Poor quality of work... I took my car in to have some minor repair work on my passenger door. The communication was very good, initially I thought they had done a good job. 6 months later I am driving on the highway and my door trim flies off my car. When I got home I looked closer, Prestige had broken the clips on the trim piece and tried to use double sided tape to hold on the trim! Why not do the right thing and order a new trim piece with clips? Very disappointed. So I am stuck buying another trim piece with clips and replacing it the correct way. I would not recommend Prestige, they clearly cut corners on my repair. I wonder how many other dirty little secrets are out there being held by double sided tape.

A first class organization that really wants you to have a great experience. My car looks great and you wouldnt be able to tell we had hit a suitcase on the freeway.The only downside was not their fault. The required Ford parts were unavailable so the finish of the job was delayed and ended up taking 30 days. Their texting system was helpful, but not very accurate as the updated timeline kept getting pushed back. Again, not their fault, but it did make these updates a joke since it was promised to be completed at least three different times, maybe more.

Prestige auto did a fabulous job on my car after my auto accident! I very much appreciated Lance, my service professional, who called me numerous times with updates on the progress; knew exactly what was going on and when it would be ready. Office staff immediately returned my phone calls and were always polite and helpful. A wonderful place!

My wife had a little fender bender in the Tesla. I was concerned that the repairs be done correctly with factory parts. The guy at Prestige assured me that they were a factory (Tesla) authorized repair center. It took a couple of weeks to complete the repairs but the car came out perfect. Everything looked as good as brand new. I am very happy with what they did and would recommend them to anybody with a nice car that needs repairing.

I am an old (BODY SHOP) guy from the 70s, with plenty of years painting, repairing and happy customers. Prestige auto collision made me a happy customer.👌🏼First impression, the office people are very nice lady’s who run smith office, followed by the estimators and the repair employees who do great work.It’s a very nice place to drop off your car to be fixed.Prestige auto collision showed me that they have qualified people, certified employees working for them. My Mercedes had front bumper damage and a couple of scratches that needed to be fixed.Dave the estimator suggest that one of my dings, on my left rear door could be removed by a -DENTLESS REPAIR METHOD ! I hesitated but let him do it. Wow I’m impressed with the results. The original paint it was saved by using this method. No grinding no primer no painting!I highly recommend trying this on small DINGS about the size of quarterthe guarantee is that you won’t be charged If it’s not perfect.What a great body shop Prestige is! From my perspective, its the quality of managers that makes companies big or small. I had a very positive experience working with Scott and Prestige auto collision. They were referred to me by the insurance company of the offending party in my accident, who were covering the repair costs. Scott was very pleasant to work with and gave me a realistic repair timeframe of approx 3-4 weeks based on other Teslas they had worked on. Fortunately I was heading overseas so the timing worked out well. The repairs were completed in under the quoted time (approx 2.5 weeks)Scott very communicative and pleasant to work with. My only complaint was that I did call to ask if they could top up the charge since I was coming back from overseas and it had been sitting idle for almost a month, but the charge was fairly depleted. Still going to give them 5 stars as the repair and experience was positive.

They are all crooks and criminals here... tried to sell my car after running a scam on me

They repaired my rear right quarter panel and bumper that had been hit in a parking lot. They are a listed Tesla repair shop and worked easily with Tesla and Geico who was paying for the repairs. They also had Enterprise bring the car to me at the shop and allowed me to return it to the shop. The repairs take longer than expected as Tesla parts are slow to come in, which is out of the control of the shop. I had them do some touch up after they returned the vehicle as some rough spots were found. They fixed them within 24 hours to my satisfaction.

There are many collision centers to choose from around South Orange County. If you’re lucky enough to get an appointment at prestige auto collision, run, don’t walk to this auto repair shop. Even better, if you ask for Jose, you’ve just upped the repair process. I have taken three of my automobiles to this collision repair center and have left with a big smile on my face. From the beginning, to the end they made this process easy for me. I understood the estimates and they took care of the rest. All that I had to do was drive away. Consider looking for Jose and it’s a must that you work with prestige auto you won’t be sorry.

I had my Tesla repaired at Prestige. Im giving them 4 stars because in the end everything looked great, but not without its issues. When I went to pick up the car the first time I quickly noticed my fog light was not replaced like it was suppose to be so I immediately brought it to their attention by which they apologized and replaced it while I waited. Once fog light was repaired they brought car back to me and all the repairs looked great except for the passenger door that had a little dent that was barely noticeable. I thought the door looked worse than when I brought it in. Now there were two creases which I brought to their attention. At first I thought I might be being picky but I wasnt very happy with it. They did agree and said they would fix it as they offer a lifetime warranty. They did make the repair and got the car back to me in 2 business days. Now everything looks great amazing. I would have given 5 stars if they would have inspected there work before they called me the first time but I was pleased that if there is a issue they stand behind their work. Even rented me a car while they were making the repairI would go back if I ever have another problem with a car

Great response time and attentiveness to my car. They texted me periodically to give me an update on my completion date. I would totally recommend Prestige and have been using their service for years.

Not only did Prestige do a factory worthy job on my Lexus, but their communication was the best Ive ever experienced. Every day, I would get an update from them via text letting me know the percentage of completion on my cars repair. When your car is like a member of your family, its nice to know its in good hands. On top of everything, the job was completed 3 days ahead of schedule. I dont ever want to be in another accident, but should I ever need body work done again Ill be back at Prestige without batting an eye.

