I bought a car from Donny a few days ago and it was a breath of fresh air compared to other dealerships. I really like the F150 I purchased .There was a long delay for the truck to be delivered and put an extra expense on me. I felt I should have been compensated being I sold my own truck believing I would receive my new purchase within 7 to 10 days. It actually was about 35 days. So there were several car rentals a few Lyft rides and many bus rides. Dont get me wrong I really like my truck and the delay was not from Enterprise in Milwaukee. Andy did a great job finally getting me my F150.

Salesman was courteous and understood my wishes. There was the exact car I saw on screen. I had it checked by my own mechanic and it was in excellent condition. Their prices were never changed and I didnt have to negotiate. They handled all the paperwork and title registration forms.Ive never had such an easy and pleasant experience buying a car.

This was by far the easiest car purchase I have ever made. The sales guys were professional and prompt and took care of us all the way through. The only complaint I have is that they didnt point out that the windshield had been chipped, and because it was raining heavily when we picked up the car, we didnt notice it until we were half way home.We luckily purchased the Window Protection, but when SafeLight came out, it turns out that the window had already been repaired and couldnt be repaired again, only replaced.This should have been disclosed. The only other thing is that I wish they were closer. We had to drive 2 hours in the rain to pick up the car. But the deal and the warranty made it all worth it! Overall stunningly fast and easy process! AND they gave us a great trade in on our old car!

My car was in an accident. Upon picking up my rental they asked if someone from sales could call me. I said ok. They called me before I’d even arrived at work that day, my first stop from the rental place. Obviously I wasn’t close to ready to deal with that. Received a few calls over a few weeks which I told them we’d decided not to buy a car at this time. Couple weeks later, I get multiple calls in a day for many days and finally blocked all the numbers coming in. I can’t prove it, but now I’m getting a million calls and texts about roofing repair and other sales calls - I think they gave my info out vindictively after discovering they’d been blocked. Again, I can’t prove it. But timing was right and I didn’t give my info to anyone else.

Enterprise DOES in fact sell cars from their rental fleet, its true, but only about the top (5% -?- an educated guess). Its also my understanding that during their short stints in the rental fleet, those brand new cars are maintained with the highest standards.Tell them what you want, what you need, and these guys (and gal)at Enterprise Car Sales make it happen. That was My experience and Id expect anyone elses to be just as pleasant and seamless.We bought this car for my husband. This time I took a long time to choose my purchase - visiting the shop to test drive vehicles twice over the course of a month. Doing a lot of internet research about vehicle models and satisfaction levels for the vehicles. There is great teamwork amongst the sales group, and I received excellent follow-up after all inquiries. They offered fair prices (market value) and a surprisingly good trade-in value. In my 70 years of life I have purchased several vehicles. Some from private owners and some from dealers. Generally the drudgery associated with purchase through auto dealers was well founded. Then there was my latest purchase....for the first time ever I chose to buy from a car rental company....in this case Enterprise. Start to finish, from arrival to drive away in a new vehicle was 90 minutes (though it felt quicker). Streamlined process was comfortable, no pressure, easy financing at a great rate, and more trade in allowance on my old car than expected. The staff was friendly, competent, and frankly made the entire process enjoyable.

Doni was in communication with us for 2 months. We were unable to buy that quickly...However when I had enough i was inclined to go Doni. Wow! Pushy hard sell phone calls twice a day even after I told them I was not going to drive 250 miles to shop in their dealership.Really not at all impressed with the dealership. Our local ( Klamath Falls) Enterprise Rental office was very professional. Great staff there. The staff at the Oregon City Dealership was all hard sell and constant phone calls.

