Made an appointment online which was easily done. I Brought my phone in for screen repair at the designated time and it was done in a half hour. The staff was very friendly and the price was cheaper than I expected! Happy to have my phone back to normal!

I called yesterday asking if I could get my Samsung S10 screen repaired. They told me I could get it repaired that day. I went and dropped it off around 1PM. Their computer system was having issues according to the person who helped me, but he assured me they could repair my screen that day and even showed me the screen they were going to use. The employee told me it should be done around close. I gave them my home phone line and email address.I did not receive any calls or emails on the status of my device. I went to the store 15 minutes before they closes. I asked about my device, and was told1. It not fixed yet,2. The screen they had to repair my phone was used for someone elses repair.3. They did not have any other screens that they could repair my phone with.4. They offered to repair my phone when they get more screens - in a month.5. They lost my contact info (which prevented me from using someone else who also could have repaired my phone yesterday).I can understand making mistakes, but they failed in the basics of customer service and the person I spoke with basically made me feel like they didnt care that they dropped the ball terribly with my service.Update - they did have my email correct as even though they couldnt call or email me yesterday as they claimed they didnt have my info in the system but today Im getting spam email from them! Not only did they truly mess up service, they lied about it too. Absolutely terrible service.

There was initially a mix up when my son dropped his phone off and he was told it wouldn’t be fixed that day. He was super upset. I called the store and explained the situation and the person I talked to said he would do his best. He called a little over one hour later and it was done! Super grateful for their flexibility and extra efforts.

Brought my internally cracked phone here at 3pm and got it within 2 hours!! They informed me that they were super busy and it may not be a same day repair. They were SO busy, and maintained everything very well. Super nice and helpful employees. I accidentally told them the wrong phone, and they did not treat me like I was dumb for not knowing so I appreciated that haha! Very affordable for what they do. Cheapest place I had found. Highly highly recommend :)

I was very impressed when I received my phone as it looked brand new! Would recommend others to go here - price was reasonable and the team was professional and friendly.

They said my phone was going to be a 5 hour repair the previous day before I brought it in for actual repair and it actually turned out to be roughly a 2 hour repair, so not only are they FAST, they are pretty good, I would say damn good because they made my phone look brand new again.

I brought my Samsung phone to them to replace a cracked screen under my phone companies insurance The phone otherwise worked fine. After replacing the screen they found the cameras no longer worked. Prompting me to have to replace the entire device. Luckily the insurance company made it right on their side. But be weary when bringing things to be repaired. I would not trust them with another repair myself.

Called everywhere, no one has my screen in stock except ubreakifix. They fixed my screen within a timely manners plus their price were 100 dollars cheaper then everyone in the twin cities area. I recommend this place for sure.

I called to confirm the appointment I made online at the Maple Grove store to get the back glass of my XS iPhone replaced, at first they gave me a quote, and the guy told me it would take 3 days to get fixed. I asked why 3 days, they response was we need to order parts, whish I understand, but I ask if they could order the parts ahead so I dont have to be without my phone for 3 days (I dont care if an advancement is needed). the cust service guy all the sudden said, I was just told, we are not taking long time repair anymore, only same day repairs, so we cant take your phone now, call back in three weeks, really? what kind of customer service is this, I will bring my business somewhere else.

My Pixel 4XL had the somewhat common battery stuck at 50% issue. The staff was quick, knowledgeable, and double checked my device warranty to find out that Google would fully cover the repair! They even completed the repair in just a few hours. I will definitely use them again next time I have any cell phone issues.

Her phone was fixed within a half hour of when we dropped it off. Friendly workers! The only drawback is that we had an online coupon for $10 off that I received for scheduling an appointment. Way down in small print at the bottom of the page it says “at participating locations.” I don’t think a coupon should be even offered for the place where you have made an appointment if they are not going to honor it.Otherwise it was a good experience and good value.

I was sent here by my phone insurance provider. Retailer broken additional parts on my phone while in for initial repair so I ended up having to bring the phone in twice for repair (they used temporary parts to replace the parts that they broke). The phone does not meet the same requirements as it would from the factory. I would never recommend a phone fix from here based on quality or customer experience, as they do not stand by their work.

These guys know mobile phone tech. In addition to helping ID the problem over the phone, I was able to schedule an appointment and then visit the store. They are in a neat little shopping district in Maple Grove and I was able to get lunch while they did the repair.

