Scheduling was a breeze. My questions via messages and chats via the web were quickly answered and addressed. My wait time in the lobby was not long and I was also asked if I needed a shuttle. Guest waiting area is beautiful, clean and very comfortable, amenities including drinks and snacks were available. The bathroom was clean and stocked. The one thing I never liked with being at any dealership is all the hooting and hollering amongst the sales staff and the loud intercom announcements so it’d be nice for the service area to be away from all of that silliness. There were also a lot of employees just yelling across the floor to each other laughing, some walking very fast and determined through the service area and having a great time which is great. Just keep in mind that you have customers in the same vicinity who are just sitting trying to mind their own business. Thanks all, I was very happy with my last visit.

I built, ordered, waited, and purchased a new vehicle from this dealer with great sales rep. Dave.The dealership gets a 5 star for cleanliness, being organized, helpfulness, and the assistance on demand.The only area that could use maybe a different approach or method is customer service given by sales reps, you get a sense of being swarmed. Im not sure if each rep does something different from the other, but if there the same maybe have only one outside to greet and help a customer.My sales rep Dave gets 5 stars.As he was well informed with what he was given.His best attribute was his listening and assistance.

Our salesman, Tobi, was excellent. He took the time to listen to our interests and showed us only what we asked to see. The manager, Mike, made us a great deal on the Lincoln Nautilus we selected. The staff was very hospitable and friendly throughout the process. This was not the first car we purchased here and it won’t be our last. Thanks all for another great experience.

One of the better service appointments I have had in recent memory. It was only for oil change and tire rotation but I was in and out in under 30 minutes. Been awhile since I only spent 30 minutes during a service appointment. Nice lounge area as well. Definitely a good experience.

Great facility, comfortable waiting area. Pleasant people and very helpful. It took a couple of tries to diagnose my truck’s problem but the work appears to be competent. We‘ll see if they fixed the problem permanently.

Dreadful experience with their service department. Installed an oil filter with a double gasket resulting in oil getting sprayed all over the engine compartment. Would have been faster to do it myself after the time spent cleaning.

I have bought multiple vehicles here. I bought gap insurance each time. When I later traded in the vehicle and requested the balance off the gap premium back from Lexington Ford they have always given me the run around. They are not a stand up business! I have been after then for 9 months to return the balance of gap premium. I may need to report them to the BBB.

UPDATED***While I was not happy with the initial service provided, Jennifer reached out listened to our complaints and acknowledged some shortcomings of our service visit. She assured me that this is not typical and would refund our payment and provided us an additional complimentary Works package. Based on her excellent customer service Im updating my review.Car was clearly done hours before I received a notification. The Works at this dealership does not include fluid top off as coolant was well below min and washer fluid was dry. I doubt they checked much as the air filter is clearly dirty. Employees are more interested in leaving early (before closing) than suggesting I get new tires, even though the car definitely needs them, and giving me some prices. They get two stars because someone there changed the oil correct...ish (was slightly over).

I called to make an appointment for the Safety recall service. I felt they didnt like this kind of service. And they hung up the phone. for my 2nd try to call, they made me wait for half an hour. I simply gave up and called to Leonardtown Ford. L-town Ford Service was immediate and nice.

My car was in the Lexington park Ford shop for a little over a week and during that time the communication between myself and the service rep was awful. On multiple occasions while in the shop I was the one calling to request on my vehicle. For the time I called and was unable to reach my service rep I was told that they would call me back at their earliest convenience. Not once aside from the call to tell me that my car was ready for pick up did they initiate contact to give me updates even when I had requested them. They managed to fix the issue with my car but due to the lack of communication I find it very unlikely that I will be taking may car back to them.