Overall, service was excellent. Tanner, followed up with me the very minute I submitted my application for a car through the website. He set up an appointment time and continued to followed up when it was approaching. COMMITTED. Lol. Tanner greeted me on day of car purchase and made my wife and I felt welcomed throughout the experience. Tanner was knowledgeable and really showed that he cares for his customers. We made the purchase 2.5 hours later and was made aware that we were Tanner’s very first purchasing customer. Tanner was very confident in his role that it never occurred to me that he was the “new guy” at the job. Hehe. The whole crew came out and took pictures with us and even added a big green bow on the hood of our newly purchased car. Fantastic! At first, I was extremely pleased with this experience. When I went in to purchase the 2017 Chevy Cruze, everyone was friendly and attentive. I was in and out of the dealership pretty fast with what I thought was a reliable car that would not give me any problems - at least for a while. After all, that was the whole reason I was there buying another car - I needed to be able to get to work without the numerous issues I was having with my old car. I drove off the lot an hour later with the car. The next day the service tire monitor system indicator lit up. I contacted the person that sold me the car (Christian) and let him know. He said the car probably just needs air in the tires. I put air in the tires. It didnt need much as they were only about a pound or less off. The light is still there. After about a week, the check engine light came on. Again, I let Christian know. He said to take it to Firestone or someplace where they will diagnose and give the codes. I did that and let him know what codes I received. By now, all the friendliness and checking in on me has faded. I emailed the manager and let her know. She basically just apologized and referred me back to Christian. He gave me the number to the warranty department and recommended to go to Carr Buick to have them look at it. Long story short, I show up here and they are trying to charge me $150 for a diagnosis on a car that I already had diagnosed and Christian and his buddies have basically said adios at this point and left me hanging to figure this out on my own now that theyve sold the car to me. Im extremely disappointed because I wanted to believe in this dealership. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because I was in and out of the dealership pretty quickly. But now I have the headache of having to come out of my pocket on a car that I have only had for about 3 weeks.Update - after I left this review, Shannon - the manager at the dealership contacted me and offered me some assistance with the issues I was having with the car. She contacted Carr Buick and arranged for me to take the car in at the expense of Enterprise. I was provided with a rental while I waited for my car to be repaired. They had my car for about a week. I got it back 10/22/20. It seems to be running fine now, but I am just still on edge because the first few days I had it, it was fine. Hopefully there are no other issues. Im updating because this time Shannon checked on me every step of the way. Ill update again if theres anything further.

The one downside is the interest rate for monthly payments, so make sure you change the lienholder they offer you over to your bank or something. Thats very important to make sure payments are low, I went from roughly 24-25% interest(insane) with Westlake Financial Services down to 3-4% with my bank/credit union. Literally cut my monthly payments in half.Anyways..I got a 2018 Kia Soul and in 2-3 months totalled it. Activated the GAP coverage Enterprise offered me and was back in another 2018 Soul within a month and a half. The 2nd Soul didnt feel right compared to the first one.. so I used the 7-day buy-back they offer and got into a nice little 2019 Forte. Have been driving that since August, 2020 and its now March, 2021 and I havent really ran into any issues. Have brought it into the Kia dealership for a couple of inspections and oil changes and tire rotations here and there, but honestly didnt expect anything to ever last longer than 6 months from a used car lot. I also just recently realized that I was about halfway through my power train warranty Enterprise offers on their vehicles. Its 12 months OR 12,000 miles, w.e comes first - and then I saw that somehow my car actually still had the manufacturers warrantys. These cars are covered guys, like for the next 17-20k miles depending on the brand. Not to mention the 50-60k for corrosion and other stuff. Thought I was gonna lose warranty before the end of 2021 but thats not true AT ALL. Go here and test drive 3-5 vehicles you like, they will let you try them all dont feel like its too much. A car is a big purchase, you gotta feel em and see which one is best for you. Its like trying on clothes, but 1000000000x more important of a decision. Heck, test drive the whole lot if you need to. They want you to be sure about your purchase; like I said they even have the 7 day buy back, so you can drive the car for a full work week and decide, ehhh, I want something else. Its badass the stuff they do. Theyve helped me out a lot in the last year. Definitely get the GAP coverage too.

