Jacob Vinson and his team at Mercedes-Benz are wonderful! Wish I could give more than 5 stars for their professionalism, customer service, and honesty. As a young first time buyer they did not treat me any different than your normal customer and made me feel more than comfortable when making my decision. After I purchased my vehicle he managed to keep in touch to make sure I was happy! I look forward to purchasing my next vehicle with them. Thanks again to Mercedes for their superior business!
Mike Sclafani and the team at Mercedes Benz of Myrtle Beach have been amazing! I purchased one of their lower priced used vehicles, but was treated like I was buying one of the more expensive ones! From their response to the first email I sent requesting information on the car, to every other follow-up email, video, and text, I have received nothing less than five star customer service! No haggling & no pressure! Bought the car on Saturday & had the tags in my mailbox on Wednesday! Never received such prompt services from any other dealer! I would absolutely buy another vehicle from them and highly recommend their services to others.
Nick and Bryan service did an AWESOME job helping my daughter who was in Charleston over the weekend and had to be towed in! Don Clark kept me informed every step of the way. They quickly diagnosed the part and had it ordered and installed. Thanks for the INCREDIBLE service and help to get her back to Atlanta!Keep up the great work!
I was camping with my new Sprinter (used) but new to me, Diesel engine Navion and had 3 hours to drive to get home. The engine light came on and stayed on. I drove it to the dealership and Daniel Burke heard my concern and stepped up immediately. He scanned the van’s computer for a problem code and when it came back nondescript, took it into the bay for further diagnosis. They checked it out and couldn’t find anything serious. He was able to give me peace of mind to drive it home that afternoon. Thank you Daniel.
I’ve had the best car buying experience at Mercedes Benz Myrtle Beach. I live in Sumter and was looking to buy a car online. Michael Maely is the best. He was very courteous and patient throughout the car buying process. He walked me through every step. I will be sure to buy my next Mercedes from him in the future. I definitely would recommend him to anyone wanting to purchase a vehicle.
Staff is great and friendly but I won’t be going back service a was about 40 % more than at my previous dealer. Like I said staff is awesome but the price is kind of a rip off. Probably a good place to buy a car if you find the deal you want.
Excellent service carried it out there on a Saturday for when it would not go up and down had to wait a little while but they removed the problem excellent service
Mercedes Benz of Myrtle Beach is great! Ed, the salesman, sent me a personalized video of the car I was interested in before I risked driving 300 miles to look at the vehicle. The vehicle was in great shape. It was just as Ed had described it.The purchasing process was fast and easy. It was truely the most pleasurable buying experience Ive ever had. The team that helped me with the purchase was outstanding, as well. I highly recommend you go see Ed if youre looking for a new or used Mercedes or BMW.
First let me start that I live in New Jersey and I was willing to go all the way down to Myrtle Beach to get my Mercedes. I found it online. The salesman John Padula was very professional friendly . He made videos of the car and sent me all the information that was needed. I cannot say enough about this dealer. They were very Professional and accommodating to my needs. If you want a Mercedes this is the place to go for sales and service . They live up to the Mercedes Motto.THE BEST OR NOTHING!
I just purchased a MB E 400 Cabriolet from MB of MB 2 days ago. By far, one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had!!! My salesman,, Jacob Vinson, was AWESOME!!!! I called them from Greenville SC(4 hours away), sent pics of my trade, negotiated pricing and accepted the deal on 1 condition....I would be leaving Greenville at 5 am to to get there when they opened at 9 am, not spend hours at the dealership signing papers, waiting for the finance guy, whatever, like I have experienced in the past, because I was needing to leave there as quickly as possible and drive 2 hours to Charleston SC to get there before lunch at my wifes work to surprise her with her dream car and take her out to lunch for our anniversary!!!! Jacob assured me they could do that. I got there as planned, car was ready to go, quick inspection of it, then signed paperwork and I was on the road in 30 MINUTES!!!!!! I got there with time to spare and my wife was shockingly surprised!!! It was a huge success! In addition, Jacob had me a big red bow ready to put on the car for my wifes surprise! Like I said, these guys were on the ball and extremely impressive and professional!!! Jacob said after she got the car, if she has any questions or issues, he would remotely work with her. He has so far followed up 3 times in 3 days to make sure all is good!!! Next time I need a Mercedes or BMW, 4 hour drive is well worth it!!! Thank you guys!!!!
They are always very courteous and helpful when I bring my car in for repairs
Great location!!Service department is awesome!Great customer service...
