Bought a car on a Wednesday, decided it wasn’t quite for the family, traded it for the perfect car for our family on Friday. The 30 money back promise was just that. We just decided to buy another car instead. It’s was even quicker the second time around. The entire staff was awesome both times.
My experience was a dream come true! I had no idea that selling my used car could be such an easy process. Dave was my representative and he made it simple and easy to understand. I got a great price for my vehicle and could hardly believe how much I would receive for it AND how easy the whole process was. I deal with a lot of dealerships when I lease a vehicle so I have gotten used to car sales people and the energy that surrounds that process. Carmax completely surprised me with how nice and simple the process is. No hidden fees or pressure! It was a dream.

I just wanted to give this location a 5 star review for the sales rep that worked with us, Alexis. She was not only super chill and relaxed with the whole FOUR hours of sitting there. But she interacted with our daughter my daughter that suffers from social anxiety, and sensory processing disorder. Alexis was able to keep up with her energy, and was able to keep her distracted so mom and dad could sign the papers, it was an amazing experience and I will recommend CarMax again and again. This is our second car that we have bought from CarMax, and EACH time we have gone there has been an amazing experience.Thank you CarMax team - It really means a lot for the transparency, and the dedication it takes to have amazing Customer service.*it was super awesome to see ALL OF the sales team to come together and play peek-a-boo, and other fun interacting games with a child! It was great. We sold out Jeep to Carmax after we finish the online offer. We drove it in and after the inspection, they honored the offer. We were in and out in about 30 minutes with a check. They were very respectful and even got us a Lift ride home. Would most definitely use them again and I highly recommend to give them a chance before you sell your car or trade it in.
Great place to compare and contrast different makes and models all in one lot. The employees were helpful and not pushy at all. They let my husband and I roam around the lot by ourselves and get into vehicles of our choice. Now weve narrowed down some vehicles and are more educated about what we should be looking at to purchase.
Best car buying experience in my life and Im in my 50s, would recommend to everyone. No haggling, no pressure. When the amount for my trade was too low they were super nice about it and suggested I sell it myself, so I did (for a lot more) then went back and bought a beautiful Camry Hybrid. I will never buy a car anywhere else now!
After dealing with shady salesmen and dealerships for a few days I decided to come here and Im so glad I did. They gave me a fair trade in value for my car(dealerships were offering me 3x less) and made the process super easy. Logan was really helpful and made the process fun! So glad I chose to buy at CarMax!
Scheduled a test drive for a car and worked with Scott. I told him exactly what I was looking for, and we had a chance to walk the lot with him pointing out everything on my list for me to take a look at. He was extremely patient and helpful, and even took the time to research more potential cars as I was on my test drive. There was no pressure at any point, and it definitely felt way different from my other car shopping experiences. Unfortunately the car I have my heart set on isnt available yet, but Ill be back to buy it from Scott as soon as it is!
I had previously used the same CarMax to sell my car 3 years ago. I thought it would be quicker process this time because I got a quote online and made an appointment. But it actually took longer by 20 minutes. A couple who arrived after I did, got their check and left about 15 min before me. I didnt have a ride back so ended up paying 2 Uber rides (had planned 1 Uber theen Max) to get to my next appointment. Maybe next time Ill use Carvana and have them pick the car up.
I like the no haggle price at CarMax. We were extremely pleased with the condition of the car and the price was just a little higher than blue book when used cars were in demand.Our Sales Representative, Mark, was good to work with and responsive to our text. He filled in the wait times with good conversations.The only issue we had was that CarMax does not use the Cuddle program like new car dealers. So even though we showed up with pre-approval from our credit union we had to go back to the Credit Union to get a cashiers check to complete the purchase. That added an hour and a half to the process. So I recommend you get a check or cash prior to picking up your car.Overall, I would use CarMax again but be wiser the next time.
I have never had such an easy experience buying a car.I was helped by Alexis, and Robert. Alexis was amazing. He was very honest with me about everything through the entire process. She checked up on me while I was saving some more for a car. And when I found the one I wanted. It was shipped to my location in less than 24hrs and I drove it home. I have never felt more comfortable sitting in a dealership than I was at Carmax.Robert was awesome! He took me to sign papers, and was very thorough when it came to going through paperwork, making sure I understood everything we were talking about! My car looks beautiful inside and out. Nice and clean (its raining anyways but its the little things).