We were going to be buying a new or used car in the near future and then got word that our current 15 year old car was dying. My husband saw an license plate ring with Enterprise Rental Car Sales and thought he would look. Eldon was very helpful. We came in the next Saturday late in the afternoon, Eldon was not available so we looked around. Nick then came over to see if he could help us. We had seen a vehicle we liked but it had a sign saying it was not for sale, Nick went into the office and said that it had just arrived on the lot. We went for a test drive and it was wonderful. The people at Enterprise are salaried so there is no pressure and the cars are pre-priced so you know what you will be paying. My husband went and got my old car and the title and within less than two hours we were driving a 2019 Nissan Rouge with 14,400 miles on it with 15k of the new car warranty still good and we couldnt be happier. They make it so easy to own a well cared for car. We were able to put the purchase price entirely on VISA for air miles to make it even sweeter. I needed to get a new car and the shutdown was making it difficult.I decided to look at Enterprise, figuring that the vehicles offered would have been consistently maintained.From when I went online to when I drove off the lot with my new car my experience was wonderful.Jonathan Stewart was my sales guy. I give him a 9, only because if I put a 10 nobody would believe me.He was very personable. He made me feel comfortable. He listened to my needs and laughed at my jokes. He was great.I can’t say enough about the the ease and comfort of my whole experience.The other guy that helped with the paperwork was Justin Jeffers. Competent, funny and kind. I left with a smile on my face.This was the first and probably only time I’ve ever done a review but I feel that I need to sing the praises of these two young men.I will recommend this place to everyone I know in need of a new vehicle.

No pressure, no dickering on price you get exactly what they advertise.We viewed a well maintained Hybrid Ford Fusion Titainium, I should point out that ALL maintainance is done at the manufacturers dealerships, so you can be confident that everything on your vehicle was done right!Our vehicle presented like new, with below 25,000 on the clock, inside and out, even the engine looked brand spanking new, itside there is still a hint of new car smell.The ONLY upselling took place with the financing department, even though we paid 100% cash for our car, the Financial Manager STILL insisted he presented us the numbers for finance just as an exercise, but the real reason was to lead into his up-selling of extra warranty packages. (just like the finance office in EVERY dealership you are not free from the up-selling until you leave the building.)Yes they are trained on how to be compelling, justifying the added protection as a wise investment. but when it came down to asking for the sale (a technique used in ALL car sales) it was low pressure and the manager after creating value to his credit said, but, its up to you guys if you see value. We didnt! I could see the dissapointment in loosing a nice commision as the finance manger left, with his tail between his legs. And we never saw him again, even when we stepped out the door to take our new purchase home.Our car is amply warrantied by Enterprise and the ballance of the factory warranty is still in place.This is a great way to let someone else absorb the $5 grand or more drop in new vehicle depreciation but still purchase a clean warrantied & well maintained vehicle.FYI: Most obvious wear and tear on rental cars tends to be getting luggage into and out of the trunk, and careless curbing damaging the front facia while parking. If these two minor things check out acceptable for you, I would take those as a rough guide to the vehicles rental history (TLC vs rough handling.)Just be patient and keep checking their web page for the vehicle you want, give it time and exactly the right vehicle, right color, right options and with low mileage will eventually cycle through.ALWAYS REMEMBER, Enterprise gives you a 7 day grace period to test your vehicle out, if youre sence something is wrong and your not happy call them and they WILL take it back.BTW: Since our sale we have been called by the local Manager and again by their corporate office to see if we were happy. Best satisfaction follow up EVER!

We went several times to look at vans, because we were unsure about size/features that we desired. Each time we went, the sales staff opened up all the vans we wanted to view, and we even drove a couple to get a feel. Each time we went, there was no pressure to purchase. They showed us what they had and often walked away to do other work while we compared the vans for ourselves. When it came to purchase, the one we wanted was not available. As one did come available, we got a call: it was the one we wanted. It has been three weeks now and all is going well (We also like the 12 month warranty that came with it, even though we truly hope not to use it).

