Explained what was done to my car. Staff made sure my wait time was comfortable. Washed my car, clean it inside too which was greatly appreciated
This Jaguar dealership has very poor sales service. I tried to contact a sales person and no one got back to me. I requested online information and I did get an instantly generic spam email (see attached). I was hoping a sales person will call but it never happened. After a couple of days, I called and I was able to to talk to a sales rep who indicated that the car was sold even though the car is still listed available in their website. I am very disappointed that Jaguar has this type of sales service.

Levi W. showed me exceptional customer service. I came in looking for a car that ld seen online. Living and working in MS I didnt arrive till almost closing time (645 pm) so l rode around the lot looking for the vehicle. After not being able to locate the vehicle l just walked in to ask was it sold. Thankfully it wasnt, Levi no only found the vehicle, he made sure l was able to review it. The next day we stayed in contact via text and got everything together for purchase. Im so in love with my new Lexus ES 350. This will be my 4th purchase from a Joe Bullard dealership. We have been so pleased with the purchase of our 2017 Jaguar XF. Ben Payne was our salesman and he could not have treated us better. We were coming from Metairie LA to Mobile so he did a walk around video for us first over the phone. Once we got there he was very friendly and personable and took his time with us. Before we left, he made sure my phone was paired and I knew how to work all of the controls. Even though our car is a used car, it looks brand new inside and out and has such a perfect ride. David Menaker was also very nice and personable. I would definitely recommend them and go that far to buy from them again based on my experience. Our 3rd Jag! Atlanta 1992 ( XJ, Black )...Ft Lauderdale 1012 ( XK, Black) and Now Jaguar Gulf Coast 2020 for guess what; a Black F-Type Coupe! From the day I called Stephanie to the day we began woking with BEN ( ask for Ben as he has 26 years with the company ) and all the way thru closing with David.... the entire team answered every question and were always two steps ahead. We were looking for a particular F-Type Coupe and they found it for us and within 1 week it was here as promised. I dont expect any repairs, but we did take our previous XK for service twice here and were impressed. So all around, we can not say enough about the level of customer service that is displayed from everyone. Not to mention this was a long distance ( Florida ) transaction! If you have never or not been in a Jaguar lately, you are missing out... You just need to schedule a viewing and decide WHICH Jaguar you want... the ride is indescribable ! Again, Thank You Ben and the entire staff for making this every 10 year purchase a breeze...

David Menaker & Ryan Smith were Awesome today. David was my salesperson, and he went above & beyoond for me because he valued my business. Saw the Super Bowl ads for the F-Type Coupe and knew I had to add this car to my shopping list. Compared it with three other vehicles (BMW435i, Porsche Cayman S, Nissan Z) and the F-Type was clearly superior on overall performance, looks, features and value. I special ordered exactly the car I wanted. Took three months and with very little dealer-initiated communication from order to delivery (something I would change), but I picked up the car 3 weeks ago. It is fantastic in every way -- handles superbly when pushed (goes like the proverbial bat out of h*** - watch the speedo!) but is smooth and docile as an every day driving car as well. Many compliments and thumbs up from other drivers and passersby -- a beautiful car from every angle.B.J. called me in the morning to say the car had arrived and I picked it up that afternoon. The car was prepped, immaculate, and on display in the showroom when I arrived. A special shout out to Miranda for getting me through the paperwork quickly (and explaining it clearly) and looking for the best loan rate.If you are looking for a high performance luxury vehicle or just want to check out what the F-Type feels like to drive, this is the dealership to do it at.