Some confusion in the beginning about who we should see about our online appraisal and appointment to sell our car. But once that was dealt with the employees we worked with were professional and kept us informed.One note of concern there were a couple of employees who came out of the back office area who didn’t wear a mask in the public area as they walked through or the one they were wearing was pulled down below the nose.
We got to the Milwaukee location at a really busy time and ended up waiting close to 3 hrs for our vehicle to be processed to sell. Chris was the representative who took care of us and kept us apprised of where things were throughout the entire wait. She was so upbeat and had a great attitude all the while dealing with several customers. She treated everyone with such courtesy and made the long wait much more barrable. About 3 hrs later when it came time to sign papers, she answered all of our questions and was very transparent and thorough in the process. What an asset to customer service. I hope Chris gets the kudos she deserves from her team for all of her nonstop hard work.
Vance was great and very patient with us picking out the right car for our needs and budget. He essentially spent almost all day with us and took time to explain the different pros and cons about various cars we were considering. We also got much more in trade value when we sold our car than I expected, so that was really exciting. Vance is excellent at what he does and I would highly recommend him and CarMax!
If the process wouldnt have taken so long I would give it 5 stars. The people were very helpful and pricing was just right. However even though I had an appointment, reserved a vehicle and worked out the financing details over the phone, we were still there for 5 hours. This is easily the 14th car that I have purchased and by far it was the longest it has taken for me to purchase a vehicle.
Wow! What an incredibly easy and pain-free way to sell a car! We decided we wanted to sell our car on a Saturday. I decided to see what Carmax was all about, so I went to the site. I filled out a quick form and got a very attractive offer in seconds. I quickly booked an appointment for the following day to bring the car in. After a little paperwork and a quick check of the car by the Carmax people, we got a check and were on our way. I absolutely loved the entire experience. It made something that had been a real hassle in the past a total breeze now.

CarMax makes buying a used car as easy as possible. Reserve a car to test drive online. The transfer of a car from one shop to another was a little bumpy, but sorted it out once I talked to someone live. See the estimated total cost of buying the car online - price was in middle of Kelly Blue Book. 30 day return policy worked like a charm and ended up applying the cost to a different car - happened in the same day, gave me an extended test drive so I could take the car to the mechanic without having to buy the car first, returned the first car and drove home with the second car. Expect to spend about 3 hours in the store with the buying process to go through and sign the documents. Great experience!
I did everything online. It was super easy. Tried for curbside pick up. The online folks didn’t let the folks at the shop know I was coming for my appointment the next day. It was a pretty big hiccup, but my salesman Vance G did a good job getting stuff moving once I got there and they realized there was a problem. Car is great and they even financed me at a good rate.

WORST car buying experience ever. I sold cars for 3 years in my past and this was absolutely unacceptable. The sales people and managers at CarMax are extremely nice and try to be helpful. However, their internal processes with their financing is unorganized, extremely misleading and a HUGE mess to deal with.
My husband and I bought our C-Max from Dave today. Dave is the BEST! Never has the car buying experience been so fun! We were laughing the entire time and he really made it a good experience. THANK YOU DAVE!

CarMax was fast and paid me $300 more than my online appraisal. CarMax offered me $2700 more than Carvana and $1300 more than Vroom and was a much easier process. I was impressed by the speed, efficiency, technology and professionalism from CarMax. I was pleasantly surprised how easy the experience was. Total time from walking in to check in for my appointment to getting the bank draft and getting a Lyft to go home (paid for by CarMax) was 2 hours. Not too bad!