Great job on my car. I’m very happy with it.However, hired a new receptionist. The lady up in front gives you attitude, pay attention to your customers. Need more customer service not impressive. If you don’t like your job then don’t work there. The last thing customers want is to hear you complain about your job.First:Couldn’t even count money. Had to ask another employee to count it for her. It’s not rock science, we learn that in elementary school how to count.Then give us the wrong papers to sign, didn’t even let us know what the paper was about in the first place. Super rude, explain to your customers what they are signing. Make sure you give them the right copy as well.

From the moment I brought my car in after an accident, Scott helped me feel at ease and that the situation was well in hand. He got back to me quickly and was honest in saying it was likely a total loss from the beginning. He even helped put me in contact with an individual he knew might be interested in buying and trying to rebuild the car. Scotts professionalism, customer service and attention to detail made a horrible experience more bearable and I cannot recommend him and his entire team enough.

My car took a lot of front end damage. It was leaking fluid and was undriveable after getting about 1 mike from freeway. When I got it back I was surprised that it looked like nothing had happened and drove like nothing happened. I’ve only had it a few days and drove it maybe 15 miles but I am impressed.On negative side as I first drove it off there was a burning oil or plastic smell but that only last a few minutes. The battery light is on apparently because it had been sitting idle for a month. They said they would fix it if it does not go away.In addition the insurance only paid for 30 days of car rental. It took about 3 weeks for insurance and Prestige to decide to fix the car. The car was mostly fixed after 2 weeks but due to a complication they needed one more week. I am glad they took the time to fix it right. I had to share my wife’s car to avoid extra car rental fees but if the car stays trouble free it is worth it.

Did and excellent job of replacing my bumper and paint matching. Highly recommended to anyone who needs body work done.

Ive been a repeat costumer.. unfortunately Ive been in 3 accidents the first two claims were through my own insurance company.. everything went well everything they replaced was brand new.. but the 3rd and final was through a insurance company they have been certified (Mercy).. certified by them is because they save them $$$! Used parts.To top it off my car Wasnt ready when they promised it they were 4 days late.. the outside was nice and shiny but my back seats were covered in dust!

I filed the first auto claim in my life this February, and Prestige was one of the recommended shops by Geico, so I picked them.  Soon after I dropped my car, Geico wired me $1064, and didnt explain what it was for. After my car got fixed, Prestige charged me $500 and handed over my key.Two months later, I started to receive a letter from Prestige and requested I pay them an additional $1,064, also stating that I understand it is owed to Prestige, which I didnt, I thought this is for the premium or other fees that I owe Geico. We talked in May and I explained my concerns, instead of explaining how the auto industry operates, they insisted I knew this money is theirs but I intentionally kept it. My question was if they believed Geico sent this to me by mistake, they can reach out to Geico and have to send me something in writing, Id be happy to pay it to them, what if Geico realizes it was a mistake and wants it back one day, after all they are the one who paid me, but Prestige advised they could try to work it out with Geico, but cannot guarantee any result. In the meanwhile, I just need to pay the money to them because they say so, or they will send me to collections.Fair enough, while I was waiting for Geico or Prestige to get back to me, they sent me to collection. Since we are in the middle of purchasing a new home, I have no choice but to pay this to the collections, otherwise, they will report me to all three credit bureaus.I am giving them one star for their terrible attitude, poor communication skills, their assumption that we are all familiar with how auto insurance works, the accusation that I purposely designed this insurance scam and the trouble they caused dealing with this matter.Terrible experience!

The staff exceeded expectations. Although my insurance chose to Total the car, the upstanding behavior of the staff and their apparent commitment quality (not cutting corners to get a big job, which they could have) have earned my respect and appreciation. I dropped my car off on a Monday for collision damage ($700 estimate so not major) because it was recommended by my MB dealer. On Friday, I found out that Prestige had not let the insurance company know that my car was on their premises waiting to be seen by an adjuster. During that week, I received multiple emails (automatic emails I found out later) from Prestige telling me the repairs were underway and providing a completion date. Once I discovered on Friday my car had not been seen and repairs had not even begun, I moved to a different shop. Lucky to get one star.

Fantastic service. Mike was great. They fixed the car and a window didnt work. They rented a car for me and got the car fixed in just one day. They kept me informed of all aspects of my repair job and they went out of their way to make me happy.

The paint job was good, but I have tried to contact them multiple times to get car satellite back with no avail.

My MB AMG GS had a deep scratch on the roof/hood portion from the Santa Monica dealer, so after MBLN recommended Prestige, I scheduled the appointment. The quotation was right on, quick and easy. Dropped off the car before I went on vacation and when I came back was pleasantly surprised how great it came out, you cannot even tell anything was even there. The body shop did really great job.I am taking one star away as I was not contacted as promised with the progress. So I ended up calling them from vacation. Also seems the communication in-house could improve as when I called on day of pick-up told them my ETA only to get a call few minutes later form someone else telling me the car is ready.Bottom line is, if you want perfect body work on your car, come here as they do a great job at the garage!

They fixed my car after a frontal accident. The paint matching and blending was amazing work. On my car there are two small windows on each side with a panel and when I got my car back the panels were loose. They took it back in the shop and fixed it but theyre still loose. No big deal for me other than the fact that they lied about fixing it..also I never got a call from them even after they told me they would update me on the progress of my car. I had to call multiple times.Both my headlights were replaced and on one of them the moisture seeps through likely due to a small leak and they said theyd order a new part and call me when they get it but its been 2 months and they still havent called me.The stars are for1. excellent body work2. 90% accuracy on when to expect your car backLost 1 star for lying about fixing somethingLost another star for lack of communicationLost star for not replacing my headlight after the agreement clearly states I am warrantied work done here!):
