I rarely wear my old pair of glasses because the lenses are extremely thick (I have very poor eyesight so I wear contact lenses). I’ve wanted to have glasses I wouldn’t feel embarrassed in so I gave this store a try to see if I could get some to wear on a more normal basis. The original pair I chose didn’t work out, as the lenses were even thicker than my old ones. Mostly, if not all, my fault, since I didn’t listen to the store associates recommendations. They were very understanding when I asked to try other frames that would reduce the lense size and they coached me on what frames would result in thinner lenses. We found the perfect pair and they came back better than I could ever imagine. Also, both times, the glasses came back much sooner than anticipated and the staff was always so friendly. I won’t be shopping for glasses anywhere else and would recommend anyone shopping for glasses to come here.

I am suprised how this store got such a great rating in Google! I always found this store closing earlier than their posted time on the door or on the web. This is extremely disappointing when you have something to do (such as pickup, return, etc.) that needs a couple of minutes and you could not enter the store after driving 15-20 minutes just because the store is closed 10-30 minutes before their posted closing time! What a disappointment!

My eye Dr told me about this eye place, I called n they told me appointment only so I made my when I got there they didnt even ask me nothing about it there were 3 other in I was the first person in there they look at them first n there was a other person working up at the desk but,I wanted for less 20 before she come n ask me if I need help, they were nice n clean

Everyone is the office was super nice & the process was not long at all. They made sure I walked out with some type of vision which is another plus because Ive been to doctors where i have to wait 2+ weeks for my contacts to arrive & then I’m just blind for two weeks. The doctor herself is super friendly & answered every question i had! This is definitely my go to eye doctor for now on. The front desk ladies, I think one was named Laura & the other Rachel they are so kind & helped me with everything! Hands down I absolutely love love love this doctors office.

Great staff and service, but you need to clarify your closing time on the weekdays. Your website says you close at 8:00PM on Thursday, but when I stopped by your store to pick up my new glasses, the lights were off and I didnt see anyone inside. Centennial Commons (Memphis, TN)

The general manager today was a very nice lady. She gave her best advice to make sure everyone wouldn’t complain our glasses later and to make sure we picked the right frame for our prescription. I always enjoy going here because I know I’m going to leave very satisfied.

Dont go here on Sundays their employees are there but arent there. Youll be better off going inside because calling over the phone they are very rude. I called and was placed on hold for about 10 mins. By the time I got some assistance I had made it into the Center. When I arrived there were two ladies sitting at the front desk doing absolutely nothing and still had me on hold as I stood before them. Very very rude!!! I wont be going back.
