I purchased a 2017 Grand Caravan from Enterprise in 2019. It was a wonderful minivan; however, it was recently destroyed by the flood waters of Hurricane Ida. After losing the Caravan, I received a 2021 Mustang convertible as a rental and man did I turn heads! While I had the Mustang, I received a call from Dre Smith at Enterprise Sales in Mobile who said NaShaundra suggested he call me because I was in the market for a vehicle. Long story short, I visited Enterprise Sales in Mobile again to “shop” but that same day I left the Mustang rental onsite and drove off in my 2020 Nissan Altima. I am very pleased with my new car and glad that Dre convinced me to test drive a Sedan even though my mind was set on another Caravan (love minivans). The Altima drives smoothly. I’m ecstatic over the sunroof and am grateful for the safety features. I am quite satisfied with my Enterprise team starting with NaShaundra at the Ocean Springs rental location to Dre, Scott & Helen at the Sales Center in Mobile. I will highly recommend to others that Enterprise be the first stop when shopping for a vehicle.

Only way I would buy from them again is if they have the car of my dreams for half the price of anyone else. **UPDATE** Earlier this week the General Manager reached out to ask about and wanted more clarification as to the issues I had with their dealership. I explained to him exactly what happened and his explanation as to why I had the issue made sense and went a long way to soothe sensitive senseibities (can I use two very similar words right next to each other?), Oh well, it made me feel better because it seemed he genuinely cared about my issue and if they could they would have corrected it. I updated my review to 5 stars and we will buy from them again, if hes still the General Manager when we go into the market again for another vehicle.

They were very diligent in getting the truck I wanted delivered. Deandre Smith was a great salesperson and took care of everything rapidly. They never went into detail of what it meant if I co signed a car. They took advantage of my less of knowledge and conned me into cosigning a car that I now am completely responsible for. They are just interested in selling cars instead of being upfront an honest with you.

This was a horrible experience. We did a trade in. The car we wanted was in Georgia. Their is some sort of interdepartment competition with the stores so they lied to try to keep us from buying the car we wanted. They were called out on it and told to ship the vehicle. The next problem is they did not pay off the trade in vehicle within the legal time frame. Now our credit has dropped 150 points because it looks like a late payment. My advice if this happens to you is contact the better business bureau like we have and hope the issue gets corrected.

Hands down the best experience at a car dealership Ive had! My boyfriend recently purchased a 2018 Toyota Tacoma that we had transferred from the Orlando location. Ashley was so sweet and a pleasure to work with. Josh is one of the managers there and wasnt pushy at all when discussing the extended warranties they offered. At first my experience was awesome at mobile Alabama. I recieved my car faster then expected and it was great. Then it took forever for my tag to get transferred and now they keep calling me about having to redo paper work and taking off my extended warranty. I couldnt make it to Alabama so they said they would send someone to me to sign papers waited for 5 hours for them to show and nothing. So I texted and they said called me and then texted back again and said they called a different number. This is not a great experience. Im getting so aggravated with this place.

After months of shopping and comparing NO ONE could come close to the value, quality, price, and customer service that Enterprise delivered.