After explaining the situation that I was in Jason and Jesse really tried to make something possible for us. These people earned my business and I love my f150 lariat. Please dont trust this place.Got a used car on July 20th dont even know how passed inspection with a bad wheel barron a transmission leak and slipping..Bad tires and lug nuts.Then sold with AC that doesnt work which went into shop again..There is a signature on paperwork that isnt my fiancée.I told them I would not buy the car if he was on the title well with the signature that isnt his hes on the title.So Jason the gm went to him today once again about the bill i have received and he told me he would pay me back.When I told him how I felt about all the problems he did not like what I said he told me to never come back and would not pay me back.When I walk in the gm goes oh God what now.The finance manager Matt hung up on me over the paperwork because they messed it up.I should have walked away then..They treat their customers this way?Then you cant make a complaint to Ford because its individual owned so the way I feel Ford doesnt care..Will never buy a Ford again and going to the news and time for a lawyer please save yourself from this place

Do not go to Lexington Park Ford Service.They didn’t give me the information I needed ahead of time forcing me to pay four days of a rental while they waited for a spare key to come in, killed my battery, sat around waiting on Ford Hotline to call them back for almost two weeks while I was paying for a rental, would rarely call me back when I called and forced me to sit on hold for ten minutes almost every call. Once they got a working part in they didn’t work on it immediately (as I was told they would) and had me pay for three more days of a rental car. Their way of fixing all of these things was to not charge me for the first broken replacement part and to take $100 off the top. As if that would help my $1,170 rental bill—- which they won’t reimburse any part of because my car doesn’t fit their warranty requirements even though it isn’t a warranty issue.

I purchased a new vehicle for my birthday last week from this location on 7/20/21. My salesman was Ricki and the manager that I worked with was Mike. I am not one to be going back and forth between a salesman and a manager, but this experience was totally different. Ricki was a no nonsense, no pressure type of salesman. He made sure that all my needs were met and we actually had fun conversing throughout the process. There is not enough good things, I can say about this young man. He made the process, easy, fun, and pleasurable. Mike is a great manager. He allowed Ricki to do his thing, but he also was a no pressure type of persona and kept me and Ricki both informed every step of the way. I have developed a relationship with these guys over the past years with different salesmen and managers but these two guys are TOP NOTCH! Go get you a vehicle today and ask for these guys. You wont regret it!

Purchased a vehicle from these guys and got completely shafted. Was required to pay off my previous vehicle financed through One-man Financial prior to approval for this loan for my new truck. Paid in full in 2 months time 9800 dollars and they dragged their feet to take care of the loan they told me would be paid off the day I came back in to sign the paperwork. Called the finance manager out on this and he gave me a smart attitude and then attempted to talk down to me like we are incompetent. Without contacting the original financing company they took a contract for the pay off of the vehicle without checking with One Main Financial to ensure the payoff amount. Leaving us stuck in a 1500 dollar every week payment essentially till my previous vehicle was paid off. Mike Steele and Matt Promised big and delivered small leaving me with a new vehicle that has engine problems, routine maintenance according to Lincolns Service Record that hasnt been done and no access to a payment account for the vehicle that I purchased. This is my 3rd vehicle I have purchased from this dealership. And It will DEFINITELY BE MY LAST! Do not do business with this company if you value your hard earned money and your credit. Wish I could give these fools less than one star. GO ELSEWHERE! Do not go to this dealership even for servicing!

Thouhht 2and half hrs was kinda long to wait for oil change and tire rotation and to check for slow leak in tire, if the tire couldnt be fix shouldve been told while car was still on lift to decide if I wanted to purchase tires instead put air in tire and brought invoice to be paid and even wrote the tech suggested getting tires, customer service couldve been better in explaining what was needed felt to many people standing around talking .

I brought my F150 in for an oil change and a simple service recall at the appointment time 0f 11AM. I was told it would take a couple of hours so I accepted the generous offer to shuttle me to my home. I wasnt notified until 5PM that the work was completed. I submitted my evaluation of the work and customer service to Ford and was contacted by Ford to explain that service appointment times arent necessarily scheduled based on when the work might be started but rather to space out customer arrival times so as not to crowd the service desk. Ford kindly offered to provide my next oil change and car cleaning for free as a gesture to reconcile this misunderstanding.

