Wonderful experience picking out my glasses. The eye exam was quick and professional and the doctor was very nice in letting my curious 5 year old sit and watch the eye exam. The receptionist for the exam intake was very pleasant and quick to get us booked in. As always the staff who helped me pick out frames was wonderful. He did an excellent job of explaining what my insurance would cover. And he was very patient while my indecisive self couldn’t choose a pair I liked. He made some good suggestions to help me make a decision and was very polite and professional in ringing me out and making sure I was aware of the turn around time for the glasses to come in.As always it was an excellent experience.

I’ve been a Target Optical customer for several years and the service is always outstanding. Jason is friendly, professional, and he does an exceptional job of discussing cost options honestly and clearly.

I would NOT recommend this optometry office. The associate responsible for taking your payment, initial forms, etc. was quite rude and defensive about any questions I had. This clinic is not equipped with machines to perform any eye imaging. I left before seeing the doctor. I would rather visit a full-service clinic, meet with an established doctor I can look up, and work with staff who provides a greater level of customer service.

It has been 3 weeks and still have not received my glasses. So I go to the store and all they can tell me is, They don’t know where they are. Tried to call customer service and they sent me to a website, only for them to tell me I had to go through the store.

Terrible customer service experience here. When I failed to provide my insurance policy number prior to my appointment time, I was told I had to pay out-of-pocket (despite the fact that produced my card upon arrival to appt.). Employee refused to take my card. Communicated only via text msgs. WILL NOT RETURN!

The worst experience ever at the optometry office!! One of the associates at the front desk was extremely rude and disrespectful! I was badly mistreated by this woman!!

Have called 3 times in 2 weeks and they put me on hold just to tell me theyll call me back and they never do!!!