Jonathan Stewart and the team at enterprise car sales are true to their word when they say that they can make the car buying experience easy and satisfying. After searching online and trying to communicate my wants for a new sedan online, Jonathan called me and said he had seen my online request for a car within specific parameters and that he had the perfect car for me. I was able to go down there on my lunch break and purchase the perfect car. After a few days, I had some concerns about the car, and the team at Enterprise, got my car into the shop immediately, got me into a rental, and fixed the minor problem that I was concerned about! They made all this happen over the Christmas holiday! Loving my new Altima.

Joshua was awesome! Great attitude, no BS. The finance guy Alexander was great, he was straightforward and didnt waste my time. I went to Damerau Ford once (once being the keyword) and left after an entire afternoon with nothing but the desire to slap their finance manager in the head. Best car buying experience I’ve ever had! I was in an accident and my car was totaled. The insurance company set up a rental through Enterprise and I checked out their used car lot to purchase my next vehicle. I had an idea what I was looking for and Eldron with Enterprise Car Sales helped me narrow down my search to the perfect car for me. I could not find a better deal anywhere else. I was waiting for the settlement check from the insurance company to arrive to use as a down payment, and Eldron and the rest of the team there worked with me to get me into the car while we waited for the check. Upon finalizing the purchase, I pointed out a couple minor cosmetic issues and they fixed them with no hassle whatsoever. The whole team is energetic and excited to help and just fun to interact with. They truly made me feel welcome and comfortable. The customer service was outstanding, not just with my Sales Rep but with the Staff in the office in general. Jonathan was the Sales Rep that worked with me. He made my purchase just as important to him as it was for me. He actually listened to what I wanted in the vehicle I was purchasing and made sure that i was getting just that. I was not pressured to make a purchase nor was shown any vehicle that didnt fit the criteria I asked for. And the fact that I got a Dealers Warranty (this is a given with cars sold here)with the purchase was a definite plus! I would recommend if you are going to purchase a used vehicle at a reasonable rate and that you know has been maintained to look into Enterprise car sales. It was recommended to me by someone who has purchased 2 cars from them and Im glad they did.

I love Enterprise!I have been a customer for many years and I am always very satisfied with how I am treated and respected as a customer! I have rented numerous times both in town and out, and I always look for the Enterprise counter. I had to rent from another company in Nashville once and was very disappointed in the service I got.In 2003 I found myself needing a car and was pleasantly surprised and thrilled to find that Enterprise sold their used rentals for just under bluebook prices with no haggling or 2-3 salesmen wheeling and dealing.This year after my car was stolen and totaled, I found myself faced with purchasing a car with limited funds.The only place I could think of to go, and knew I could trust, was Enterprise.I drove onto the sales lot out in Gladstone and was happily greeted and welcomed. The young man asked what I was looking for and showed me several cars in my selected group. With help from the finance officers, another great group of people, I was able to choose and test drive cars within my budget without wondering if I could afford it or not. And without someone pushing me into something I could not afford.I was financed through Enterprise and able to not only leave my rental (Enterprise of course) there but drive off in my brand new car that very afternoon.I would recommend Enterprise sales and rental to anyone who is looking for a vehicle to rent or purchase. If the need should ever arise for myself or anyone in my family I know Enterprise is where I will go again without hesitation. I had a long ride to get my car almost 3 hours but when I got there they had everything ready and it didn’t take very long. It was very nice to have professional people taking such good care of me. Got a pretty great deal on a Toyota. Fair price and very low mileage. The sales people and managers were very friendly and not pushy. We drove several Vehicles before we decided on one.

So far so good. Waiting for the owners manual. Said it would take 3 weeks to get it. Been 2 weeks now so have 1 week to go will rerate. Other than that great.
