My S21 screen suddenly went black. I dropped the phone off at 3:00 on Friday and it was ready to pick up by noon on Saturday. Fast turn around, everything was explained thoroughly prior to the repair, and I was notified by email of the progress. Two Thumbs UP!!!

Great experience today having 2 phones fixed. Dropped the devices off to Jarod, he checked them in. Told me it would be a few hours. And ahead of schedule they actually were able to get both devices done when one wasnt expected until Monday. I came back and Rob checked both devices out to me. I leave a one for them because they fix your phone and dont charge it to see if it actually works. So they could of charge my the amount for a repair and it could not work because I have no idea if it does or not. I recommend to the company to charge your customers phone at at least 25% so they can see if the device works.

My fiancee went in to drop off his phone to be fixed while I waited in the car with our two year old (who throws a fit the second the car stops) and it was extremely busy! My two year old started in and I did everything to calm him. About 20 minutes in, I called my finance and he was still waiting. I told him we have to leave and come back, but he must have advised the sales team of this because they grabbed his phone and gave us pickup time and sent him on his way! Thank you for understanding and not making us have to come back! Very much appreciated!

Just stopped by West Lansing, MI store. These folks don’t want you to waste your money on unnecessary fixes. Thought I had to replace my iPhone 8 charging port ($79.99). The guy at the front desk just cleaned it out in less than one minute. No charge!

UBreakiFix did an amazing job fixing my Google 3A screen! The staff was professional and friendly. Knowing that this location is a Google authorized service provider I had no doubt they would do an great job! It took 2-3 hours to finish replacing a new screen, Im assuming it will depend on how many other phones need to be repaired, but I didnt think it was too long! Overall, highly recommend this location to get your screen fixed!

Took my cell phone in to solve a charging issue. The technician looked at it and determined a repair costing 75 USD was necessary including parts, which would take about 1 week to arrive. It seemed a excessive for a 3 year old phone that when new was purchased for 150 USD... But it may be a fair price for a discard able item.

Set appointment up through home office number. I was told this after I arrived. First I was told it would be 3 or 4 hours because he was alone & I said that was OK because it needed to be dried out and tested. I was then told it would take 5 to 7 days to check out motherboard after I was told it would be 2 days on phone. He kept telling me Unfortunately, home office was poor at communicating. Acted like it was a bother. I walked out the door and will never go back or recommend this business to anyone!

We have a Samsung Galaxy that is having issues. After calling Samsung, they told us to make an appointment at this place to provide warranty work on this particular phone. After talking to two people at this place yesterday who were quite rude an appointment was made to fix the phone today. They said that we would have it back within 4 hours. When we got there we were told that we wouldn’t be able to have it looked at today because of other appointments that were apparently made for the same time and that they also had to take care of walk in customers. The guy really was unprofessional at the counter. All he did was make excuses and it very quickly became apparent that he just did not care. It was one of the more horrid experiences I’ve had as a customer in my memory.

I brought it to ubreakiFix because their prices were best I could find. They also were helpful in allowing the person I bought the phone from to make a payment over the phone to them to assist in cost. Immediately after I picked the phone up I realized the phone had no sound... (this was not an issue before) I could not deal with that right away because of other stuff but I did finally trouble shoot and tried every avenue to find out why this is happening. Finally I got on Chat with Apple and they said it was an hardware issue. I believe this happened because I had my phone battery replaced because it was ringing out loud fine before. I am only giving a 3... but I guarantee I will be back on here to rate again after I get into contact with uBreakiFix to see what they have to say about this. Hopefully it will be good news. Nothing worse than paying hundreds of dollars for a phone that wont work properly :(

First time there they couldnt help me right away with my broken touch screen, but the guy showed me how to control the Android phone with a mouse, even called around to find me the patchcord. This kept me working while asurion sent a replacement. So grateful! Single star deduction because I bought the liquid screen guard product they offer, which was nice, but when I shattered the screen a couple months later, found that without the paper reciept and going through the warranty registration out of store, online, they dont keep any purchase record and wont honor warranty on a product they applied in store. Lame. However, they did have the screen in stock that time and were able to repair it in a couple hours, works great. Will absolutely use them again, but wont buy the screen protection

Dont waste your time!You cant post zero stars.I took my phone in on March 27 to see about a repair.The quote is 4 days for the part, 2 hours to fix when we get it.I call twice in 4 days, to make sure they can contact me by email, to see if my part has arrived. No parts as of my call 1:31 pm March 31st.I got a full refund from these clowns for the %50 down payment on the repair at 5:30pm on April 2nd when I go back to the store to figure out why they havent contacted me. They are not thieves.I was told that I was emailed about the repair, and that the parts had come in two days ago.I found that email, sent that morning at 11:24 am April 2, in my spam file when I got home.Word is that this whole operation is run by an Insurance Company!!!Terrible!

I filed my claim with Samsung Premium Care. I took the device in and was promptly greeted. I dropped off my damaged smart phone the same day and they pulled me up with my claim by name. In my opinion, I was provided a reassuring and realistic time frame of about four hours for a cracked screen. I was surprised and satisfied when they alerted me 2.5 hours later that my device was fixed. I would recommend!

I write accurate reviews. Im not a shill. My trip to see UBreakIfixIt cost me $329. They did a superb job replacing my cracked screen on my Note 8. They ran into a problem with the PCB board where the antenna became detached and they needed more time to repair it. There was no additional charge. I requested the liquid screen protector and there are 2 variants. One is 30 and one is 70. The only difference is the amount of warranty coverage. I asked them if was the same product and they were honest and said it was so. I. Appreciate their honesty and integrity to repair something I knee nothing about. I highly recommend you visiting them.
