My sales representative Brandon Keller made the entries experience easy and pressure free. I originally came in just to take a look at some trucks on the lot. After Brandon came out, he let me sit inside the air conditioned lobby while he ran around and pulled up trucks that met my requirement of single owner and no more than 2 years old. Every vehicle Brandon showed me met these requirements with no gimmicks or pushiness. He offered a few others but let me know up front they did not meet my requirements. When I test drove the vehicle he let me take my time inspecting, asking questions, and testing the vehicle. Brandon was upfront about information he knew, and told me heβd have to confirm on a few details he was unclear on. In the end I walked away with an F150 that exactly met my requirements even though I had intended on just taking a look that day. Brandon followed up post sale to ensure I was happy and understood how everything worked. Excellent experience in the finance office as well with Mario who explained different products but again was not pushy. I definitely recommend calling this dealership and taking a look at their inventory.

Had a great experience here. If youre looking for a vehicle, call and ask for Brandon Keller. I text him the day before I came in, with some trucks I wanted to look at. When I got there he had them all lined up ready to go for test drives. I never felt pressured didnt have him hanging around hovering. I got to sit there and look at the trucks of my own pace. Took them on a test drive on my own time. After I got back from the test drives hed come out see how i liked the truck, asked if I needed more water and off I went with the next one. All in all very good zero pressure experience.
This was probably the best and easiest experience Iβve had buying a car. I had Matthew as my salesman and Elliot finished up my financing. They were both very helpful and super nice. They werenβt pushy about anything which was awesome, and they were able to answer any questions I had about the vehicle. Iβve bought a few cars from here in the past but this was a way better experience than Iβve had in the past now that Elliot has taken over as the finance manager. Iβll definitely be coming back when I decide to buy a new truck.

This is the first car buying experience where I have left feeling cheated and robbed. Ive purchased from other dealers, both new and used and typically I leave at the end of the day and enjoy the vehicle.This thing they sold me has so many issues its quite the post in itself. It just really ended up being a case of did they even care or bother to actually inspect this thing?. I dont believe they do, or its so shallow that anything will pass.I bought the used car only a few weeks ago and sit here and just hope I can get out of this deal somehow, thats how bad of a taste this left for me.
Ran across Jake a few times while looking at trucks. Seems that Gladstone often had nice, low mileage trucks that I was interested in.Jake made the process very smooth and he took great care of me. I was shopping 3 trucks at 3 different dealers. He got me the best interest rate and gave me the most for my trade-in. There was a small issue that was overlooked on my part prior to signing. Very happy working with Jacob Albee and another fellow (I forget his name! He was running the show that night). The car I was interested in no longer had manufacturers cash back, so they found an alternative model for me to try which checked all the boxes I needed. I had the option of multiple colors which was fun. I got exactly what I needed for my trade in. It was a busy evening, and we had to wait a while for paperwork to be processed, but we understood. The team was really nice and engaging while waited for the fellow that did the paperwork processing. We grabbed dinner, hung out in the waiting area, and generally kicked back to wait our turn. Im really happy with my vehicle - it is my second Mitsubishi and Im happy with the quality of product.

Thought very highly of this place with their subprime lending options and bought a nee car from them. Was very thankful for how they helped us out l, and decided to buy a second car within 2 weeks of the original purchase. The second loan was more difficult if a decision because we were going from an suv to a car and couldnβt find the right option fir a week and kept trying to work with Debra in finance. All of this came to a halt when I was told that my decision making was not right abd would have a hard time finding a car. I told her thank you for the negativity and she responded with β I just donβt like when someone keeps negotiating over and over and over. It is not worth my time. Good luckβ. Who says that to a repeat guest whose trying to buy a car from them again????? Completely inappropriate abs unprofessional to say the least. Told Debra I would talk to her boss and leave a review for the rude communication and she responded this to me β And Iβll leave a review on your website. And my boss is the one who said cut the tie. I have never had a customer like you.β That was the last straw. Buyers beware that if you try to negotiate or spend too much time deciding or making sure the purchase is what your family needs they will throw you out like trash and Debra will talk down to you like a piece of garbage. Stay far away from this place please as I have never had a Finance manager talk to me in this way or any dealer.