It was an easy transaction...you bought our car and we bought one from you. It was lovely not to haggle over a price. The service from everyone we encountered was amazing. Our new car, though 10 years old, was detailed to perfection. Janice, our salesperson and Melissa who took care of closing docs were both friendly and professional. Janice made sure that we were completely satisfied with our purchase before bringing us the car to drive home. I also want to mention Chris in the business office. I called CarMax the following morning as we realized that we had left our garage remote in the old car. She promised to have someone retrieve and would call me back before the end of the day. She did so, and made arrangements for it to be sent to us and called us again to let us know how and when we would receive it. She and everyone we dealt with made us feel like part of the CarMax family. This car was for me. We will be back to the Clackamas location within the next month or so, to buy a car for my husband as well. Plus we are already recommending CarMax to friends and family. My niece wanted to sell her vehicle. SIMPLE.. So they said...BUT it turned into a 2 day, runaround nightmare from the beginning. First.. they didnt honor the online appraisal... they said it was because it had a few more miles then stated and dropped the price over 2000.00! When we left to return home she was emailed asking to complete a survey about her experience. She was very direct in her survey and they called back immediately and said Oh that was a mistake, after they had argued about the value going down. When she returned the next day...now there was an issue with the dmv docs.. She had someone drive 2 hrs to sign the docs, which were supposed to have been faxed over. Supposedly .. the docs were misplaced. Are you kidding me? After another 4 hours trying to deal with these unprofessional people(with the exception of Alexis, whom was very empathetic about our frustration) my niece finally walked out with her money. The total experience took over 8 hrs! I realize mistakes can be made but, one right after the other..really? I would rather work with a used car salesman than deal with these, clearly, mostly untrained staff members.

Online or in person no effort was made to get the best payment terms. I dont trust that anything was reevaluated once I was physically present. Not presented to any more than 1 lender and appraisal of my owned vehicle was a joke. I dont believe it was actually appraised but only based on info identified online which wasnt much.
The entire process lasted about 80 minutes. Warmly Greeted at the front desk, sent over to Business Office, Car was inspected, driven and then the offer was confirmed. All the paperwork was completed by the Business Office and was given a check. Great process.
I have never had such a good experience buying a car! Bill spent so much time with me to make sure I got what I wanted and I left with a car I absolutely love. Not only that but Carmax gave me waaay more for my trade than anyone in town. I couldnt believe it when I left financing and my new ride had a huge bow and he took pictures of us! I cried happy tears when I drive off and felt like I made a fully informed decision this time.
Carmax will add 4,000 as a fee if youre trying to sell a leased car. Their higher bid gets repaid when they add that fee.Zero stars.
Intresting place . They know what they are doing . The paint jobs and repairs on the Lyft cars looked top notch . Great inventory of cars and trucks and good back lot deals if your kid needs a cheap driver that is in good shape . I dont think they take junk for trade inns . Employees looked happy to be working there too . If I was in market for newer vehicle or good used vehicle id be there looking for my self . I was looking for and with a family member
DO NOT BUY from Carmax. It is very tempting and convenient, but 100% not worth it. This company takes any car they can buy cheap, do the bare minimum to let it run, and sell as if it were in perfect condition. The pricing is non negotiable. Which would make sense if the cars were in near perfect condition. We bought our 2016 Ford Focus in March 2021, and since June 2021, we have not been able start it. Sitting useless in our driveway. We replaced the battery; nothing. So now to get it to a good mechanic, we have to wait 3+ weeks to get it fixed. Also, the strong detergent they used to clean the car wore off, and now you can smell what they were trying to hide. Smells like musty/moldy cigarette butts. Lastly, they car started having issues shifting from 1st to 3rd (this car is automatic), and come to find out, Ford has a large recall for transmissions with these models. It is very convenient this all comes out AFTER the 30 day grace period with Carmax. Shady company with questionable morals. Never again.
Carmax is a MUST for getting your car appraised. Even if you are trading in your car at another dealership- youd be a fool not to at least get a quote from carmax on your trade in. I work for a dealership and 10/10 carmax will give you more for your trade in. Even if you would prefer to sell your car to the dealership- still a good idea to get a quote from carmax. Most dealerships will price match carmax
Purchasing was simple with no Hassel or pressure to buy. All the staff was friendly and helpful with with any questions we had. One issue I did have was with my trade in. I was given a pre- inspection amount that was above what I had valued my old car at and after the inspection the value given was several hundreds below my evaluation. But the price on the new car was much lower than anything comparable in the area so that made up for the differenceI will be needing another vehicle soon and will be going to CarMax as my 1st stop.

