My Fiance called to schedule an appointment. They had a 9 am available, my fiance made it clear that the earliest he could make it would be 9:15 am. The lady making the appointment called the poplar location and asked if 9:15 would be okay, according to her, they agreed that this apppointment would be acceptable. My finace arrives promptly at 9:15 am and they refused to see him because He is late. No one can seem to identify the person who agreed to the 15 min grace period. My fiance cancelled appointments and lost money to come to eyes for you, just to be turned away.

Amazing experience! I saw Dr. Brown who was amazing and just all around sincere. The staff from the inviting smile I received at the door to the smiles I received leaving were just phenomenal! I had a wonderful lady that actually helped me choose frames that I didnt even know I liked before she suggested them based on ones I had chosen. They definitely make you feel welcome and are very attentive to their clients! Thank you Eyes For You Poplar! Amazing experience!

Called to make an appointment and was asked to hold. After being on hold for over 30 minutes, I figured they forgot about me so hung up and called back. They were closed. Apparently, they closed up and left me on hold. Appalling customer service, will definitely find a more professional company fr now on.

Amazing service and very kind about adjusting the glasses when they get bent or bumped. Exam was efficient and informative. Everyone was super friendly! You can get cheap glasses here but i typically like the light lenses and i like them protected etc...they are able to do all that. It costs more but i was prepared for that, not a complaint just a heads up that you can pay $99 but also $350 and get higher quality.

Great Doctor, staff, very attentive & great price for their services. Was here in town on a business trip, broke my eye glasses & they welcomed me for same day visit. Can not express my gratitude on how welcoming & professional their staff were. Thanks Again!

The best exam with the best type of frames and the best prices in town,my opinion. After checking prices on some new, closer to home eye doctors and their prices, my frame( no pun intended) of reference is Eyes for You, and their prices still beat the competition. Having been a faithful customer for more than 20 years, there is no reason to switch. I tried a competitor about 12 years ago, who was closer and not much cheaper, but had a special coupon. After the third pair of glasses that still did not give me clear vision, I got my money back and went back to Eyes for You.

The doctor was great but the staff was intentionally rude! I never received a call back to let me know that my contacts were in and when I called to inquire I was placed on hold for 7 minutes! When she finally came to the phone she just said nonchalantly theyre in. If you hate your job, find another one!

I had great service here. Appointment, pair of glasses and 6 weeks worth of contact lenses for $129. Dr. Goldstein is awesome and one of the assitants guided me in how to use contacts until I got it just right. This place is fantastic.

The assistant was so sweet and helpful. I got a call for my glasses two days after my apt. Very professional and clean.

They have a great staff that will go above and beyond their job duties. Ladies keep up the great work.

They overcharge for contacts, they dont accept insurance, and the place smells so, so bad. The doctor is good, but the front desk staff are unprofessional and not helpful.

I had a great experience and Im going to pick up my glasses tomorrow wwheni get off. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Update .......... Worst Eyeglasses Store in Mphs! I think Ill post a photo of the glasses they made me. BOTH lenses CRACKED in both of the trifocal lines within 4 weeks... and over the next few mos., the cracks ran like a cracked windshield. Then pieces broke out. UNBELIEEEEEEEEVABLE!!!HUNDREDS OF $$$ WASTED!!!Wish NO STARS was a choice!Just dont ask. Its different AFTER they get your money!Dont bother to call Dr. Goldstein or Goldberg or whatever. The manager said the owner/Optometrist will NEVER speak to anyone with a complaint. Yes, she said that. Comforting, huh?Go to an Opthamologist if you want professional treatment.)Dont pay UNTIL you get them back. They will Never call you for pickup. YOU MUST CALL and call and call and get left on hold 30 mins plus, call back and leave messages and no one calls back. THEN, you get yelled at about how they called YOU (no)... okay, then, your husband (no), oksy, welllll, we spoke to a little girl & told her. NO, NO, AND NOOOOOO. They take NO RESPONSIBILITY anddd NO APOLOGIES!!!Sic.
