The staff greeted me and guided me through the entire process. Even though I forgot my rim, they helped me get new wheels before I left so I didn’t have to wait for an emergency! Without them, this blown tire would have devastated me. Reasonable pricing with incredible service. Appreciate all the hard work these folks do and how much they care.

I needed brakes and a set of tires for my truck and did quite a bit of research trying to find someone reasonable. I came across Mavis tire and at first was kinda skeptical due to the fact it was a chain of stores. I decided to go with them and am glad I did! Kali was extremely knowledgeable and assisted me in a nice set of tires and brakes all the was around. She beat all of the competitors pricing and honored the time in which she said it would take to complete the work. Overall I am very pleased with my visit to Mavis Tire and as long as Kali is there I will be back!

My sister was traveling here from out of state and had brake issues on the way. She explained she was traveling alone. They got her all fixed up at a very fair price, and got her back on the roads in a couple of hours, feeling safe. Very good customer service.

Service was incredibly slow. Front desk people were constantly not paying attention to the customer in front of them. Was promised my car back in 1.5-2 hours. Took them 4 hours plus. I will never ever go back there. Update, after almost 7 hours I finally was able to leave! Further update, these guys failed to add enough brake fluid and my dashboard lit up like a Christmas tree while going 85 on the interstate today.

I enjoy the consumer services and they was very fast on get my issue handle I love coming in to this shop!!🤗🤗

This place is amazing. Coming from the semmes location to here, the difference was night and day. The customer service was amazing and they got me in and out. They even replaced my tire valve for free after the semmes location replaced my tire and didn’t replace it. I’m definitely coming here for all my tire needs after this. 10/10 would recommend

The service was swiftly and well organized. I don’t usually go there but I needed some assistance. The manager & her team treated me well & made sure my car was quite fine.

Brought my car in to have my brakes done as they were starting to grind. They got me in and out quickly and at a better price than competitors. We have always had good luck with Mavis, so happy they have them available even when were traveling.

We were traveling from Orange Beach Alabama back home to Texas. The vehicle was driving terrible. Some honked, told us our tire had a bubble. We went to 4 places they all said booked I till Tuesday. Called Mavis they said come on we will work you in. Great service and great price. We are headed home.

The store manager Paul is great. It’s hard going to places nowadays and getting good service, but as soon as you walk in he greats you. Thats good customer service. I’ve been dealing with him since hes worked at the Theodore location and he’s has been awesome. I always say “I don’t do business with businesses, I do business with people” and he’s the reason why I keep coming back.

The particular tires that I decided upon were not in stock in the size I needed. He took the time and made several phone calls to locate and order what I wanted. Great prices great service.My recommendation is to go to the store on 90 close to Azalea. The people there are straightforward, honest and efficient. They know what customer service means and aim to keep their customers returning to them.Initially, I got all my tires from the store in Theodore and was satisfied with my service there. Some things changed and I stopped going to the one in Theodore and almost stopped going to this business altogether. As a Hail Mary, I gave the location close to Azalea a chance to win me back and rotate my tires. I have since been back to get brakes replaced and will come back to get my next set of tires.I think their pricing is fair. You expect to pay the same in labor as you pay for parts, and that is exactly what you pay here. My dad had priced brake change at Firestone and they were gonna charge over twice what I paid at Mavis.

I brought my car in to fix a flat tire. I didn’t have to wait long and they did fix the tire, but they ended up damaging my wheel... They clearly are not careful about preventing cosmetic damages.

Three hours, still waiting. The other Mavis we went to on Hwy. 90 did not have employees show up to work. I do apologize, I was not aware if the overload on your workers. Everyone was courteous and we were not charged for an oil change because of tge waiting time. When talking to the young man, I found out they are trying to hire more,but no one wants to work. We will use this location from now on.
