Was a little nervous as it was my first time buying a vehicle on my own. the whole staff is incredibly friendly and inviting upon entering. I would say this place is an easy 5 out of 5! My salesman was very nice and gave me many options as a first time buyer. He paid attention to what I needed and was able to find me what I asked for. The car was clean. Drove well. I was allowed to take it on an extended test drive to Beaverton to show my girlfriend. This allowed me to get a great feel for the car. My buddy recommended me here and I glad I came. It wasnt my first place but I wish it was. I waited for 4 days at the other place for a call back and all they told me was to come in, not mentioning that they just needed/wanted more down payment. Cha Auto got my loan done for me for 500 down and through a credit union. I am very happy with my car and purchase.

I drove from seattle for a nice 🚗 here. They had a high miled truck but the price was great. Tacomas are so overpriced but I found one here for a reasonable price. Ugh, the worst car buying experience of my life. We overpaid for an Xterra here last week as we needed a replacement vehicle ASAP for an upcoming move. We heard them laughing after we bought the car - probably because they had just made 7.5k on a vehicle with a useless transmission. 40 miles off the lot and the check engine light came on. It took less than 24 hours for it to completely break down - the transmission was shot and displayed 5 different errors codes. We have to pay 5k+ for repairs right off the bat and need a complete replacement to the transmission, radiator, and catalytic converter!! We called the dealership to see if there was anything at all they could do since we purchase the vehicle the day before - they provided nothing. We asked if they would buy back the vehicle - no luck. They then tried to get us to pay full price for a refurbished transmission from their friend’s repair shop with no discount. I wish we had gone to literally anywhere else, many dealerships in the area offer warranties. With Cha Auto, we are left with a faulty vehicle and thousands in repairs. 0/5 stars.

Just purchased my first Toyota Highlander and my experience with Cha Auto has been excellent. Mike, my sales person, was very nice, professional, knowledgeable and willing to negotiate on the price of the car and the trade in value for my old truck. He even drove a similar model SUV over to my house so that my wife can test it out for herself, since she was too busy to come to the dealership. I would definitely shop there in the future.

I have been here before but never bought anything. Unfortunately a good friend bought a beautiful car on the outside but it turned out to be a lemon in less than 48 hours. NO help to them and refused any kind help. Boy am I lucky to have not shopped here when I was considering it. Sure lemon laws are tough on used vehicles but this was a definite case of lying of the condition of the car. How could a mechanic miss a dead transmission, bad radiator and a cat converter. The list goes on actually but I feel confident you should be weary here.

These people sold my daughter a vehicle with a bad transmission! It broke down right after they purchased it! She now has to pay $5000 for a new transmission, radiator and more! They also paid the too high price because they had to have a vehicle ASAP. They would not do anything to rectify their ridiculous rip off! The car was inoperable within 24 hours of purchase! I only gave one star because I have no way to give 0 stars. The car lot attendant, and Im assuming the owner was just plain rude to me. I had been emailing him regarding a vehicle, and when he said it was available, I told him I has just been picked up by my mom, and was on my way, but I lived an hour and a half away, so it would be a moment to get there. Well, I got there, and he was literally showing the car to someone else who saw I was there to see it, and so they bought it. There were two other vehicles on the lot that were the same make and model, so I decided to check them out instead. I pull my 2 year old out of the car, and its pretty chilly and windy, but she was tired of being in my moms small car, so I thought Id let her walk with me while he helped us. WE WERE COMPLETELY IGNORED. He actually went over to assist the people who showed up AFTER me. I actually had to interrupt him, and ask if there was anyone else to help me, since he had sold the car I came for fr under me. Tries to tell me he cant be rude to anyone, while hes still basically ignoring me and my child. I left. I found a much better car, same price, and a MUCH more professional dealer. My experience was awesome mike and Sushi were great! They got me in and out within an hour I purchased a 2015 Toyota Corolla they showed me the Autocheck before purchasing and was very thorough about everything even the financing! They will get you approved no matter what the situation they really helped me alot! After I purchased the car I took it to Toyota for a oil change and Toyota did a thorough inspection and Toyota said the car was in great shape which speaks alot about Cha auto sales, that means they sell good pre owned cars so if your looking for a good dealer that sells good pre owned cars they are your dealer! I am so happy with my purchase here. I bought a white G37. Those are far and few used here in Portland. They let me bring my mechanic on to their lot and he inspected it for me. I have made plenty of car purchases throughout my lifetime. Most experiences I have had are what you would call the stereotypical ones. I am giving this place a 5 stars because they are sincerely good people. I had a good journey here buying a vehicle. Stopped in about 4 times before I bought. I was never pressured once. They treated me well every time I came in and I told them every time I had no intention on buying. Once I finally got some money together I went straight to Mike and got my car. Other places really chewed me out for kicking tires and doing so much pre-shopping. Mike took is time and treated me like a human being. Give this place a shot but hey, what do I know, I am just an old man.

Beware of this Dealership and do your research.Bought a 2011 Audi A4 asked for information on the car including a car fax.Everything seemed fine, noticed the car was wasting/burning too much oil.Proceeded to Take it to The Audi dealership and had a mechanic also look at it when both parties let me know the car had multiple oil leaks and damage to the water pump, resulting in thousands in repairs. I contacted the Dealer only to be told the car was sold as is.Problems and more Problems no wonder they were pushing to sell this specific car.Hopefully I can per-sue legal action.

Came here a few weekends ago to find my wife a car and I am glad I did. I live near the area and have driven by for years but never needed a car. I got a low interest rate and low payment and got her the exact car she wanted. She was so happy that our car shopping process wasnt weeks long. This was our 3rd stop and final stop. The people were nice and actually listened to what we were saying about what we were looking for.

I was not ready to buy a car yet. I stopped here as one of my 15 or so stops to look at cars. I was pushed out of so many lots but I remembered this one because even though I let them know I wasnt going to buy a car until about late September, they treated me with nothing but respect. They answered my questions and let me see whatever I asked. Other lots that I went to just gave me attitude because I wasnt dressed nicely, came in on the bus and let them know right away I wasnt going to buy for a few months. I have a settlement coming from an accident and when it comes I will definitely go to were I was treated with respect.To mike, who helped me, I told you I would give you a good review in exchange for your time. Made the drive out traffic was bad on 205 but whatever... Got there and one of the cars on the website wasnt there the guy comes out barely speaks English. So we start the car we saw on the website it has a check coolant light on. In all my years never seen that! The get put check out the engine its OK then go to walk away and askt he guy about it and the whole back of the car on the ground was soaked(it was perfect dry and sunny). Asked the salesman and he said it was normal. Are you for real!?!?!

We have looked for a good but not newer V6, preferably an SUV, that would work for us without breaking the bank. Very hard to find these and then be lucky enough to feel confident to buy quickly so you dont miss out. Gratefully Mike helped with what Im sure had to be a one of a kind Acura MDX just on the lot. Exactly what we needed after a long and frustrating search and then made the process fast and easy. This is the lot you need, I went back a few times, dont miss out.
