I’m originally from New Hampshirite, I’ve been having trouble finding a vehicle for me and the family. As soon as I walked in I was greeted with kindness. Everyone seemed pleasurable and very professional. I’ve been working with Mr. Cordero to find exactly what I wanted. He was very professional and knew a lot about the vehicles on the lot. He worked with me in everything I needed and the issues I’ve been having elsewhere. Definitely worth coming back. Haven’t found a place exactly like that. Most places seem to just go for money where as here they’re working with me and trying to get me in the exact car I want.
I’d really like to give ZERO STARS (but it won’t let me post without giving at least 1)I purchased a vehicle (2011 Jeep Grand Cherokee) from the Wilmington location. Great customer service. The sales department is TOP NOTCH!Service not so much. They lie to you about your car, the service advisors (Jenn and Chris) have no knowledge of vehicles other than Mitsubishi are horrible the stammer when they talk and are not very attentive to returning calls! I was told for 2 1/2 weeks my parts will be in in an hour, then crickets!! If I didn’t call I would have known my car had a recall and was sent to another dealership to preform the recall! Who does that with peoples property??? Then the technician working on my car quit or was fired who knows. But it seems he’s the ONLY one who had knowledge of my car?!? WHAT????! First it’s horrible customer service to lie to your clients. Even worse to punish me for my patience finally became non existent!!! Maybe they should close their service department until they can get adequate service advisors and technicians . I have been extremely patient! I bought my car in July!! I have been able to drive it for 3 weeks total time. It has taken me since July to lose my patience not 2 weeks, SINCE JULY 2021 it’s freaking OCTOBER! When I stated that, the service manager “Chris” rolled his eyes. I walked out of his office left and took back their loaner car. My car BETTER BE DONE ON WEDNESDAY! Otherwise I will contact my attorney!
Great experience!!! Jeff was extremely helpful. Paperwork was completed quickly and efficiently. The entire staff worked hard to get me the best deal possible on the vehicle that I actually wanted. It was a nice change of pace to not be told you can only do this vehicle. Jeff even called my insurance to have it switched over and gave me advice on how to even lower my insurance $50. I cant express my gratitude to the entire Bob Mills staff!!! Highly recommended.

I just recently went to Bob Mills Mitsubishi in Myrtle Beach to get my mirage serviced. I was treated by the utmost professionalism. I was greeted at the front desk by Chris who explained in detail the servicing I was to receive on my car that day. He answered any questions I had clearly. Furthermore the facility appeared very clean and had a nice waiting room with K cup coffees for guests. They also serviced my car promptly. I was greeted by a friendly employee Shawn in the waiting room while I waited for my car which made the time go easier. I have been to this dealership a few times as I reside in Myrtle Beach but this is my first written review. I do know how have been asked to fill out surveys by Mitsubishi prior via email which is a good thing as far as accountability. All in all I had a pleasant experience and looking I am sure I will record a future review in my future visits to Bob Mills Mitsubishi in Myrtle Beach.

Went to this lot because I got multiple calls that we got you finance just come by and check us out. Once there I only saw one vehicle I was interested in. They tried to get me in something I didnt want. So I left. Later that day got a call saying that the truck I wanted was mine just come do the paperwork. I couldnt at the time because of a VA appointment. Explained that to them. Got another call someone else was looking at the same vehicle. So I called this morning to find out it sold and they couldnt call me to let me know and they ran my credit 6 times on two vehicles I didnt even apply for. Ñever again will I even consider using this company.

The service was fast and the price for the oil change and tire rotation was great, They even gave me a free oil change voucher for the next oil change and washed my car, great people and great service.

She tries to find out everything she can and be accommodating when it comes to appointments, services, and details. I met Shaun Berthaut today the service ambassador and he was very nice. Went in trying to get car for a lower payment than what I was paying on a 2011 car from another dealer. Calvin helped me out by showing me an alternative solution. I was constantly buying/financing used cars( 3 in the last 6 years) and just dumping money into repairs/maintenance myself. Now, Im in a brand new 2020 vehicle and have peace of mind knowing that its under a very good and long warranty.
Great place and amazing service. I got five free oil changes when I bought my truck and they do a great job updating me when I’m due for another one (because I always forget to do it). Always update me with new deals and promotions that benefit me, like their Buy Back Program where they’ll evaluate your car/truck and buy it from you for a good deal. Called to make an appointment for my car for a routine oil change. Was given an appointment for that day. Whole thing was done in about an hour. Staff was friendly polite, very professional. Very satisfied. Will definitely go there again.
I called Mitsubishi because of an email advising me my warranty would be expiring soon and offering me a free 27 point inspection. Also my service engine light was staying on even after the gas cap was put on tight. I had been advised by Chris who made the appointment, that the light should go off after the cap it tightened and then driven 50 miles and it had been driven far more than that. I was asked to sign a form that said I would pay $177 for the diagnostics if it was that the light was on because of a loose gas cap..... that should have been my first warning!!! Of course afterward I was charged that $177! That gas cap was put on by my son in law who is a mechanic and for certain knows how to put a gas cap on. Later, when I questioned the exorbitant charge, Chris advised me that they need to charge for the technicians time and that they see about 18 of these a week! Obviously this is a system glitch on these vehicles and they have learned to make the most of it! I have been driving for over 50 years and this is the only vehicle I have EVER encountered that had this problem! The cap was put on by my son-in-law, who is a mechanic and fully aware of the need to tighten the cap. But, their service department is not very busy ( I had my pick of appointment times for the next day) so I guess they have to figure out a way to take advantage of people and make some money!
Jen Urban and Shawn Berthaut in the Service Department are AWESOME!!! I came from Charleston to get a recall fixed (so I paid nothing), yet both made me feel like a very valued customer. The Waiting Room was immaculately clean, there was a large coffee and hot chocolate selection (including Mint Hot Chocolate 😋)—And the restrooms were even tidy. If it wasnt such a drive, this would be my new place for all service matters because theyre Great. My car was even washed whilst there!!!
I do not have a Mitsubishi dealer in my area. I coincided a mini vacation with an appointment at Bob Mills Mitsubishi. I was apprehensive since I knew nothing of this dealership, but I had purchased my car used and felt it necessary to have the 30K mile maintenance performed at a dealer. The staff was courteous and friendly. The service was performed in a timely matter. I heard a different noise at pick-up and the service manager knew exactly what it was and had it corrected to my satisfaction even though it was no fault of theirs. I will gladly schedule another appointment at this dealership.
Bill found the perfect truck for me and made it fit my budget. I was really grateful to learn about their buy back program for my old truck. Great experience overall.

March 12th, I went to Bob Mills Mitsubishi to get a full service check to get an overall review on what was wrong with my car. Chris and the rest of the staff was very helpful. They made us feel at home. Chris let us know what the staff said was wrong with my car and before he came to talk to us he had everything priced and wrote out for us, and he even had an alternative just in case the price was too high for us and we’re very appreciative for that. From Christian setting my appointment at the time window I needed, to Chris receiving my car on service day( and making me aware of services and recommendations), to the garage crew completing my services quickly and throughly, to Shawn offering me Buy Back options and new customer referral programs. I took my car in for one of the free oil changes which came with my purchase of vehicle. When returned my Daytime Running light on my driver side was out. I told them it was not out when I brought my vehicle in for service. Took a little longer than I would have liked to resolved but in the end they installed a new bulb and gave me an oil change on them for my frustrations. Thanks for resolving the issue Amanda!
