Love the friendly atmosphere. I purchased a vehicle here last year and actually made friends with the employees. They are helpful in so many ways with your purchase as well as your payment matters. Jennifer actually goes above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and welcome. Jay is a breath of fresh air as well and always smiling. Leonard is always friendly and helpful and went out of his way on my deal when purchasing. I enjoy working in the community with these fine individuals. Also the new lady that handles payments I’m sorry I don’t know her name but she’s prompt friendly and helpful even when I’m dealing with an issue and I may not be so nice. I will be back to AMC!

The financial company is a complete joke they add fees and dont tell you poor communication skills on the phone and very disrespectful American financial is a very awful company. Im not talking about this particular dealership but the financial company sucks

My initial experience was a good one, most of the sales people were friendly and actually helpful (Theres a skinny meth head looking lady that works here who is the exception). However, They have the worst warranty program Ive ever seen first and foremost, And when you do use the warranty even for the free oil changes that they offer here, The warranty people you have to deal with over the phone are unprofessional trash. So while they do have a decent selection of vehicles, with easy to understand terms and fairly easy process to get a vehicle, You do have to weigh your options. If youre willing to pay out of pocket for any kind of vehicle maintenance, then I would say this is a pretty decent place to go to. But if you want a place that actually has a good warranty, or I should say it actually a useful warranty, You may either want to purchase your own warranty independently or find another place to go.

I had a pleasurable experience purchasing a vehicle with Ericka and Marcus at the Tillman’s Corner location. If I can get approved quickly with low down payment and low monthly notes, anyone can. Best dealership around.

Initially, I rated American Car Center for my experience getting my car; which the manger and sales staff at this location are awesome. But, dealing with their financial company is a nightmare. First off, as I got my car in May, to this day I still have not received one piece of paperwork from the finance company which means, as of July I still dont have all the paperwork needed to get my tag. When I spoke to one of the finance company representatives, Erica, who was extremely rude, I verified my address with her to make sure they had my full and correct address, which they did and had no information on any paperwork regarding to get my tag for the car. So since I have not received any paperwork, I dont know my account number. So basically, Im just giving who knows who my debit card information every other week. The finance company closes at 7PM. I tried to call them on Friday at 6:40PM, as no one actually picked up the phone to say anything, I could tell what was going on, as I hit the necessary button to get a representative, someone kept picking up the phone and placing me on hold, so then by that time, they were about to be closed and I left a voice mail. I could have paid through the automatic payment system on the phone but you have to have your account number which you can find listed on your last statement which I dont have b/c I have not received any mail from them. I did go back and look through the paperwork I received from the dealership and found an account number listed where I paid my down payment, but of course, that wasnt it. If I were to do it again, I would have kept my deposit and just saved a little bit more money and bought an older vehicle from somewhere else.

The service I received was top notch, My needs and concerns were addressed as needed. Phillip Dr. Phil met my every concern with empathy for what I felt. I will recommend American Car Center to all my family and friends.

Im in the process of filing a lawsuit. They sold me a car that they dont have the title to and it has been almost four months since I left the lot with the car. Now I have a $19000 loan in my name and on my credit, but I dont even have a way to get the title or a tag. Car dealerships are legally prohibited from selling a car without the tag. This is ridiculous. Im also filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau as we speak.

Poor service, long wait times and they dont bother returning your phone calls.

They screwed up our title app with the wrong Vin number I got a ticket for it and they offered no help for THEIR ERROR the ppl for the finance company are all very rude they dont have a grace period and will disable your vehicle after one day without notice I would not recommend this place at all