Originally my husband and I bought our car on 3/11/21, and had a great experience. I really was ecstatic about the car buying experience and how simple it was. Austin Flowe was great and he followed up with me to ensure it all was completed in a timely fashion. Though upon purchase of the car, it was asked and provided in a I Owe You that they would fix multiple items on the vehicle. By the next week the Ford service department (Karrie) had called me to inform me that all parts had come in and I could come into to have it all completed. This appointment was scheduled on 3/24/21, so I dropped my car off the night before. Chris met me as I walked in the door and said they could take my keys and check my vehicle in for service the next day. After getting off of work the next day I had not received a phone call from stating my vehicle had been completed so I called myself. When I called and spoke to Karrie, she stated she never received my vehicle and she would have to get back with me on where it was. The keys had been left at the counter all night and day and not actually checked in. To top it off she said none of the parts had actually came in, whoever had called me before was misinformed and I would have to reschedule when the parts had come in.A few days later I was called again to be told the parts had come in. I explained my previous circumstances and they were confident that the parts would be in the vehicle would be completed at the conclusion of this appointment... The appointment was scheduled for 4/6/21. Now as I had done before I dropped the car off the night before to the service department and left it for the whole day. After getting off work I called again having not received a phone call yet. From the time I got off work at 1600 to the time of arrival at 1630 I was placed on hold with the service department. Once I arrived I saw my vehicle in the same location untouched. I spoke with Karrie again and was informed that the vehicles are performed in the order they are received. So I came back later in the night when she had called me for completion. Would you believe it, she informed me that not all the parts had come in. Once again the parts had not come in... And also that a piece that was being installed would require a 3rd party installer. So I had asked if I could schedule the appointment and Karrie ensured me that this 3rd party installer would reach out to me. I hadnt heard anything by 4/13/21. So I went in person to speak with Jamie from the service department, I explained to her from beginning to end the issues I had with the service department and she actually ordered all parts. I now had an appointment to come in to finally resolve everything. I came in on 4/19/21 to have everything fixed and supposedly the trim piece that they were supposed to fix was broken during installation. (The piece that I had put on there previously I had marked so I would know if it was replaced or not.) I was told that during the installation that the piece was 75% of the way on and the final clip broke that would secure it in place. I have a hard time believing this as the old one piece was still on the vehicle and was secured down even more. I believe they tried to secure down the original piece and saw that is was marked so they had to buy a new piece, which they did not have in stock. (Supposedly this piece came in just three business days, the new piece that they have ordered has so far taken over two weeks to arrive.) Resolved on 4/30/21.I am not happy with Lexington Park Fords service department and having to spend well over 7 and a half weeks trying to resolve the issues of the car I purchased from them. I understood one mishap but this happened multiple times over the course of nearly two months. I hope they get organized and others arent experiencing the hassle I have. Car buying experience was great, everything the followed it was terrible. I would not recommend them in the future.Lastly they send my title and any other information to an address that they had on file from ten years ago.

***UPDATE*** After receiving my vehicle registration I found out they put the wrong address. They claim to have the correct address on file and that it was a MVA mistake, but Lexington Park Ford has also sent documents to this incorrect address. The whole process after buying this car has been awful. Now I need to go out of my way and pay for a change of address on my vehicle registration. Thank you again Lexington Park Ford for the mistakes you continually make and for not trying in any way to resolve them. Originally bought my car on 3/11/21, and had a great experience. I need to get an alignment and have an all over check on my car. I took it there and the service was very prompt and everybody was nice. I drove it home and it was making a strange noise so I brought it back the next day and they promptly fix the problem for free. Jaime is so knowledgeable and I will come back again.