I had a routine service scheduled for 2 weeks. My appointment was at 9am. I arrived at 8:45. I reviewed the service with the representative. I asked how long the service would take. He told me that this is 4 hour service. He marked 1:00 on my sheet and told me he would ask them to push to be completed at 1:00.Mercedes service is extremely expensive. Therefore, I would expect the price to reflect level of service provided. I spent hours at the dealership. I noticed most employees walk past customers with head down or looking at their phones. I think 1 employee said hello out of dozens that walked past throughout the day. No eye contact. By the expressions and body language of the employees I couldn’t tell if they were at work in a “high end” service store or if they were walking out of a wake..At 1:25, I had been waiting for 4 1/2 hours. At this time I had not had any updates. I had another appointment scheduled so I went to check on the progress. I asked the service representative that checked me in for an update. With a stunned look on his face, he said he would go check and come let me know. At 1:50, 25 minutes later, no one had checked in with me. So, I went back to check on the progress again.. “Any update?” I asked. The service representative looked absolutely shocked. He tried to speak.. Nothing came out.. “I just need an update so I can manage the rest of my day” I said . The representative was at a loss for words. About 10 seconds went buy. He managed to mumor “Sorry” twice .. Then I asked if they had a loaner car service . He looked around again and tried to gasp for air.. “Um, um, I, I can’t, Ahh.. I’m sorry ..?” He stammered. There was another service rep next to him. The other representative kept his head buried in his computer and never looked up once. “ Will it be ready today“? I asked .. “Oh, yes. He’s working on it now.” He replied ..At this point I feel like I am on a TV prank show.. 2:30 The service representative comes into the lounge and sits down next to me. “ do you want him to take a look at what’s causing all the lights that are coming on?” He asked. “What lights”, I replied. “The warning lights” he said. “ there are multiple warning lights that are coming on.” “ I have never seen a warning light come on and I’ve been driving the car”, I said . The Service representative replied, “Oh, ya. Oh, ya I didn’t see.. Hum ahhh, ya, ok.. I’ll go check on that “? Then he walked away .now at this point I’m thinking OK this kid may be new not very experienced need some training.. But, come on..2:45 he comes back in the lounge and sits down next to me. “ OK I found out the reason all the lights are coming on is because the battery”, he says . “ The battery is so low the next time you go to drive it it might not even start that’s why all the lights are coming on” he says. Now.., I have never seen one light come on in this car and it starts with no problem.. Then all of a sudden they’re telling me the battery is dead and there’s lights coming on… Ok, at this point I officially feel like I am in the twilight zone. They go on to tell me the battery is dead and it’s $435 to replace it.. I told them to jump it, or push it outside and I will jump it..I will never, come back to this place. Furthermore, I am selling my Mercedes. And, I will never buy a Mercedes again. I realize at this point customer service is nonexistent. But, from a Mercedes car dealership I would expect a little more. It took over 5 hours for scheduled service .. With no communication. And, when I get service done at Jiffy Lube for $40 they go over everything that they did to my vehicle. at Mercedes of Myrtle Beach they collected my $750 in hand me a piece of paper..
Our Sales Person... Michael Sclafani was excellent! He was Professional from the start of our Myrtle Beach Automotive Car Buying experience!Showed us all the fine features of the Pre-Owned Auto we were interested in... and walked us through the whole Buying experience with flying colors! If we ever Buy a BMW or Mercedes Benz Auto... we will be calling Michael! Thank you for the Experience! Motor on!
Don Clark and his team did an extraordinary job handling our account after my mothers death. They were fair and timely and their help during a difficult period was truly appreciated.
I decided to order a new car back in January and my local dealer in Charleston was unable to meet me at my price point so I gave the folks at Mercedes-Benz of Myrtle Beach a call. I was fortunate enough to get connected with Mike Maely who was absolutely wonderful to work with. We were able to work out a deal at my desired price point and he was very quick to respond to emails and answer all my questions whenever they came up throughout the process. He kept me up to date on build date, shipping vessel, and delivery from the port to the dealership. At pickup, he did a great job of teaching me the ins and outs of my new car and has checked in a few times over the past 2 weeks to make sure everything is going well. If youre looking for a new Mercedes or BMW, I highly recommend giving Mike a call and seeing what he can do for you. I will absolutely be talking to him in the future when Im back in the market for a new vehicle.
The service dept was kind enough to do a free car wash and give me a wheel cap, after finding out that my previous service with another dealer in mercedes did not get completed . They also did a free check up of my brake pads
Excellent service dept. The service director is top notch. Great techs here.
The best time ever at the service department with Vince the client/ customer service representative. I was traveling from Chicago down south when my benz started to experience issues, pulled to MB of Myrtle Beach, and Vince was the best customer service representative I have ever met. Service was prompt, staff was on the highest level beginning from customer service, techs, sales staff etc... Overall I never had a better service experience anywhere else than I received at the MB of Myrtle Beach. There was no rip offs or up selling of anything, all costs were up front and prices were extremely reasonable compare to Chicago prices. I would definitely recommend everyone in the area to come there for the service.