His kind demeanor and down-to-Earth attitude made the whole shopping experience smooth as butter. The car in question was in great condition with a clean title and car fax. What more could I ask for? STAY AWAY.As far as their response below, yes there was miscommunication. Its commonly called Lying.My daughter, an inexperienced buyer, asked me to go with her to get a car she liked. The salesman, Mathew, agree to sell the vehicle at a certain price (he had gone to talk to someone, came back and said its a deal). I then made the mistake of leaving before the paperwork was finalized. Magically, Someone came out with the paperwork and the price was magically $500 additional. I called and ended up speaking to Eric, who claimed to be the βGeneral Sales Mgr.β He said he couldnβt approve the price. When I explained that it wasnβt the price quoted by his salesman, he proceeded to tell me how sales people are, βand they can be desperate.β This is Ericβs standard on what salesmen are like, where dishonesty is acceptable. He took no responsibility for lying, errors and went on and on about how little money he was making on the vehicle. To call him unprofessional would be an massive understatement. Sorry, Eric, sleazy is more accurate.If this is how their management performs, draw your own conclusions.

We were in the market for a used Ram. We came across Gladstone Mitsubishi. They had 30 Rams at the time we were shopping. Christian was our sales person. He was great. He showed us many trucks. He was also able to get us the amount we wanted for our trade in. We absolutely love our Ram Sport 4x4. The only issue I had was financing. I think I should have come in with my own financing. They did get me financed, but I feel I could have gotten a better interest rate through my credit union. Over all, this was a good experience. ***Update, I just rewrote my loan through my new local credit union for half the interest rate. 2.9%***

Iβm a former customer of this establishment, and at that time, I had an excellent experience. However, I returned about 2 years later only to be treated poorly by the sales manager, Eric Duncan, when trying to negotiate a good deal for my truck. His snide and unprofessional behavior completely turned me away from Gladstone Mitsubishi, and I suggest new customers to, at a minimum, avoid any dealings with Eric Duncan or his associates.
Shaun and the entire sales department were great to work with when buying my truck. They were respectful and not full of bravado nor patronizing at all which I have felt at other dealerships. I am so glad to have purchased from such a straightforward dealership whose pricing was great and not over-inflated. I would definitely look at their inventory first when making another vehicle purchase.
My partner brought in his car for maintenance. The gentleman who helped us during the appointment was courteous and was wearing his face mask. However, it was disappointing to see the majority of the employees inside were either not wearing their face mask or wearing it incorrectly (despite having a COVID sign that says wearing face coverings are required). It seemed as if they were not taking COVID precautions seriously. If youre going to wear a mask that doeant cover your nose, it kinda defeats the purpose of wearing a mask in the first place...
If you want COVID this is the place to go! No one is wearing their masks correctly! The service was fine and they were able to get us out of there in a few hours but we did not feel safe with the salesman walking around, helping other customers with his mask below his nose. The pandemic isnβt over just because youβre over it!!

Father & Daughter outlanders, I bought a new 2020 Outlander from Gladstone Mitsubishi. They treated me so good and was the quickest, easiest car deal I have ever had in over 40 years. Great people will all out to help you. After a couple months I was so happy with my Outlander I took my daughter there to buy one. She received the same great care and her sale was again very easy. If you are looking for a great new car or a used car or truck go see the sales team, you will be glad you did.
We had called regarding the availability of a listed Dodge Ram pickup. Salesperson on phone affirmed it was available. When we arrived less than an hour later it had been sold! We were displeased and were about to leave, when another salesperson, Danny Robles, hustled over and asked if we were interested in other makes. We said weβd give him two minutes. Danny literally ran around the lot collecting keys and data. His proactive and positive attitude turned a bad situation into selling a 2018 Ford F350 Super Duty to our company. We just drove 2 hours to buy a pick-up. The salesman was texting my husband multiple times checking our status and ETA while we were literally driving to the dealership. Last text from him was right as we pulled into their parking lot. As we walked in we are told, sorry the pick-up was just sold less than two minutes ago by another salesman. Then that salesman has the audacity to say, I can sell you another one of our pick-ups for cheap. We dont want ANOTHER pick-up, we came here for the one you just sold! UNBELIEVABLE! Completely wasted our time. Its probably their selling tactic to get you in their office. Absolutely unprofessional and not a way to run a business at all.

