This store is operated AND owned by THIEVES. As of 10-25-16, Metro PCS provides ALL new customers/ accounts cell phones service for as low as $30 per month. This store overcharges the price of their cell phones by 25%, doubles your sales tax, and demands you to pay for the premium service that Metro PCS provides at $60 per month. When informed that was NOT Metro PCS policy nor whats displayed in the in-store ads, i was simply told it was store policy. Calling customer service was a joke, & apparently this thief of an owner/ operator owns ALL the Authorized Metro PCS stores in Lodi, Ca. Needless to say, I will take my business elsewhere to another location or cell phone service provider.unsatisfied customer,Is C.

Had decent experience for myself. The store Had an irate customer who was cursing and yelling at the cashier what cause did Im unsure I stepped in to diffuse the situation because the security guard looks scared to death and all the other employees just sit there while the girl got yelled at and cursed at. He did finally leave but not before he cursed at her some more and threatened to come back and retaliate
