Delta Auto Sales MADE MY WEEK! I found a listing for an excellent deal on a used astro van at their dealership. The saleman was kind and straightfoward about any defects the car had and even let me talk to their in house mechanic about what I needed to do to get the vehicle to 100%. I highly recommend doing business with them and will be looking through their selection if I find myself buying another astro in the next few years.

I highly recommend Delta Auto Sales! I recently bought a truck from them that needed a little work. He adjusted the price to make up for what the part would cost to replace. Once replacing the part, I have had no problems with the truck. I drove it cross country and everything worked great. There were some problems with how the title was signed, but I mailed it back to them, and they fixed everything so I was able to register it. They were great to work with and very friendly. Again, I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a vehicle!

So far the experience has been great. It is the only time that the sales person basically asked what we were looking for and budget, have the information and the key and said particular it in customer parking when you are done. I went in looking to have the normal struggles but they made it easy for us. Unfortunately vivid has allowed the finance part but the salespeople are amazing with people.

I had a great experience here. I worked with Nikole-she was knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. What she didnt know, she found out for me quickly. She wasnt pushy, and didnt try any of the usual tricks you get at dealers. They let me know what work they put into the rig and offered to take the car to a nearby mechanic for an inspection for me since I live out of town. I ended up buying a car closer to home but the experience I had here was amazing.

Casual staff provide clear information without tension or arrogance. Expect to be offered warrantees, but without pressure. I saw no beaters here although good condition cars over 150k miles are available. We found it easy to drive two cars without a staff member in the car. Heavy Carfax emphasis.

I saw an online add for a 2004 Scion XB. The price was worth making the drive over to see it. After parking I did not feel as if I was rushed up on like fresh bait. I made my way to the vehicle and aftet a bit Sam asked I had any questions. He brought the key out and answered a couple questions I had. After a thorough inspection and test drive I made an offer and took my commuter vehicle home. As a 30+ yr auto tech I knew what I was buying and did my homework on it before I ever set eyes on it. If your looking for a new car, buy a new car. If your looking for a quality used car make sure you do your homework and check one out before you buy one. Dont blame someone else for your poor decision. Would I recommend Delta for a good used car? Yes and Id buy there again as they were friendly and low pressure. Keep in mind I would check it out just like I did this time as they dont know everything about each car they purchased to sell to customers. Thank you Sam..

I felt no pressure to buy and and the actual purchase was very smooth.After I bought the vehicle I was in a bind as the car that I had brought to the dealership was going to be stranded. Sal happily volunteered to drop my the car off at my house (all the way across town).I have bought a lot of cars and I am usually prepared for battle once I arrive on the lot. I didnt feel any of that in this case - no problems, fair price and a beautiful vehicle that was in just as good of shape as the ad implied.I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a low stress car buying experience.

Typically, I go to a car dealer expecting to have to fight to keep from paying more than advertised or to keep from having a lot of unknowns to deal with later. I was amazed at your attitude of truly wanting to make sure the vehicle sale was done right...even to the point of putting not three but four new tires on the truck. I expected that you would immediately raise the price or argue about the tires but you did not. You are an exceptional person and I sincerely believe that you will continue to be successful.I was also impressed with Nikole who explained the paperwork carefully, did not pressure me for any addons, and was both quick and professional.

I recently bought a used car here and had a very good experience. I was able to test drive several cars that I was interested in, and didnt feel at all pressured or rushed to make a decision. I ended up paying a little over blue book value, but overall, Im satisfied with my purchase because it should last a very long time and its in great shape. They were able to take the car to a mechanic of my choosing for an inspection and order the minor brake repair that was recommended. Arranging financing through their office was simple. After I bought the car, I realized when it rained heavily that there was a leak. The guys at Delta kindly offered to clean out the drainage pipes in the sunroof that were causing the leak, and now it is perfectly dry. They run an honest business and care about customer satisfaction here.

Worked with Sal mostly and felt he was very honest and not out to make a quick sale at our expense. We actually bought the car based on a pre-purchase inspection with the mechanic shop of our choosing sight unseen except for pictures online and the one issue they had during the inspection was fixed by Delta. Car was worth every cent and I would recommend them to anyone.

These guys helped me sell my financed car from the other side of the country. If youve ever attempted this before, you know how many steps are involved. Delta Auto Sales was so helpful. They patiently walked me through every step of the process and stayed in touch the entire time.

I paid over the blue book value for my car, and this is for a car with a number of scratches on the exterior and a door that had been replaced, because I thought it would be a good, reliable car. They werent willing to negotiate on the price past bringing it down $300. I had a mechanic look at it before purchasing it and he said everything mechanically was fine. The saleswoman told me that the owner was very nice and that if it was broken right after I bought it he would get it fixed. Lo and behold, I discovered after a couple days that a back window doesnt open, and after a week there is now a clicking sound coming from the drivers side when I drive it. I just called the owner and he said that I bought the car as is and its been 2 weeks in my ownership so he wouldnt fix it. Obviously the saleswoman lied or was mistaken, and considering I paid more than the actual value of the car, I feel ripped off.

