I went in never having had T-mobile before. Eddie and the young lady he works with (sorry can not remember her name but shes freaking fantastic) made my process super easy. Told her what the issue was she told me what I had to do to keep my phone number, recommended my phone, got me approved 0 down, set my phone up for me, and got me out all with in an hour. I can not say enough good things! They got themselves a new customer! Thanks guys ππ
Went there to get my mother in law a new phone and switch her over from sprint. The representative was fantastic and everyone in this particular store is bilingual which was a bonus because she only speaks Spanish and my Spanish isnt great. She ended up getting an iPhone 12 max pro and saving over $100 by switching to tmobile. Thanks for the great experience.

!!!! PLEASE READ THIS !!! The people here seem so uninformed and, not to be rude, but ratchet. The boy helping us didnt know how to interpret information correctly, and wasnt helping us understand anything at all. Mind you, we were trying to switch over from AT&T. big mistake. He examined the phones we were asking to trade-in said the phones we had werent eligible for trade due to the phone being an iPhone 6.. i allowed him to go on and after a couple minutes asked him to check the phone again and said oh haha its a 7... as if he didnt know the first time and was trying to jip us. A little sketchy, either, once again, uninformed or trying to get away with adding more money to the bill. After calling someone over to help us understand what he was trying to say we agreed upon the plan they had provided us with. Anyway, they told us with a good trade in of an iPhone 7 we could get up to $500 off on the new phone. they brought out a blue light to check for water damage, understandable, and then a microscope to check for scratches and cracks... happened to find the SMALLEST crack on the camera... the crack didnt even affect the photos or anything. Told us they couldnt take the phone because of the crack... Are you kidding me?! The terms and conditions for the trade in said GOOD CONDITION not PERFECT CONDITION. after the longest process they then told us because we can trade the phone in the bill would go from 220 to 300! what !? NO WAY. We left right after, and as we drove away the boy and the girl associates were laughing clearly towards us. Horrible experience, never going back, suggest anyone else avoids them. Oh and the girl assisting a man on the other kiosk was complaining as the man left to get his wallet in the car that she wished the phone wasnt on promotion so that she could make more money off his purchase and was very loud and obnoxious about it. THESE PEOPLE WILL TRY TO ROB YOU.
The associate was friendly but she doesnt know her equipment. I bought 3 chargers to find the right one and she asked me to check to see if it was the right one. Shouldnt she know that? Waiting for 30 min for a charger is a little extreme to have to keep bringing it back. You should know every phone and the charger that goes with it.

Horrible customer service. The associates act as if there job is painful. I dont know if its a lack of training or just rude behavior. Either way the store is always empty and now I know why. I will not be retuning to this location again.

Terrible service. Much rather visit the Garfield location. Only went here because Garfield didnt have the phone I needed in stock. Bought two phones, associate didnt ask which phone was going to which number, just started the process.
