We are visiting Memphis from out of town and my son broke his glasses. The kind lady at the front desk of the Main St location was able to repair them quickly and without a charge. We even got a free cleaning cloth. If we lived here they would certainly be our optometrist!

I literally had the best experience with My Eye Doctor, Downtown Memphis location, everyone from the front desk, to my eye doctor, & also the handsome guy that helped me pick my glasses was very friendly. They also let me do next day appointment ( which I needed ) which is a PLUS for me! Now I’m just waiting on my glasses. I want to thank their whole staff for giving me a friendly and welcoming visit!

I don’t usually take time to write a review, but feel it’s necessary. I am extremely nearsighted and have been wearing contacts for 30 years. I had come to the conclusion years ago that I would never be able to see well. My prescription has always been a little off. I’ve been told by several previous optometrists that because of my having astigmatism and my wearing -9. in both eyes that I would always have a slightly blurry outlook and would probably have issues driving at night. Let me tell y’all that after visiting Dr Orvin I can see more clearly than ever before. It actually made me cry. I am so thankful! She took her time and acted like I was her only concern. I will never go anywhere else. Thank you so much, Dr Orvin!! You and your facility are amazing!!

I LOVE this place! They are super attentive and always very very nice!! I have been with “My Eye Dr” in 2 different states now! I believe that anywhere you go at any location they are there to provide excellent service and make you feel like you’re at home!

After misplacing my glasses (a problem when you also dont have contacts), the downtown Memphis Family Vision office took me in as a first-time patient the same day I called for an appointment. Not only did they work to get me in FAST, they offer their medical forms online which got me in and out of the office in record time as well. I was comfortable throughout the whole appointment, and both Dr. Usdan and the front desk were very communicative and super friendly. Definitely recommend, huge thanks to the downtown Memphis Family Vision office!

High marketing pitch and try to cross sell their expensive glasses and lens. Got wrong advice; the diagnosis itself was inadequate and had to again see another doctor. They have sent dues letter without explanation despite me having highest level insurance plan. Bad experience and will not go there again.

Contacts wearer and pretty much legally blind so I hate getting my eyes checked. However, I had a great experience for my first visit. Staff were timely and friendly from the moment I walked in the door, and Dr. Eisenstatt was very informative regarding lasik and had a great bedside manner as well. Two thumbs up, y’all