Two consecutive service appointments failed to meet minimum expectations. Car was filthy with greasy handprints on the hood and door handles for the first visit and the repair item wasn’t correctly accomplished on the second visit. Had to return the vehicle for a third visit to get the driver airbag reconnected since they left it unplugged. Inattentive service department. Emphasis on sales and no emphasis on service satisfaction. Love our Navigator but will no longer be using Lexington Park Lincoln for ANY service or sales. Received excuses about the move to new building has distracted or consumed their attention. Very unsatisfactory.

[ like the transit,it was purchased used,the dealer went down to Ga. and brought the vehicle up here,the photograph of the vehicle looked great,when i went to pick it up the interior was very beat up and the smell from cigarette smoke is terrible.I will never buy a used car sight unseen again. The service was top notch. Got a key from batteries and bulbs (would not suggest there keys for Fords) trying to save a buck. Needless to say needed another key. Meg made getting a new key and reprogramming a pleasure. Never again anything from keys to back windshields only using Ford dealer from now on.

When I pulled into Lexington Park Ford, a gentleman approached my car with an umbrella, it was raining. I thought to myself what a kind place. The gentleman took me right to the product specialist Evan Schmidt. Very Kind individual. Everything was already to go except the test drive of the Ford Ranger I was interested. I test drove the Ranger and it was like so smooth I couldnt believe it. Well the deal was done. I was hooked. I wasnt there like tons of hours like your use to. I was only there for a short time. I had a trade-in and wanted it to go towards my down payment. Which it did. To make the story short. I got what I expected and more. Not only was I the first person to purchase a vehicle from there new location. They took pictures and all. It was an exciting day for me. I would recommend Lexington Park Ford to anyone I know. I went in to buy a car and it was all set signing papers test drove it, went great. But another family came in and because it was easier to work with them, they took the keys and test drove the car we were set on and waited until the other family was sure on the car and writing the check for them to tel us “ oh we just can’t make it work “ won’t ever return and will urge others to do the same. Sales person was Richard and mike as manager, I don’t know the girl that took the keys from Richard.

I was in the market for a 2021 Ford Explorer but I couldnt find the one with the features I wanted locally here in middle Virginia. I finally called Lexington Ford and to my amazement, they quickly found three Explorers with different levels of trim that all had the features that were must-haves for me. Furthermore, since they were a four hour round-trip from my home, they brought the Explorer to my home where I filled out the purchase paperwork and the representative that delivered it setup all the connections, phone, phone apps, Wii-fi setup, etc and we went over all the operational features.

We had such a great experience here! Mike in sales is SO helpful and knowledgeable and answered any and all of our questions about our new F-150! He literally knew what every one of the buttons and features did and explained them with great detail! Time before last I took car in for oil change. I was told all my brakes were 2/32 and my tires were all 3/32. In a reality front brakes were 9/32 and rear tires were 6/32. Doesnt do much for my trust in mechanics. Therefore this last time took my MKZ in for tires and alignment I was told outer tie rods were worn. Didnt know to believe him or not because of previous experience. Took car home and checked tie rods myself. To my happiness they are bad. Consistency and honestly is what I want from my mechanic. If something is bad, its. Dont tell me something is bad if it isnt. Thanks for hearing me vent.

