Staff is so friendly and helpful. We have been looking for a new home gamestop since our local one closed. We finally found one with that same welcoming feel. As a grandparent bringing a grandchild, we have more questions than most and they are so kind and patient at this store.

I really like to take my kid to this place all the customer services are so knowledgeable and helpful. I have a membership that they send me every month a magazine which my kid adore and collect it.

Went there last saturday. to replace my P4 controller under warranty...the guys there.very helpful ...took my old control and order a new one..it took 3 days to get the new controller...so happy........also bought a hard drive 2T... Lodi store its the place to shop for Gaming.

Attendant was super helpful and nice even tho my english isnt good. He was quick and knew what he was doing. Definitely going to come back if i need anything else even though its outside my city but i appreciate nice people.

This is my to good GameStop for years now. Been a customer for a very long time and the staff here is one of the best staff ever. They value there customers and are always there to give u a hand. They are also very good at keeping you informe in your preorders and are very organized. Brian and Eddie are the best thank you.

Was there for a quick visit. The item I was looking for was not on the shelf. The employee checked their delivery and noticed that the item had been delivered but wasnt on the shelf yet. He went in the back and opened the delivery boxes and got the item for me. I appreciate the fact that he was thorough and helped me get what I was there for.

Feel very disappointed, simple online return wasn’t possible since I’ve used PayPal to pay for my item, salesman offered store credit for my purchase(400$) because he can’t make a return to my original method of payment. At the end I was told that I was trying to resell it somewhere and now I’m returning console. That was really rude.

The store was nice and neat and employee helpful. They didnt have what I wanted but informed me of closest location that does have the item.

Very bad experience today. I bought 2 roblox cards for my kids. One is redeemed and the other one not. I went back to store to ask what to do, and both employers werent helpful. Actually they had bad attitude. DISAPPOINTED

Nasty attitude for no reason on the phone

The fact that I came here to return a head set that wasn’t good that they recommended to me, the manager said to me “we like to sell stuff not return it” and then proceed to give me attitude. No wonder GameStop is struggling and going out of business. On top of this store looked very dirty and employees weren’t wearing there mask covering there noises.

Horrible service from this location! They never answer the phones here to even conform they have something in stock because gamestop site never matches the stores stock. When you get to this store they are no help in finding what you need by just point in a direction and not walking over to it saving a customer time in the search when the store was empty.The regional manager of this lodi location really need to make changes in the service this location provides. Terrible all together!!I understand if tge store was busy to ignore the phones but to ignore in person and the phones are just ringing being ignored...IS JUST BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

During Black Friday weekend, and COVID, the store however was empty but I was still rushed and treated like I was an annoyance just for asking basic questions for things I wanted to buy.Just doesn’t make sense.

I went to this GameStop to purchase a game and I had a horrible experience. The bald guy with glasses was trying to upsell something to me and I denied his offer. He kept being aggressive and pushy and would not take no for an answer, and kept trying to sell me his offer. He then started yelling at me saying do you understand what Im telling you! and other customers heard the to commotion. He was trying to pressure me into spending more money than what I had to. I just wanted to buy my game and leave. Horrible customer service.

The staff was friendly and offered help and were helpful. On the GameStop app, I was given a trade offer price that was wrong. One of the employees offered me a offered me a power up rewards pro card for $9.00 and introduced me to all the benefits of it.

I went to buy a head set at 8:40 pm, I left the store at 8:50 because I didn’t have enough money ( I live 5 minutes away literally ), I called at 8:55 and explained that I’ll reach the store at exactly 9:00 (closing time) to buy the headset and the man said to me with this disgusting poisonous attitude that “he’s tired and wants to go home and he will not wait the 5 minutes for me to purchase it ” .... 5 extra minutes ...would kill you??? Disgusting truly. Now a little kid isn’t gonna have a present. Good job you lazy bum. I worked at restaurants all my life. If Someone comes in 10 minutes before for a meal. U sit the man down and let them eat. Learn some courtesy. Horrible customer service.

NEVER come here for games/preorders they will always give the most horrible attitude and treat you different than others.My story.Came to this GameStop for the DB FighterZ preorderDude said gotta preorder again I replied okI also wanted to trade in a game and also have two couponsDude gave the worst face and didnt wanted to accept my coupons, luckly other dude who also worked there came in clutch and worked it out.Now that I have the game Regular edition he didnt even give the little figure that comes with the game while my friends WHO ALSO HAVE THE REGULAR EDITION gave them figure. I just dont get it why do u have to treat me different.

I bought 2 xbox 360 from Gamestop for $303, included shipping, but they came with out hard drive disk so I called them and ask why? they answered me that that is the way they sell those items, I confronted the Customer service lady why they didnt advertised that they were selling those systems without hard drive disks, She said I am sorry and ended the phone call, so any one who is buying from these people should be aware of what they are selling and ask before paying

I stopped in looking for ps4 vr I was not going to spend 400 for new one and ask if he has refurbished one he said no but quickly got on the phone and located one for me and thats how I ended up at Paramus Park Mall at that game stop.