This was our second time selling a car to CarMax and they came through for us again! From start to finish the process maybe took an hour. It was simple, straightforward, and honest. I made an appointment online, took the car in, got a great offer, signed a minimal amount of paperwork and left with a check in my hand. I will absolutely be back when we need to purchase a second vehicle.
In April I bought a car from them the whole experience fast a great! Here we are 4 months later and I am without a car possibly for over a month becausese they sold me a vehicle with the transmission going out!! I should have brought it back the moment I had shifting problems its only my fault for not brining it back!! I called service to get help and am told they wont be able to look at it till next month. I have three babies and work a full time job where work is over an hour away. I now have to come up with the money to fix my car and a rental. Worse company ever by far they do not care as long as they get a sale and a car off the lot thats all that matters !!
My experience with CarMax was nothing less than spectacular. Lori was simply amazing! She walked me through each step of the process which was so easy, and explained everything perfectly. The only tough thing about the whole experience was actually making my selection. I would recommend to anyone that needs a car, give Lori a shout, she will take excellent care of you. In fact, the whole CarMax family was awesome right down to the last detail. I absolutely love my new Focus.

Paperwork was about 45 mins, while they spiffy up the car for you to driveway in...I would recommend Carmax to anyone who is serious about buying a car and wants an easy process 😊No pressure to buy, or any haggling, loved it! Plus you get a 30 day return for free if you decide its not the car for you. As my friend who recommended CarMax shared with me, I too had the best CarMax experience. I’ve purchased two cars on my own before this, and this was by far the easiest, most seamless experience. I was able to complete most of the process online from home, which was great because I was working and the car purchase itself was not entirely expected. Once I was in-store, the process was quick and easy and the car is amazing. I wasn’t even sure I’d be able to get a car in the first place with my credit, let alone a car much larger that actually fit my family size better than my last, but the person on the phone got me approved quickly and helped me choose the right car. It was truly a wonderful experience.
Its nice to go into a dealership and have people know who you are. The pickup makes the third purchase we have made in less than two years. Agreements are easy to come to. A little more value in a trade would be appreciated. But beyond that were very satisfied.
Ian and Jillian were amazing, so friendly and nice to work with. They were both very knowledgeable and willing to correct an error that was found. They both went out of the way to make me feel welcome and make sure my experience was amazing. I would definitely recommend both of them to anyone.
Honestly youre paying a premium for a used car but go anywhere else and it will be worth coming here. The extra maintence thing they upsell probably is worth it with todays cars and hybrids.I saw a few maskless workers but since they were not close and the place is huge it only bothered me in passing.I just wish they did a better job on the detail of the vehicle. Im going to pay someone extra to do it, but that just me.Oh....and test drive that Porsche. You know youre not going to buy it. Youre going to buy that accord but heck drive the Porsche anyways because....why not
We had issues from the get-go, once we paid the fee to have our van transported to Clackamas from Connecticut. Once it arrived in Clackamas, we went into the CarMax location to see it, test drive it, ask all our questions, call out issues that needed addressing, and later complete the purchase of the van. Each person we talked to was clueless of where we were at in the process of cleaning and repairing the van. There are so many cogs in this system that no one is entirely informed and no one relayed important information the way it needed to be shared so it could be acted on. (One small thing, for example: In the sale paperwork, I selected the option that directed them to remove the CarMax emblem off the back of the van, and I reiterated that request twice to employees. It never came off. They completely ignored my request, both in paperwork and verbally.)The van was shipped without the basic cleaning and repair work thats reportedly expected of the originating CarMax location. One of the five stars in this rating was lost because of this.(I say reportedly because theres very little I trust about their processes at this point - for example, they say that if you reserve a vehicle, its claimed for you and unavailable to anyone else for a specific period of time, during which you can ask questions about the vehicle and make the decision to move ahead with having it transported. This is an OUTRIGHT lie, propagated by all but one employee weve talked to over the last three months. Three different CarMax locations sold three different trucks in a row out from under my husband, just after he reserved them. Someone entered the car lot and bought each truck, and CarMax will 100% give preference to someone handing them cash, versus reserving the vehicle for someone hoping to have it shipped. We actually totally understand the thought behind giving preference to a sure sale, but we take issue with CarMax claiming total transparency but downright lying about this bit of their process. It took my husband getting really upset after the last experience of a truck being sold out from under him for an employee to admit that they give preference to sure sales. Two stars are lost for this deception.)Our van arrived in Clackamas and immediately went in for cleaning and repair work (which ultimately took a RIDICULOUS six weeks to complete). On the day we first saw the van in Clackamas, my husband was ready to purchase a truck. He had it reserved for him and he wanted to have it shipped, but he had a couple questions. The woman helping us with the sale of the van took at look at the truck for him on her computer. Apparently she unreserved the truck in order to view its details so she could send questions to the dealership where it was located. We asked her to be sure to re-reserve it so we wouldnt lose the truck (that wouldve been the second time my husband had lost out on a truck). My husband called into the corporate CarMax number later in the evening to have the truck shipped, and it was gone. The Clackamas dealership failed to place the truck back on reserve (and this responsibility falls on the shoulders of the sales employee and the manager, as she was well aware of our request to have it re-reserved) and it was sold to someone else. (Because this particular negative experience wasnt about the van directly, Im not removing stars for their failure to re-reserve the truck.)The Clackamas location lost two stars for how long it took them to repair the van, but they earn a star back for the fact that they did a decent job getting punch-list items repaired. I do wish theyd repaired the sliding back door on the drivers side - its going to stop functioning in not too long because of rust...which is why they wont fix it. We werent aware that the rust was inside the door.
I visited the Clackamas Carmax on four occasions and test drove four different vehicles. My experience was a mixed bag and feeling somewhat frustrated at times - one sales person completely fell through with follow up, while the others were great. I would highly recommend anyone purchasing a car have their own mechanic check the vehicle since I question just how thorough the one Carmax does is. All that being said, you cant beat the selection or relative ease in arranging for a test drive, appraisal of your trade in, and the actual process of making a purchase.
CarMax sales staff was AMAZING!!Ian K. at the Clackamas Oregon location was patient, helpful, responsive, and actually listened to our needs, wants, and budget. He only showed us cars in our budget which he thought would fit our needs. We test drove about a dozen cars, but he was never pushy.We picked a 2020 Nissan Altima, but it didnt work out. Because of their 3o day return policy, we were easily able to return it without any hassle or pressure.Ian, with his extensive car knowledge, gave us tips for finding a car that would fit out needs. Every time I texted him a car I found on the website, he put it on hold and scheduled a test drive.We finally found a great car for us!! It was a 2014 Honda CRV Andrew could6be happier.I would recommend CarMax to anyone buying a car and will absolutely use them again in the future!!

