acknowledged while being the only person in the store. The employee even called for food rather than offering any assistance. They close at 7:30. The woman locked me in the store at 7:10 and when she came to let me out STILL did not say a word. I happily placed back every single item I wanted to purchase due to the horrible service. I will be going to the other location from now on.

This is a good hair store, clean, organize and very helpful workers😎!! But the only thing that I would complain about is I wish they had a better selection of crochet hair to choose from😑 They also have a Rewards program where if you spend $5 or more you get a certain amount off your next purchase🙌🏿!

The beauty supply stores on MLK and Holmes excellent customer service they show appreciation for their customers and they are very Hands-On thank you so much beauty supply store you guys are doing an excellent job and customer service

Friendly, but one of the staff members were literally asleep sitting on either a chair or the counter? Like we made eye contact she just went back to sleep. Besides that being so unprofessional I continued to shop, I had a few questions so I tried to get the sleeping lady’s attention . Didn’t work. Lol eventually the other employee came around the corner and woke her co worker up. She was great while helping me. I just couldn’t believe that! 😂

She opened it. She tried to return it and they refused to refund or replace the product. A two dollar pack of braid hair. I would not recommend this store to anyone. We will be filing a complaint with the Michigan Consumer Protection Agency, the Consumer Protection Division of the Attorney Generals office and the Better Business Bureau.

This is a good beauty supply store but they dont stock a lot of good items but they have some leather belts that are off the chain for $5 Best Buy in Lansing

Sent my mom to buy some hair gel. She purchased the item and in the process of leaving the store the bag slipped out of her hand and the container broke. The so called manager not only refused to replace the container but she refused to give a refund after my mom asked for a replacement and she refused. This happened IN the STORE and my mom has a receipt. The woman was extremely rude when I called back to complain about how she treated my mother because the container breaking was not her fault. I’ve never been to a store with such horrible customer service. You can go to a Meijer and accidentally drop eggs trying to load them into your car and go inside and have them replace but apparently an in store incident literally seconds after a purchase does not warrant any such thing. If I could give this so called business 0 stars I would.
