The folks at Northwest Truck and SUV are everything youd want buying a used car (especially an older model). Fair. Honest. Quick. Absolutely NO high pressure sales. I had a couple of cars to look at at different dealerships and they didnt try to keep me there. Didnt push. Just ok, well be here and would love to work with you. Would definitely buy from them again. I started the car I bought and had them help me check the blinkers, break lights. One of the break lights was out. So the sales manager walked down to the auto parts store, bought a bulb, and changed it out for me while I was doing the paperwork. Didnt have to do that, but did it anyway. Five stars!!

Ryan was nice and was calm when my dad was trying to use technology and you shouldnt be thank you. Later on that day though I was driving my new car get gas AND the check engine light decided to turn on as well as not start after I got gas. Luckily its a fixable problem. It still doesnt start after I get gas . I Made it part of my routine until I get it fixed if you guys happened to not know why it did that before the check engine light was turned off and the price got jacked up. Its a cheap minor fix with the purge valve . Thanks again for it . Since I know its such a cheap fix it was definetly worth the price I paid .

Overdue review!! Just returned from my first oil change and check-up of my 07 Subaru. The garage said they had literally never seen a used, high mile Subaru engine so well maintained! Purchased in December 2019 and the whole experience was a breeze. I was looking exclusively for a Forester, do not have a high income, and do not have the golden credit! The entire team here still treated my transaction as important. The space itself is very minimalist and clean. They employ all genders which I appreciate as a female shopping alone. They worked we me to get me the best financing, a good trade-in on my car, and was all done quickly and easily. The team does not make you feel rushed and was still available to quickly answer follow up questions I had. It was a wonderful experience, had made an appointment ahead of time in which they sent me the Carfax so I had all the information. I got there to a sanitized environment, a beautiful van, and was allowed to test drive almost immediately. When the insurance decided to total my car, I needed another one in a hurry. NW Truck and SUV had just the truck I was looking for, and even though I was on a tight timeline, Thomas made the time to communicate with me by phone multiple times, and even sent me videos of the vehicle and engine. Thomas also accommodated an evening inspection by Mobile PDX, a mechanic team who checked out the vehicle for me before I made the long 9 hour drive. In the end I came to Portland just to purchase this vehicle and I couldnt be happier.The drive home was fun and easy, and it was well worth the extra time and expense for a clean, well- maintained truck, and such a positive sales experience. Not very happy. Came all the way from bend with a deal on the table. The guy said there were no issues other than the brake rotors shake a little. I found that the 2017 tundra had majot transfer case issues and would grind when put into 4 lo and back to 4hiI said it was fine, bit i would like the value of the repair taken off the price. They offered me $200. $200!!!!!! For a thousand dollar repair.Be aware of these guys. Have your purchase inspected b4 buying.

Didnt expect what I did..... I have been in the market for a late model ford F350 and as most do, did a internet search for a vehicle. There were a few to choose from and honestly didnt think NW Truck was the place to go. Was looking at dealerships, big box retailers etc. Was nervous because this place isnt full of fancy lights and roaming salespeople. Its a bare bones place to find a vehicle at a great price. I could not have been happier with the initial contact, follow up and taking care of the sale after a promised piece arrived as they said it would. Please dont do what I did and look elsewhere because of the lack of flashing storefront. Their prices are great (trust me I checked) and service that I had was fantastic. Met the staff and owner and each person was of top quality. I will be buying here again when my need arises. Thank you Haley and team!

I strongly do not recommend it. Checked a car with them (BMW X1) that had a minor water leak (they claimed AC but who knows) and a malfunctioning bluetooth. Asked for a pre-purchase mechanical review in an official garage and they simply denied it. They claimed that the insurance does not allow for those. I have purchased and review several cars and this is the first time that a dealer gives me such a ridiculous excuse to hide faults in the car. They will make you loose time and you should not trust them.

They didn’t give me the full details over the phone on the vehicle I went to look at. After driving hrs to come look at the “deal” it turned out to be something else than I thought after Specifically asking about it over the phone. Can’t trust these car dealers!

I bought a 2003 Ford F150 Triton with just 106,000 miles in August from NE Truck & SUV. I paid $8,000 and thought I was getting a great deal. They assured me that all of their cars go through checks with their mechanics they use. They also said they would give me the Car Fax, but they never did until I hounded them.Long story short, the head gaskets are completely shot as is the front suspension. Its on me that I didnt have a mechanic check the car out. But, these are issues that would have been very obvious to any mechanic and should have been disclosed. Repairs are estimated by to two separate mechanics at $6,000 to repair the problems, or $9,000 for a new engine.If there were 0 stars, that would be my rating. I would never trust these people, but if you do decide to buy a good deal there, make sure to have mechanic do a once over before you do. If you dont, you may end up like me - owning a useless pile of metal.

The car I purchased from here is in good shape and I believe was fairly priced. I had some issues with titling, registration, and the DMV, complicated (of course) by new restrictions from COVID. Haley was a nice sales person. I was told the truck was As is.I should have expected problems when I was only allowed to drive the vehicle 5 miles.As soon as I purchased truck in lot I got in to open windows. Back window didnt open and I also realized no lights worked inside. Meaning no dash, no dome no door. Pretty dark inside.I found out the next day it is very very squeaky. My mechanic said the had WD 40 the tie end rod.I have been driving the squeak mobile 2 months now. Last night my steering wheel stopped working. I had to drive into a bank. Luckily no oncoming traffic. My mechanic said that it would be 3800 to fix the issue for the steering and it isnt recommended to drive. It also needs either a new rack and pinion or tie end rod as well as rear brakes.I realize its used and I should expect some minor issues. But the steering wheel going out is extremely scary and very unsafe for a vehicle the said was thoroughly looked over. I cannot recommend this company at all. My mechanics said to never buy from a company who wont let yoi drive the vehicle far. Lesson learned. I will be fixing the issues and reselling as soon as my Title arrives. Been 2 months

They knownly sold my family a lemon! I should have know better then to pay cash for a car with a check engine light on but they had their mechanic look at it and fix it. A week later I went back to pick up my car drove it hime and less then a week later the light came back on. It has been in and out of the shop. I have only had the car 5 months!

We havent been able to buy the truck we want yet but let me tell you Haley was SUPER nice and was very helpful in telling us the steps to take!

They use their “costumer service” skills to take advantage of you. I could barley get ahold of them! I went a month without the registration waiting for them to send it to me, I’m also pretty sure i never received the title! and they barley gave me the fob for the car— and when they did the key attached to the fob didn’t match my car( and i was promised it would) They sold me a lemon with a recall on it that I no longer qualify for— When they had the car they receive the recall and were told to have it inspected. They made it seem like they fixed it— because the car fax says it was serviced when it wasn’t.— Over filled my oil way over the limit, that with the recall caused my engine to stall after 2 months of owning it. Do not go here! There are better cars somewhere else.

I bought a truck from them with no warranty after getting home I started washing my truck when I notice a leak from the sun roof so I call them back right away and told them the issue they told me to bring it back and they would give me a loaner tell it’s fixed. I have a general distrust of used car dealers and usually buy from private sellers. This time, however, I needed something fast and decided to try my chances at a dealer. I found NW Truck and SUV through the Carfax website and I have to say, I was pleasantly surprised by how awesome and honest they were and how easily I found the perfect car for me, even with a VERY limited budget! Nash was my lead salesperson, but throughout the process I worked with Joe and Jason as well.