Great service and communication from the shop at Gladstone Mitsubishi. My iMiev electric vehicle had a battery fault, and the replacement part would have been extremely expensive if not under warranty. The service team went about and beyond in following up with Mitsubishi Japan to inquire as to why it was NOT showing up as under warranty. Their perseverance paid off and Mitsubishi finally agreed that is was a covered item. I cant express enough what a relief this was. It pretty much saved us our car! The repair happened quickly and we were very satisfied. Thanks so much!

I purchased a 2017 GMC 3500hd from the dealership.be very careful with the dealership. first of all they forced me to buy a 500.00 BS stolen car recovery plan. total BS.and the truck only came with 1 key. I asked if they had another key and they told me no.. you can buy one for like 35.00. WRONG. the key and fab will cost you like 400.00. Also any trucks from Canada are full of rust.they do a great job of under coated to cover up. just beware....john g

UPDATEHere is the story. Traded a car in and got approved for another. I asked them specifically if my wife being on maternity leave would affect us getting financed they said no not a problem. A week goes I get call from Mario the Finance guy saying they cant get me approved with my wife being on maternity. Me being irritated because I asked specifically if that would affect it and them saying no. Now I feel lied to. I asked Mario if I can just bring the car back and pick up my trade. He said yes but lets keep you in the new vehicle and we will resign paperwork when your wife goes back to work from maternity leave. I said what if you cant get me financed are there going to be any charges to me for milage or usage on the new vehicle. He said no absolutely not we would never do that to anyone. I was very hesitant but agreed. Keep in mind I now have 2 insurance payments and have an upcoming vehicle payment I have to make on my trade. Which I did. Few weeks go by my wife goes back to work. My wife and I go back in to resign paperwork. Then they call me and say they cant get me financed because I started a new job. And that they need the vehicle back. Debra also informed me that Mario told her to swap back the vehicles unwind the deal and CHARGE ME MILAGE USAGE AND VEHCILE USAGE. This place is a nightmare to deal with dont let what happend to me happen to you. There are so many other places to buy a vehicle. Choose any other one.First ReviewSales team is a flat out headache and very difficult to deal with. Save yourself the hassle and go elsewhere.

First off let me state that my purchase process was seemless and very pleasant. Jake was professional and did not waist my time which I appreciated. This review is not about my vehicle purchase as much as about THE vehicle I purchased.September 2020: I purchased a 2014 F150 Fx4 with 84k miles for what sounded like a reasonable price considering the accessories and history of the vehicle.Within 1k additional miles the truck needed 4 new shocks and there was a squeal that didnt go away. These were the rusted brakes...Within 3k of purchase miles, I.W.E. 4x4 vacuum line fails causing addition damage. Replaced solenoid, valve, all four hub bearing.Winch that was attached to truck failed pulling an elderly lady out of a snowbank during the last big snowstorm. I Replaced winch.Within 8k miles of purchase...Spark plugs, diff flush, coolant flush and all four corner brake systems pads and rotors need replacing due to rust.Total cost in repairs from a Ford dealer service department thus far, $6,548.92 not including rental cars needed in the interim.Plus 1100.00 for a replacement winch and 500 for new shocks that a dealer couldnt do because the truck is lifted.As of yesterday the truck started making a loud metallic scraping noise from the rear end. Its going into a ford dealer on Monday and I am driving a rental again...So far I am almost $8,500.00 into repairs and I have driven the truck less that 8k miles since purchasing it. And since it is used and Oregon doesnt have Lemon law protection for used vehicles I am stuck with it.Obviously when you buy a used vehicle you acknowledge it could require some work, but not 8k of work within 8k miles.If you decide to purchase a used vehicle with them, take it first to an independent third party for a thorough Inspection first. Dont make the mistake I did. Honestly, just dont purchase from them at all.

Jake here at Gladstone sold me a great truck. Wasnβt pushy at all, very generous with us in letting me take the truck for a test drive lasting over an hour.
