We have taken our phones to Tom (owner) to get the screens replaced before with no problems, however when my daughter dropped and broke her iPad we took it in and it’s been over a year and over 20 calls later and nothing. We took my daughters iPad in and he said it would be ready in a week. We called to see if it was ready and Tom said he had to gently work out the bend because if he did it all at once it could break. We waited a couple more weeks and he said he might have to order a new back, we said that’s fine. We called back a couple of weeks later, he couldn’t find the color, we told him it has a case on it so the color doesn’t matter any color is fine. Guess what??? We still don’t have our iPad, it’s been over a year and Tom has not fixed our iPad & has not initiated one phone call. So don’t take your items to Tom if you want them back! By the time we get hers back “IF” we do, it’ll be outdated. IF I COULD GIVE TOM ZERO STARS I WOULD!!!