Dont expect friendly service they cant look you in the eye, let alone wear clean clothes to work. Will backhandedly try to sell you a monthly service plan with a few mumbled words

In fact they helped us save a few bucks by telling us the insiders scoop, which we appreciated so much more than theyd ever know. Prices are a tad high, but for the turnaround time, an quality of work, you cant go wrong. Storefront was stocked with info, an clean enough you could eat off the floor. Ive never taken a phone in for repair before, and I was leery of being overcharged. My phone was having problems charging and I was expecting them to need to replace the charging port. They took a look at my phone and cleaned it out rather than immediately jump to replacing parts, and it is working well again. They also shared the cost and amount of time it would take if I continue having issues so I know what to expect. Im very happy with how they handled everything and will be back again.

I went in to fix a cracked screen on my galaxy note20 ultra 5g and because I arrive at the end of the day they werent able to fix it within the same day but I got it back bright and early the next in perfect condition! Hopefully I never have to return but if it happens again I know where to go too.

2-4hr repair was 2 days. For a Samsung Certified repair center. Plus side it has held up since repair.

Dropped my S21 Ultra off for a screen replacement, and was told it wouldn’t be ready until the next morning. A few hours later, got a call, saying they were done already and I made it just in time to pick up before COB.

We had my husbands screen replaced on his new phone. We were quoted promptly. Unfortunately, they had to order the new screen after we dropped off the phone. They followed up and had it repaired in a timely matter. It looks brand new and at a great price! I would recommend going here for repairs!

I came to them with my A51 5G phone that was only 4 months old. The screen cracked when it fell to the ground and I unfortunately cracked it more when I stepped out of vehicle not knowing it was there. They were reasonable and all very nice people. They fixed it for me and I have a liquid glass screen protection on it per their recommendation. I failed to do that and extra warranty when I bought it but I learned the hard way to NOT go that route again. They were also reasonable for all of it. It took 2 and a half hrs to fix it and am now back in business....thank you so much.

Used genuine Samsung parts and performed diags same as Samsung would for warranty repairs. Took a bit longer than promised, but they were extremely busy that day too.

This place is a complete joke. Just needed a screen fixed, so they ordered the part and I made an appointment. When the day came to get it fixed I called ahead just to make sure the part was indeed in and it was not. First I was told that they needed to order the part again because it was not done already. Then after questioning them further and telling them they told me the part was in transit before, they said Oh yeah now I can see it and its out for delivery right now. A few hours later they called me and said the part was in. Couldnt make it back to the store in time for the repair so I changed the appointment to the next day instead. Drove to the store, waited in line (for almost an hour), then I was told we somehow lost the part, and we will need to order it again. Contacted ubreakifix via. the website, they called the store (Maple Grove, MN) and then magically now they found the part. Very unorganized and unprofessional staff. Half the time you even call the number listed its busy and you get a call not connected message (like really? Its 2021 and you dont have voicemail or call waiting). I would not recommend this store. Save yourself the frustration and just go to another location or a different repair place.

I have had an issue with my screen for months and was told by Verizon that my phone was not under warranty. I took it to uBreakiFix and they looked my phone up and informed me it was still under warranty and would be for almost another year. They fixed my screen at no cost to me and put a screen protector on. Good customer service is hard to come by these days, but I was more than impressed. Thank you.

Visited 3 times to get my phone fixed once. Bad replacement parts and improper repairs. Had to pay up front for defective parts and if defective part broke while waiting for replacement to be shipped, would have to pay for new repair.Nice staff.

Very professional, gave me a loaner phone and fixed my issue quickly.. It would have been 5 starts but they gave me my phone back with finger prints all over it.. a little wipe down after they finished would have then 30 seconds.. I gave them a clean phone, I expected one back.

I was super impressed with the service here! They replaced the cracked screen on my Pixel 3a in even less time than they estimated. They also let me know right away when it was ready. Ive had bad experiences in the past with other phone repair shops but I would definitely go here again.

They quoted me the fix with in 2-4 hours a day delivered, glad to have a screen thats no longer shattered. Also the prices are very reasonable.

