Kyle with the Verizon store on2620 Reynolds Ranch Parkway came to my aid in a timely fashion in the retailer this morning, at the beginning of a new month.The time in the store was approximately 2 hours yet he DID NOT belittle nor patronize me in any irritable condescending manner. Thank You.Kyle confidently and fluidly walked me through not only a new upgrade on last years model of the Samsung Galaxy S20 FE UW, plus I insisted on charging carriers from a competitor company. I have been with said company for approximately 9-10 years.This kind representative calmed all my reservations of swapping Everything out entirely--- for my own added safeguard and security with identity protection!!He was reassuring in a good way, patient, and best yet; he was NOT arrogant, cocky, or a proud personality. ( Kyle must be a faith believer) Promote Kyle. He is a grand salesman. ( i was not going to switch phones, that is back to an Android after only two years of Apple usage) I thought it would be a huge ordeal and headache. Not with this representative! Professional and thorough.To top the review off, I had had my heart set on the Google Pixel Smartphone. There was no such fortune; going out of stock.However, now i have a new lavender Galaxy with a back mount magnet and a couple of practical accessories for protection without the monthly protection package. It will work.Once again, Mercí

As busy as it was at the Verizon store, I was wondering if I would get good service. I thought they might rush me through. But Domarina was AMAZING!! She took the time to explain things. She even found me a great deal on my bundle!! She also was able to retrieve all my photos and contacts and all the data from my old phone. I literally cried. She’s the best!! The store is lucky to have her!

Devin at the Verizon Store in Lodi was excellent during my purchase of a new phone. He was patient as I deliberated about my selection. Then he improvised when my old phone was losing power during the data transfer. I highly recommend the store and Devin for customer service and attention to detail. Thank you.

The minute I walked into the store I felt welcomed. I was there to find out why my Motorola phone wasnt allowing anyone who called to hear my voice. I could hear them just fine but they couldnt hear me. The manager Domarina was very helpful. She explained that the phone has 3 speakers and sometimes they have a tendency to go out. I asked her what my options were and she explained everything very clearly. I was able to get a new phone, she applied all the discounts Verizon had and when I left the store I felt that Domarina had done everything possible to allow me to be a VERY SATISFIED CUSTOMER. She has excellent customer service skills, the best store manager you could possibly ask for. PLEASE KEEP THIS VERY KNOWLEDGEABLE, KIND, SOFT SPOKEN LADY AROUND AND SHE DESERVES A FANTASTIC REVIEW FROM HER SUPERIORS.

Are you kidding me. By far this is the worst service I ever had. We have been to this store 3 times in the past two weeks. They simply cant get it right. We bought the top of the line watch and it still doesnt work. I would not recommend this store to anyone!

I am absolutely amazed by Domarina! She really looked into my account after I mentioned that I wanted to upgrade a tablet for my daughter who is diagnosed with ASD. She made a call on my behalf to Verizon because she realized that I only had two tablets but had been charged for 3 tablet lines for over a year! Over and over she told the representative that they needed to fix the discrepancy, and credit me for the 3 rd line! I can’t believe she was on the phone for over an hour in order to assist me!All your employees should learn from Domarina because she embodies customer service to a T! She actually goes above and beyond for her customers and customer loyalty.

Went in having trouble with my phone camera not working. The employee was able to diagnose the problem. They looked up my account and asked me a question about an upgrade. I said actually dont even use the smart watch and want to cancel it. They said I had to call Verizon. Isnt that where Im standing?? Then proceeded to try and sell me stuff for the next 5 minutes. Waste of time and a stop.

Beware of this store, Went in on Oct 9 to upgrade my iPhone in doing so Bruce told me for $50.00 I could get a tablet with no hidden fees, Well this past Sunday I get my Verizon Bill with Tablet Activation Fee and Monthly Line Fee, I even get an invoice the day at the store showing Zero Activation Fee and Zero Monthly Fee. I was irritate so I take the tablet back this past Sunday Bruce states that he will refund me $41.75 took my MasterCard and supposedly credited my Account well this morning I look at my credit card I was charged not credited the 41.75 I even got a receipt from Bruce showing a refund on header turns out he charged me. I filed a dispute with California Public Utilities Commission also calling Verizon Corporate. STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS.

BUYER BEWARE!! These guys are DECEPTIVE and PURPOSELY MISS LEADING. 1st they tried to take my trade in and use it to sell me cheap charger and case. When the trade in value though Verizon was 410$. Then when asked why there was a extra phone line being added. Its nothing ... it will come off in a couple weeks. In fact the the two weeks was the cut off for locking me in a two year contract for that free pad. When returning the pad the next day there was another customer in there for the same SHADY business deal they gave me.

I normally go to the Verizon store for all my cellular needs, but when my phone died on the way to work one morning, I was desperate to get a new phone. The service rep was nice and very helpful. He was also very convincing. I was up-sold on a new data package that came with an Ellipsis 8. I normally dont buy my electronics without a thorough review, but when I was offered the tablet for basically next to nothing, I took the bait. Little did I know I was just sold a POS or more politely a worthless tablet. The Ellipsis 8 is so slow that internet is practically non-existent and any good app keeps crashing.My suggestion would be to not let the staff at this store con you into any up-sale, they were not honest up front and are pushing off old stock to improve their verizon service sales. Take the drive to Stockton and work with Verizon directly. (Oh, when I called Verizon, they told me that since I went through a dealer, I have to deal with that dealer.)

Super poor service from Jaime. I went in to get a seperate account from my parents and i was told to go to a verizon store to do it. So once i go into the store and explain to him what i had to do he didnt let me finish and said that i didnt need him and just gave me a number. Didnt even bother to try and help me.