Was sent to look at vehicle and sales associate had nothing to say vehicle had smoke damage even tho was reported no smoke damage and on top of that vehicle would not start with out jump start. Was told it was battery in the key was bad. Wouldnt be upset if we werent sent from another location that was 1 hour away saying they will have it ready for you

The process was effortless, staff courteous, and the experience won us over.Second time was just a week ago as we fell in love with a used vehicle they had in stock.A quick pre-approval application was done online and in no time, a fast approval for a more than decent loan came to us.By the following day we were driving off in our dream vehicle!The staff was attentive, no pressure, and very accommodating.We will definitely be returning for future sales, trade-ins and purchases.

I had to prepay to ship the Pacifica I wanted to the Clackamas store. I specifically asked that the vehicle was smoke-free as part of the pre-ship walk around and they confirmed that there was no smoker smells. However, it only took one day in sun with the windows closed for the interior to wreak of stale cigarette smoke. Pending the fixes on other technical problems, I may have to return this vehicle.Update: Carmax agreed to pay for new side door lock that unlocked/opened without a key fob, a new radio/GPS unit, and a thorough interior detailing to remove cigarette smell. Unfortunately, the cigarette smoke was persistent in the cooling/heating coils and vented seats. To avoid $2000 cost for pulling and cleaning the coils, I emptied 2 cans of pet odor air freshener into the vehicle with the AC recirc running until condensation dripped from both coils. Repeated this 2 weeks later. Odor seems to be gone and vehicle is working great. Just had to deal with the hassles of getting to repair shops 3 times and my own cleaning.
I plan to always buy my cars from CarMax. They have a 30 day return policy and returning the first car I got for one that I liked better was extremely easy. Its reassuring to know you have 30 days to really decide if you like it or not.

Car I tested was dirty inside and out and stunk like cigarettes, I gave 24 hours notice and it still wasnt properly prepared for a test drive. Apparently fhey dont care if they sell the car or not.

