The Optometry Group has done it again!!! Awesomeness overload!!!! All I can say is that, the ENTIRE STAFF is amazing! My 2nd visit, I had the pleasure of meeting Jennifer and she was super friendly and helpful. Although my issue was minor, she went above and beyond to make sure she checked everything to rule out that my medication was not causing my problem. And as always Dr. Hines was the BEST!! I look forward to my next visit!!!

I have been a patient of Dr. Hines for many years. I was referred to him by a family member when my former optometrist retired. I know I receive the best of care. The Optometry Group employs qualified and friendly staff, state of the art equipment and an on sight dispensary with a wide selection of frames. The opticians are very helpful in assisting one choose the most flattering frames while being very knowledgeable of what is covered by ones eye care coverage. The office is a bright, cheerful and comfortable place.

They people at The Optometry Group always go far and above regular service. I am always greeted as I walk through the door by the friendly staff, I am seen at my appointment time, and the prices are always reasonable. This last visit I was fitted with new glasses as well as contact lenses.

Always professional and the staff was so helpful when it came to picking out my new glasses. They didn’t rush me, they really listened to what I was looking for when it came to frames and were great. The doctors were fun and helpful and gave me updated information on new contact brands how my vision had changed and which would work best. I sleep in my contacts and I wear them for months. Many times I feel judged by my optometrist when I tell them but instead they suggest the best brand for the way I wear my lenses.

My employers vision insurance provider was the absolute worst and naturally were dropped from the Optometry Groups list of accepted insurance companies so I was left with a decision to make. It really was no decision. The Optometry Group is by far and away one of the best Vision Care providers out there. So much so that Im willing to pay out of pocket just so that I can remain a part of their family. They treat you very well and their attention to detail and your personal vision health is second to none.

Dr Nash and his staff are incredible. They dont rush you the Dr explains everything. The people helping you select your frames have very good taste and will help you get the frames that fit you and your style.

Ive been seeing Dr. Marietta at the Optometry Group for the past 3 years. She is caring, friendly, and most of all she listens to what the patient has to say. During my recent visit the office was set up for social distancing .The staff moved the patients quickly and efficiently. They have a good selection of frames and the technicians are helpful with fitting. Im very happy with this office.

This was my first visit for a pair of new glasses. Couldnt be more pleased from the time I was helped from walking in to placing my order. Chelsea was excellent and fun to work with! My order came in really fast and pickup was just as wonderful! The displays are excellent and the glasses are all good looking! Will definitely use them again!

This is the best Optometry office I have ever visited. The staff is courteous and knowledgeable. Appointments are easy to schedule and reminders are timely. I have never had to wait for more than 5-10 minutes. Their attention to COVID protocols are greatly appreciated.

THe optometrist I had since childhood finally retired a few years ago and I had a hard time finding a new one that I felt comfortable with until I had an appointment with Dr. HInes. Im new to Memphis and went to Dr. Bradley Hines on the recommendations of the Facebook group. Im glad I went to see him as he didnt disappoint. Dr. Bradley Hines is an excellent doctor; he took the time to answer all my questions patiently. His staff is also very professional.

This group refused to do business with us because we are Navy Employees and completing a purchase required filling out an additional one page form. A form that all government purchases require. We were told curtly that they were not interested in our business.

The Optometry Group of Memphis has been beyond amazing. They have helped us find glasses for our 7-week old daughter who was born with cataracts and need baby glasses and contacts. They have special ordered for us to try on multiple styles and they have made it possible to use our insurance that we were told by other locations would not be useful. They have gone out of their way to help us in a stressful situation. Chelsea especially has worked incredibly hard and made the seemingly impossible possible. They are such a blessing from God. They have us as patients for life (or as long as we live here)!

Was a pretty good experience. Everyone seems to be caring and it was pretty fast paced. Covid time is a weird time to be in a eye glasses place but needed a replacement set and looking forward to getting the pair soon.

After ONE visit with this Doctor, the issue has been solved, and I am able to virtually teach without eye pain. A family member referred me to Dr. Hines. Dr. Hines and the staff were very professional and provided me with an in-depth examination. This was a very good first experience with this office.

Much like going to the dentist, I really dont like getting my eyes examined. However, upon entering Optometry Group I instantly felt welcomed, my needs were important, and they treated me as an individual patient instead of just another patient. Dr Nance was very thorough, friendly, very personable, and I felt at ease while he gave me the exam. I highly recommend this group if you need an eye exam, new glasses, or if your glasses are not fitting well they can adjust on site.

I went in for an eye appointment and then later for pick out a pair of glasses. The eye appointment was quick and determined prescription quickly with great results. Great assortment and brands of glasses to choose, sales person was able to assist immediately, and greatly helped the decision process of the frame quickly. I am very satisfied with this organization for its facility, customer service, and their experience.

Excellent, friendly service! Environment is very clean and spacious, which of course is important during these COVID times. My Optician, Kerry is a sweetheart! Extremely patient and helpful during my eyeglass frame selection - my vanity was showing! LOL!

The staff here is top notch. They ere courteous, friendly and expedient. The young woman who performed pre-do tor exams worked ell to explain procedures and kept positive happy attitude. Dr. Nance s communication wS warm, intelligent and easy going although he clearly was quite attentive. I knew he was found used on me as a client and not distracted by other thoughts. I greatly appreciated his knowledge, Honesty together with his professional expertise. Being here was so much better than the last office where I went several times without good results. I highly recommend Optometry Group although there was about a 15 min wait.

I visited The Optometry Group today for an eye exam and new glasses. I was very impressed with how clean the office and equipment was. They had a process in place to ensure multiple clients are not handling the eyeglass frames while trying to pick out new frames. Each sample frame you pick up and try on goes into a large bowl at end of the counter to be sanitized before going back on the shelf! Everyone very professional and my appt went quickly. They have a large selection of frames and very courteous staff to assist.

I love the Optometry Group. Always have been a great group of people. Dr. Nance is very knowledgeable and a vet at exceptional eye care. The ladies in the office are sweet and helpful. During this unprecedented times, they are following guidelines and safety measures. All around great practice!

Great experience!I recently returned to Optometry Group to have the lenses replaced on my 8year old silhouette glasses. The lenses were beginning to crack where the earpieces attach. No issues. I was told that it would take a week, but lenses were ready two days later. Dropped by after work and they were changed out 10 minutes later. Mallory took very good care of me. All in the office are wonderful! I have been a customer for almost 20 years and plan to continue doing business with them! My kids and wife feel very comfortable with Dr. Nance. A great place!

Best experience I have ever had at an optometrist! The medical staff was quick, efficient, and friendly and the retail staff helped me pick out a great and affordable pair of glasses. The entire appointment lasted under 40 minutes including trying on glasses. Highly recommend!

Optometry Group was a complete pleasure working with as I went for new glasses and contact lenses. First, I was running late for my appointment and they were considerate and welcoming. Then, the assistant was incredibly friendly and competent and quick with the testing, and then the doctor was thorough and listening and relatable. Once complete, the technician helped me with insurance and selection of glasses at the exact right amount of attention and freedom. Receiving my glasses in a few days and totally recommend them.

Everyone here is really polite and I was in and out pretty quickly. They also helped figure out my insurance and let me know what was covered. The whole experience was good. The only thing I didnt know was that it would take 7-10 days to actually get the glasses (which isnt anyones fault). I just didnt know a lot (or anything) about getting glasses and how it works.
