The store is a bit small, but they had such awesome stuff inside for BTS. Im a huge fan of RJ aka Jin from BTS and I grabbed all I could of his stuff, from a huge doll, a little character, stickers, a poster and the BTS mask. There was more stuff that I wanted but it would have to be on a second trip. I love the store and the owners were so kind and gave me a free gift because of my huge purchase.

I once visited this store to check out Txt and Day6 albums, and I got to say, this location is great! Every K-pop fans dream! Although it is a small store, the wide array of not just K-pop, but Korean music of different genres is actually amazing. This particular location has everything you need from posters, merchandise, and of course, K-pop albums from every band and solo artist. The customer service here was friendly and extremely helpful in finding merchandise best fit for you. Admittedly though, I could easily get lost in the amount of albums this small store has hahah. The pricing here ranges between a little more expensive than retail (LIke 4 dollar difference) or right around the same price. Although it may seem pricey (A 25 dollar album may cost 27 dollars here, depending on the artist) it actually isnt a deal breaker for me. Overall, great location and I would go spend my money here if I ever visit DTLA again.

They had BTS Memories 2020 set before several other stores in town. They carry some official BT21 merch. The staff was really nice too, gave me a Cooky freebie with my purchase. 💜 Their loyalty rewards counts all purchases unlike some stores that only count album purchases. This will definitely by my go-to place.

Came here to buy my album for my brithday it was my first time there. The albums they sell are in good condition they do have new albums there. The guy who works there was very. I love how he has a small box for people to put the open bags since people must have stolen from the store before. I rate it 5 stars it small but lots of things to buy.

I love how there are so many albums to choose from but the price is ridiculous. i was trying to go buy nct’s hot sauce album because i saw that online, it was $22.99 but in store it was $28. i also called to ask how much it was in store and they said they could not tell me because of “store policy.” they probably didn’t want me to know that it was much more expensive in store. i recommend other stores like choice music or music plaza.

They have a lot of stuff here but BTS seems to be the hypest thing rn as of 2021 so expect to see a lot of BTS related items here.

I’ve shopped here before so it hurts that this happened, but went today to accompany a friend and after walking around I was asked by an employee if I wanted to leave my tote bag up by the register. I declined and didn’t think anything of it and continued to follow around my friend. Then I passed by another employee, she stopped me and asked to leave my bag up front, I declined again but she kept repeating herself and TOOK my hand to lead me to the front of the store. I was so embarrassed that I ended giving the employee my bag to hang. I’m guessing they assumed I would do something..

KPOP STANS & BUYERS BEWARE!!!! Terrible experience with this shop online. They mailed out two kpop cds at over 50 dollars total and did not even bother to put basic US postal insurance on the mailed package. Instead they shipped it as media mail (which frankly benefits the BUSINESS not the buyer in this instance since they charged me handling fees too so more expensive than regular media mail.). Thanks to this unprofessional practice my items were stolen by someone in my building upon arrival. US postal does not investigate media mail fraud and this shop will not even honor a resend unless I pay them more uninsured shipping and handling (WHY WOULD I EVER?), despite the fact I contacted them to alert them there was an address transcription error in order to prevent the theft beforehand. They did not care and gave no assistance and my items were subsequently stolen after the postal carrier could not be convince to track an uninsured media mail. I contacted my card company but this business is lying AND PLACED THE BLAME ON ME. So no albums, no refund, their site does not even use Paypal (again more UNINSURED shipping/business practices) so they are sure to rip you off with no penalties or recourse. Ive had better service from private Instagram kpop fans as sellers than this so-called business. TAKE YOUR MONEY ELSEWHERE!!

We just visited for the first time and I was truly blown away by their vast selection of albums and merch. There is SO much to see! They have a ton of albums and merch for the better known kpop groups, but I really appreciated that they have albums and merch from lesser known groups, too. The prices seemed competitive, which means Ill be back!

I buy all my albums from here and never had a problem, they have great section and give out freebies 10/10 would recommend!

Didn’t even know that this store had opened and when I returned to Madang Plaza after nearly two years I was surprised! They have a huge variety of kpop albums and kpop accessories. Literally any new album you could think of is here! They also have a lot of older albums which many other stores don’t even sell or have in stock! I walked in and walked out with everything I wanted. The staff is extremely friendly and follow protocol so well! My experience at this store was like no other! I definitely recommend this store more than any other! They have everything kpop here! I’ll definitely be going back soon! 😄

The stuff is cool, very high quality, I got some cool bts and bt21 stuff but what I also wanted was a shirt or hoodie from Blackpink and I couldnt find one. I gave it a 5-star rating because it wasn’t the employees fault ofc but the people who I went with.

This is my first ever kpop store I’ve been to and it was far beyond my expectations! I bought my first girl and boy group lightstick and the lady gave me a face plush as a freebie. Definitely recommend!

I loved the variety the store/website provides, but I spent around $50 dollars for an album, shipping, and a poster but once my package arrived I noticed there was something off. I received the wrong order completely. I received the wrong version of the album I purchased and no poster, and the album itself underneath packaging was dirty. I reached out to customer service but I have not heard back from them. They emailed me back once to see the white slip that comes with the order, but I still have no clue what is going to happen due to the lack of communication. They didn’t reach out back to me. I’m not sure if I’ll be buying again from the store.

I placed my first order with them recently for a limited edition album. I use a PO Box for domestic orders because of local mail thieves, and instead of any notice or a chance to change my shipping address to fall within their policy, I was automatically refunded without any notice and now the album is sold out everywhere.When people order, your system should include where you are and arent able to ship to.I will not be ordering from this store again.

I loved it! The only thing that was a little annoying (to me) was that the me and my friend had to wear masks and gloves due to the pandemic. But they have great majority of albums, pins, posters, and more! 10/10 reccomend! Prices are acceptable also!

Great selection for kpop merch all around (some items sold out elsewhere are available in the store). Staff are very helpful and nice.They have a good rewards program where every time you buy an item, you receive store credit (even a $1 purchase can warrant some store credit). Oh and each time you make a purchase they give you cute photo cards or stickers related to the group or idol you bought! Personally my go to place to buy kpop merch.

I bought like 13 EXO obsession albums (to try to pull a Chen, but he hates me so I didnt pull any) and the staff was super nice. I got a free rolled poster for every album I bought and I also was given a free $30 bag since I bought so much. Apparently, they also give 10% off the first week after the release which was super nice. The staff was just awesome bro!! They let me take pictures to trade my pcs and even offered to help me trade. This is definitely the new kpop store Im gonna visit when I stop by LA.

Is is the perfect place for you to go if you love kpop and you can shop for some items. Theres different kind of kpop groups like BTS, seventeen,Stray kids, EXO, and much more kpop groups not just boy groups also blackpink and other girl groups like red velvet too. You can get all kinds of stuff there its a very good PLACE! I recommend you to go there and have fun!

There is a remarkably deep stock of CDs here, but you have to search a bit. There are marked shelves for the more popular groups on the wall, but you may also find additional CDs on tables or throughout smaller displays. They have posters and accessories, and will bundle CDs and posters if you want both. Prices on the older releases tended to be a few bucks less than the plaza/mall counterparts, so check here if you want to fill out your collection. Light stick inventory was pretty good, and they still (as of February) had the popular holiday greetings from many of bigger names. Worth checking out.