I felt comfortable buying a car through CarMax. The change I would want is that the they cover more things like oil changes and replacements; etc. as well as negotiations on pricing. 🤷🏻♀️My salesmen Ian was nice kind of cute. ;)
I’ve tried to give this location MANY chances over the last 13 months. First it started with the headlight casing being melted to the bulb, which you’d think they would have caught doing there how ever many hundred point check like they claimed! It’s been issue after issue just to keep running into more. They have had my jeep in their possession more than I have since I’ve bought it. My last and final straw is they told me they scheduled my appointment for a recall repair and now I’m being told nope we never said that or do that. I’ve called for 2 weeks just to be pushed to voicemail and never have my calls returned! I will be happy this vehicle is paid off because I will NEVER EVER DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY LOCATION AGAIN
Dreadful awful terrible service. We were looking for a specific car & CarMax had one within the free shipping area. This was exactly the car we were looking for and CarMax said they would have it shipped to Portland. Over the last month were never once contacted by CarMax about the car. I called Car Max at least 10 times times - half the time the phone was never answered; the other 5 times I spoke to someone who said they found the information on the car & would call me back. They never did.Update: I called the corporate number given in the response below. The people I spoke with were very nice & promised that someone from the local CarMax would call me back. No one ever called.

It was a very smooth process. Got their at 10am by 11am I was waiting on them to bring my car out to me!!!!!!! Social distancing was very apparent just great service all around
Buyer Beware: The Clackamas, Oregon salesperson was of the hi pressure kind especially with the extended warrantee offer. I kept saying No thanks, and he kept pushing it, finally leaving his desk in a huff. It took 4 hours to complete the sales process (punishment?) The car, after inspection by the manufacturer dealership, showed extensive rust on the underside. This was never disclosed to me before the sale was completed. After contacting the manager, I was told she would get with her supervisor to see if anything could be done about the rust situation. An outside source for undercoating using a rust inhibitor would charge $750 for the process. The manager never returned my initial call with any answer. All in all, I will not only never recommend CARMAX but offer a Buyer Beware notification to any who read this complaint.
Like many other people, I find the haggling, and the smiling pressures that car companies put on you to buy extras, annoying. I have found buying at CarMax so much more pleasant - you can actually relax! Last year, we bought a 2016 Nissan Rogue at the Vancouver, WA CarMax. It was a very nice roomy vehicle, excellent condition and at a reasonable price. However, we decided in May of this year that it would be nice to have features on our vehicle such as brake assist that that Rogue did not have - we are getting older!! - and noticed a 2016 Mercedes-Benz GLA250 (Premium), for sale at the CarMax in Milwaukie, OR not far away, that was just a few thousand more than the Rogue and had brake assist and a lot of other extras. We talked to a Sales Consultant Nolan Thran and bought the GLA250. We found him a very pleasant helpful young man. When we told him we that we did not want Sirius he said OK - no attempt to persuade us otherwise. Amazingly for us, the trade in for the Rogue was exactly the same as what we had paid for it the year before! This, I felt, was impressive, honest evaluation, taking into account the state of the market and its good condition. The MB did not have a manual and Nolan told us just to buy one and CarMax would recompense me.Everything on the MB works perfectly and I am thrilled with it. It has taken some study on my part to work out all the wonderful things that it can do for you. We decided to take MaxCare coverage but wondered about using the Vancouver WA CarMax for maintenance. So I dropped by there and asked the lady at the desk for advice. She was so nice, came away from behind the desk to talk to me, and explained how it all worked. I thought this showed mutual support between different CarMaxs. I dont normally write rave reviews but I have to say how impressed I am at how I was treated there. Now I need to run and see how the sun roof on the MB works!!
Best experience I have ever had buying a car. Seriously cant say enough good things about Max! He was amazing through the whole experience.
The only way anyone should buy a used car is from CarMax. Evan was so helpful, patient and knowledgeable as he made the whole experience an enjoyable one. No more haggling. See car, see price, like car, pay price. Plus, they have high standards. They dont just sell any car. A total win. My wife and I couldnt be happier with the CarMax experience.
Although it took 2 weeks to schedule an oil change, once I was there everything went very smoothly. Safe and quick check in respecting the Covid Era with social distancing and the wearing of masks. I was very pleased with the service and the courtesy car wash I was given. 5 🌟
They sold me a car that had safety issues. When the car had an accident due to said issues, they are refusing to repair it. Fortunately my newborn foster baby was not in the car at the time. Beware. This place does not care about your safety!
I sold my car to carmax. I set up an appointment, got my price, they did all the paperwork, went back 5 days later, and they honored the price. Hassle free, no pressure.
Quick n easy and paid top dollar for my car.