AMAZING experience buying a vehicle from these folks!Im a no-nonsense kind of guy. I see what I want, I research to make sure I can get it for a fair price, and I buy it. To that end, my purchase from Lexington Park Ford couldnt have been easier.Within minutes of filling out the True Car form at 9:00 am on a Friday, I was contacted by the General Manager (impressive) to discuss the vehicle. He answered all my questions and gave me all the details. Talk about efficient!And best of all, they DELIVERED my vehicle (2 hours away) THAT SUNDAY and drove away my trade. I was able to take a test drive in my neighborhood, sign all the paperwork in my driveway, and take possession of my new vehicle within 48 hours of agreeing to the purchase.Shout out to Richard, Azia, and Alyssa for making my experience so awesome. The most Horrible Service and repairs ever, heres why:I brought my older Ford Ranger to Lex.Pk. Ford for an appointment on Wed, March 24, to replace the the four differential bearings, pinion seal, driveshaft u-joints and d/s support bearing. The estimate indicated about 4-5 hours labor. I dropped the truck off Tuesday evening. The next day I had not gotten a call from Service dept. it was finished, so I came in following evening. I could see the truck was on the shop floor, not on lift, so I figured it was about ready. Went into Service dept., person said mech. was waiting to get a part, would come in Saturday to finish if necessary, and she would give me a call by COB Friday to let me know. I asked her if there was a problem since it was taking so long, she said he broke a bearing, and theyve been very busy. I received no call Friday, so stopped in, another Service dept. person said it was almost ready. I said I would come in Monday to pick up.Monday, March 29, I got no call, so came in. She said it was ready. Got in truck, and when I reached ~30MPH there was a terrible shaking, the steering wheel shook, I could feel it through the floor and shook the outside mirror. I came in next day and talked to the head Service Manager. He said the were busy, the soonest he could get it in was the following Tuesday, April 6. I asked him if the mechanic didnt mark the driveshaft to keep it balanced, or what was problem? He says he thinks its a u-joint. Next day no call or email from Service Dept. on status, as I had asked. Thurs, April 8 got call from Service Mgr., said they think carrier bearing was issue, would try to get part that day or next day. Next day, Friday, no call from Service Dept. Monday, Apr. 12th I called in to get status, another Service mgr. said they had not received part yet.Tues., Apr.13, the head Service Mgr. said they still had problem with d/s, and were sending it too an outside shop to have it balanced.Apr. 14 and 15- no call from Service Dept. on status.Friday, Apr 16.- call from Service Dept. truck was ready. I picked it up Sat., and didnt notice a shake at lower speed, but a slight shake ~60MPH. It had been balanced, but will never be as good as the factory balance I had before. All the u-joints and carrier bearing had been replaced twice. To balance the d/s., the shop had to add a weight near the back and three weights in the front- thats a lot. The maintenance was clearly done improperly. I had asked for all old parts to be returned to me, and noticed the original carrier bearing had been pried off the d/s with a screwdriver- so forcefully that it broke off a big section of metal on the other side. This is a Ford Dealership with the proper press/puller tools as well as the Ford manuals showing how to do the maintenance properly! What confidence can I have that the other repairs were done properly? 23 days passed between me dropping off car and it being ready.I am just totally, thoroughly disgusted.

Im having a new engine built. I was referred to Devin Hyde in your parts department from my cylinder head guy in Arizona. I initially bought some cylinder heads. Devin did such a good job, going above and beyond, that I ended up buying another $2200 in support pieces (he took the time to help me figure out a lengthy list of part numbers needed) and then I purchased my new block through Devin. I have now spent over $6,300 in new Ford parts from Devin. Im in Indiana, but choose Lexington Park Ford due to Devins customer service and pricing. During my visit a problem covered by a TSB revealed itself, disabling my truck. They diagnosed the problem, procured the parts, completed the service bulletin in under an hour ! My experience purchasing my car was great. Jamie did an amazing job getting it ready and and even delivered it to my door in DC! This was reassuring, especially in May when DC was on full lock down. They car was everything i expected and Im very happy with my new Ford.Unfortunately, Lexington waited over a month to send my title info to the DMV. Now my temp tags are expired and despite asking over and over via phone and email for 4 weeks for an updated temp tag Lexington hasnt gotten one for me.Would have been a 5 star review if they had simply done the paper work, or even helped me with a new temp tag.

Though my initial buying experience was positive, the overall experience after the dealership had my purchase turned into an extremely frustrating and stressful situation. My 60 day temp tags expired without any concern from the accounting department at the dealership. Their outright failure to ensure my simple transfer of registration and their lack of follow through has demonstrated they do not care once money in hand. Have reached out repeatedly to get resolution. Get nothing but excuses.
