I couldnt make a deal with them but they took time to explain what could help me to get better deal and gave some advices . Pretty cool place not at all what I expected to walk into. I first had the impression it was a dealership but it was just an office with people, not a place full of cars and salesmen. It was easy to make an appointment with them and it took a total of 10 minutes or so. Cool place and defiantly gave me a good cash offer on the spot for my car.

I had no clue that a business like this even existed! When I decided to sell my Civic I had no idea where to even begin. Al at Autowana is honesty in its truest form. I purchased my 2012 Buick Enclave new from a dealer and remained a customer of this dealer for my Buick’s maintenance. Even with our loyalty, we were dealt disrespect, lack of experience and dishonesty from the dealer. Al was recommended to us by the master mechanic who maintains my vintage car. We initially went to Al a month ago. Al was organically friendly, transparent, knowledgeable and respectful in his immediate offer to purchase my Buick. He knows cars and simply did not waste our time. His service is the nostalgic service we have only heard about from days gone by and completely opposite of the service we all just accept when dealing with dealerships or when trying to sell your car on your own, which we did. I have to state, we did not sell our car to Al that first day because I was so indecisive about what I needed for a replacement car that could pull a horse trailer. Al never once treated us indifferently despite the lack of the sale that day and instead continued to talk with us about my horse and ideally what I should be looking for in a truck. He assured us his offer was on the table when I was really ready to sell. Two days ago (a month later), we went back to Al and we were greeted with the same organic friendliness, honesty and knowledge regarding our car and it’s current worth. Posted my car on Craigslist to sell, and ended up getting a call from his son. I ended up selling them my honda along with an Audi and he gave me top dollar! Waste of time... their website links to edmunds for an estimate but the real offer is waaaaay under what edmunds emailed. My expectation was set to accept what edmunds emailed (which is still quite a bit under what I can sell for myself, which I knew that would be the case), but then drove 70 miles to come in and find out their actual offer is way less than what their website estimated (and not due to my car not being in the condition stated). Very aggravated that I wasted my time.
