Ive been sitting in the drive through for 10 minutes with no acknowledgement from the pharmacist on duty, who seems stuck on the phone. Poor service
The employees are rude and make up the rules as they go along. Very inconsistent with refills one week its ok the next theres a new store policy why it has to wait to be filled ask them why and they dont give you a straight answer I think they think its up to then to decide whether a person should be taking the medications. Never been so irritated with a pharmacy. Plus the phone line never works
Customer service is great and the environment is clean. Restocking the shelves is done regularly. The prices are much affordable! Highly recommended!
Every time we go medicine is unavailable or not ready. The staff is very rude to the customers. Not willing to help solve a problem instead blame it on the customer.
The true measure of customer service is never tested until there is a problem.I recently purchased a packaged turkey loin from Cub Foods in Maple Grove. The next evening when my wife started to prepare it she noticed the sell by date was 4 days past so it had been sold after its expiration date. We called Cub and talked to the store manager, John, we told our story but the sales receipt was long gone. He didn’t hesitate and said bring it in we’ll exchange it.When I got to the store John had a properly dated loin waiting for me. He apologized for the oversight and for the inconvenience. He had checked the display, removed a couple other outdated turkey packages and talked to the department manager. I run a business and know that even with the best processes in place it’s never perfect. I would have been satisfied at this point but John went well beyond. He also gave us an additional turkey loin, a broiled chicken, with 2 sides and a 24 pack of water bottles because our dinner plans had been disrupted. John’s reaction, demonstrated to me how committed John was that my experience at Cub was first class all the way.
The pharmacy number has no call waiting and is never available.
I would not recommend if you go at any time that could possibly be deemed as “inconvenient” by the pharmacist. I stopped in 30 minutes before they close on a Tuesday.I was filling a prescription for someone that had never been there before, and after waiting 15 minutes was told they could not fill my prescription because the clinic was not open for them to call (hello 9:30pm, of course clinic is closed!) and that I’d have to come back another time!Needless to say, I won’t be coming back
I prefer Walmart over this.
Suck everytime I go they tell me a time its ready and its never the case Ive been there and hour waiting for it ! Communication is horrible