I got my phone serviced here because I needed my camera lens replaced. First they didnt clarify my last name. I dont really care about it but I couldnt get an email back from them saying its done. The screen looks fine but there was still finger prints on the home screen. I tried to take a picture today and it was foggy because they didnt clean the camera lens.

Phenomenal service! Brought in my phone for a charger replacement, they deep cleaned the charging port for free and informed me the port was working perfect. The staff were extremely friendly and helpfully while I waited. Rare to find this level of honesty and service.

Store does a good job with cleaning phones and looking clean for Covid. Called my phone provider for new batteries and they did a good job with the install. It did take some time due to other appointments but everything works fine. Would recommend.

I bought a new Galaxy S8 unlocked from ebay. Upon reciving the phone we found that it was unable to install firmware updates likely due to it being setup for a country other than the United States. I contact samsung and they recommended I bring it to an Authorized service provider and specifically recomended this one. I called them up, they said they could flash the stock US Firmware on the phone at no charge. I took the phone in, they had it all set in 5 minutes. Not even exagerating. Now the phone has US Firmware, works with my US carrier no problem, and it gets updates like it should. Very happy with the result.

I was told the cutoff for walk ins was 3pm and so they did fix the phone I brought in by the end of the day. The woman who we got the phone back from peeled some protective film off the phone since she didnt see it was needed without even asking, the price they quoted was half of what the bill ended up being. Dont expect to pay less than $150 to get something fixed there. The part was 18 and the labor (40 mins) was $120. She told me it was necessary to charge more to cover if they accidentally broke something and had to replace more parts. Phone is fixed, bad communication, lots of excuses. And I heard the guys in the back talking about me after I asked about the price like they thought I couldnt even hear them. I did clearly and told the woman I didnt appreciate that.

My girlfriend went through Verizon to have them come to the house and replace her screen through her asurion insurance. First they never showed up at all on the day they were scheduled to come no calls or nothing were made to her to let her know no one was coming, mind you after she had already paid for the repair before hand. Then they finally got back to us and said there was a problem on there end with the payment and that’s why they never showed or even called? We canceled our whole busy day for that. Next they come a 2 weeks later, finally, a man walks in speaks maybe 10 words just asking for the phone and letting us know how he’d be working in his van in the driveway. He and my girlfriend stood by the door carefully inspecting the phone before he went out to the van to make sure the screen was the ONLY problem. After that he went to his van and started working on the phone for about 45 - 50 minutes then comes back to say that after he ripped off the screen he “noticed” the frame was broken in the upper left corner and had to put the old screen back on and bring it back to us because he couldn’t fix it with the broken frame.. mind you HE BROKE IT. He told us to just get in contact with asurion and ask for a whole phone replacement, spoke no further words and was on his way, my girlfriend paid them for all this too. Never will I or my girlfriend ever would go through them for a screen replacement and would hope you wouldn’t waste your time either.

Staff is nice but they need more training and paying the out of pocket price was not worth it for the quality of service provided.Dropped my phone off at 2pm was told it would be ready before they closed. I got there 25 min before close and they tell me something went wrong and theyd need to keep it overnight, I dont have an issue with them holding onto the phone, things happen I get it. But my issue is that they never even called/email me before hand to tell me that...Its my day off from work, I live 30 min away so Ive already wasted a good hour of my time driving back and forth. So whatever, next day I called in the morning and they said itll be done by 2. I get off work at 4 so I show up a little after 4 to pick it up. To my annoyance its not ready again, they need 15 more min with the phone because they need to run one more diagnostic but cant because the only computer they had is in use. So I left to get some food around town then came back and finally was able to get a functioning phone.

I chose to repair my cracked screen here because it was recommended/certified by Samsung. The phone seems to be fixed correctly, which is ultimately what matters, but the customer service left a lot to be desired.I booked an online appointment for curbside drop-off. When we arrived, we called as instructed but they would not come get my phone so we had to go inside. They did not seem to have knowledge of the appointment at all and so I do not see the point in allowing them to be created in the first place.When my phone was ready to pick up, we gave them an alternate phone to call along with an email address. They sent an email but called the phone that was being repaired. Twice. We were out running errands so we did not find out until after they closed that the phone was ready for pick-up because I could not check my email until we got home. I had to wait to pick it up until 10am the next morning.My hope is that the issue is just at the specific location in Maple Grove and not company-wide.