Ive seen first hand how theyve treated employees and its very unfortunate. I wish they could have been more professional and understanding with ones situation. Best of luck to them.

Delta Auto Sales boldly misrepresented the condition of the vehicle prior to its sale claiming that it was in Excellent condition, although it was far from it, and that wasnt apparent until later.There were some minor issues I noticed during the test drive, like the windows not working properly, the driver side power mirror not working and it appeared to have been knocked off and reattached at some point, but other than that, the car seemed pretty solid to me.I took it out on a test drive and it seemed to run just fine. All the lights, signals and breaks seemed to be working properly. The body of the vehicle was in good condition and wasnt rusted or anything. So being the naive new driver that I am, I bought it, with the intentions of fixing it up to a pristine condition with all the money I saved not buying a more expensive vehicle elsewhere.When I took the car home, I learned that I adopted a family of hornets nested in the driver side mirror, as they started to fly around my face. I sprayed them away, big surprise, not a big problem.The next morning, I went out to run errands, transfer the title, and register the vehicle at the DMV, during which the Check Brake System light came on, which was another fun surprise.I just took it into Bridgetown Automotive this morning to get it inspected and have all the proper maintenance done and I learned that I had a much longer list of concealed problems. The estimated repair costs were upwards of $3000 minimum for parts and labor.Needless to say, as a new driver and first time car owner, Im not happy with this experience. Tread with caution when car shopping here.EDIT: I ended up paying closer to $6000 just to get everything fixed on my vehicle, but I sued Delta Auto Sales in the Clackamas County Civil Court and won.

Your typical sleezy used car sales lot. All of their cars are washed inside and out and look really pretty, but its all for show. They wash away the oil and other fluid leaks in the engine compartment. They put on cheap, mismatched tires - one car had three different kinds of tires. The salesman I spoke with on the phone blatantly lied to me and told me that a car had not been smoked in. When I opened the door a waft of smoke and so something trying to cover it up hit me in the face. Needless to say, I will not be buying a car here and I recommend you stear clear as well.Edited after owner response: Im sorry, but the car was absolutely a smokers car. With out a doubt. And I find it interesting you didnt mention anything on the mismatched tires.

We had been driving around Portland all day and were exhausted of all of the typical, pushy sales people. It was a breath of fresh air when Nicole walked out from the office to help us. My husband and I had our 3 and 1 year old daughters with us and we hit some bumps with the bank (nothing to do with Delta) that wound up making us wait for about 3 hours. My girls were bored toddlers and were being pretty difficult, but Nicole even as went as far as putting Elmo on her computer to entertain them for a few minutes.She was so patient and honest, and we never felt pressured. I purchased an low miles Infiniti g35 from Delta Auto for my daughter. The owner was out of town, but the young lady who helped us with her first sale was wonderful and the whole transaction was very smooth.6 hours later the car had the fan bracket brake, causing the belt to come off and the fan to hit the radiator. I called after hours to leave a message, but the owner Sal answered and told me he was out of town until Monday and to get the car towed to his mechanic and they would take care of it Monday. We went on vacation and when we got back my daughter was able to drive her beautiful little Infiniti home. Sal didnt have to be a stand up guy and could have blown me off, but he didnt even hesitate to take care of the problem with the car. I will definitely be back and I will recommend Delta Auto Sales to all my friends and family

Great service ... only to leave with a 2003 Rav4 which isnt safe and has been in the shop twice since purchasing a month ago.I agree with many reviews that Delta Autos service is very good and efficient. The people we dealt with are helpful and no-pressure. We felt very comfortable dealing with them and the earned our confidence. We had 2 independent inspections of the car and left feeling very pleased with our purchase ($7300 for a 2003 Rav4 with 125k miles. Expensive but the car seems solid at this point)Problems started immediately. Driving away in the car we turned left at the junction outside Delta Auto and the car failed to accelerate immediately. After a few seconds delay it eased away.This acceleration lag repeated throughout the week. After some research it appeared it could be a known Rav4 issue. I would not have purchased if Id know this - my mistake. Not being able to trust a car will accelerate out of danger is a red flag.The problem remained intermittent and 2 weeks later my wife was driving the Rav4 in the middle lane of the freeway at 60mph. The rear wheels seized and the car skidded across 2 lanes to the shoulder. She is lucky to have avoided a serious collision and was left extremely distressed. Confidence in the Rav4 is now low.The car went to Gladstone Toyota (OR) for repairs where they identified part for the drivetrain had failed and cracked due to being empty of the necessary fluid. Perhaps this should have been spotted when Delta replaced the transmission before selling the car. (There was no explanation why the transmission was replaced and they could not provide the VIN for the part) Delta were good enough to partially pay for the repair of $1500. Yes, were now up to $9,000 spent a 14 year old car that doesnt work!!After the repair the car ran OK for about a week. Then the lag problem reoccured. This leaves us feeling the car cannot be trusted to move out of dangerous situations such as merges, overtaking, and junctions.The car has been back with Toyota Gladstone for over a week with no sign of them being able to fix it. I am not sure what to do with the car but know its dangerous, has put my wife at risk and Ive lost more money than I can afford.