I recently had to bring my GLE in for warranty work and found MBoMB to be a pleasure to do business with, they left me with a confident feeling. The work was done fast and efficient. I also had a routine service done while the car was there and was pleasantly surprised at how much less the prices were compared to my hometown Boston dealer. Highly recommend this service dept.
Bought a used chrysler 300s from these guys. Lived in another state and Mike handled it all for me over the phone and email. Very helpful and Im very pleased with the car
I travel for work and have been trying to get my car in for an airbag recall. I was going to have my wife drop the car off because they used to provide a ride home or to work if you work in the area, and would then pick you up when your vehicle was ready. This was a great service. I could wait weeks for a loaner, but I just need a ride for my wife, because I cant be there. She takes care of my mother and needs to be there for her. The service manager tells me they discontinued the service Because Covid. This has become an excuse for businesses to reduce services and still charge the same. If they were interested in reducing the spread they wouldnt require yet another person to be out per vehicle drop off, when they had one or two who could use appropriate precautions to remain safe. So they can take my money as I also need a $1700.00 part in addition to the recall, and a B service (really expensive oil change), but they cant give my wife a ride home so she can take care of my mother. She has a car and doesnt need mine, and neither do I because I fly, and am never home. In the future I will not be buying a Mercedes, Because Covid. It breaks in the driveway anyway.
SECURITY ON SITE NICE SELECTION OF VEHICLES NRW AND USED. WILL KEEP IN MIND WHEN I AM GOING TO PURCHASE ANOTHER VEHICLE.
I will start out by saying its a Mercedes-Benz dealership so you would expect nothing less than the best and that is exactly what you get here at the Mercedes-Benz of Myrtle Beach. The staff is incredibly friendly the dealership is extremely clean and offers a great waiting room with coffee, sodas and snacks. They are very accommodating on getting you scheduled in even when they are booked quite solid I really appreciate all the help they had given me and getting my car in quickly and back on the road just as fast. I worked with their rep Ashley who was great and I highly recommend her if you ever need service here!
Mike G. was very helpful and informative. We look forward to seeing him again, once our lease is up.
Were great to work with. Service center was great.
I had our sprinter serviced by a MB dealer near us before leaving for Myrtle Beach. Told them to check the battery, as it felt weak when trying to start it. They said everything was fine. I accepted their answer and left.We arrived in Myrtle Beach and sure enough, we were left stranded at a restaurant because our van was dead.I called MB of Myrtle Beach. They could not have been nicer. They took our van in that very afternoon! They were courteous, professional and had a new battery in our van in one day.The kicker was, they didnt even bill us, as it was under warranty still.Absolutely tremendous service. Thank you
I was looking for a 2015 s class and found this one of a kind for sale at a great price from Mercedes of Myrtle Beach over 700 miles away from me, so I called and spoke to Tim Rebe and he was right on with every detail. I spoke with Tim many times to make sure that everything was as per the add and he was spot on and answered every call and detail. I felt very comfortable with Tim and Matt and I was also buying this from a very reputable company. I then put a deposit down on the car and drove the 13 hours from CT. to get there. I am so glad I went with Mercedes of Myrtle Beach because they went above and beyond in providing the best service and the car was even better then I thought. I would highly recommend them to every one. Thank you Tim and Matt for making this such a dream come true.Matt C.
BEWARE THEY LIE! I leased a new suv from them about 5 months ago. The past week, I noticed that the tire sensors kept coming on with all different pressures. So I had my husband check the pressures. They were a pound or two off but nothing crazy. So the tire sensor alerts kept going off and figured it had to be reset. A day later, the pressure in the one tire went very low so I made an appointment to take it for service. I took it and they took it back and came back and told me I had multiple punctures. One in the tread, and one on the side wall. The lady at the service desk told me because there was multiple holes that I need a new tire $400. She also told me that they sent me a video of the tire with the punctures to my phone. Never got it until 9:50 tonight. I told her that I would take it somewhere else for another opinion. I am glad I did. One nail in tread, no other punctures. They plugged it, but the sensors are still going off and asking me if I want roadside assistance. Will be shopping for another vehicle this weekend. Will never buy a Mercedes again. Not worth it. And since I just received the video it shows that the other “puncture” was not even in the side wall and was a small pebble. Very unhappy. Will not return.
Always very clean. Was there this time to pick up a neighbor for her car repair. Was waiting as promised.
Very good she covered everything I needed
Great service
Lauren loves don
Always great
Bought my Glk350 in when the engine light came on. Took it to a local auto parts store for a plug in diagnostics report. It stated a part was bad. Took it to Myrtle Beach Mercedes and they did a diagnosis and determined the computer just needed a reset. Very honest and had a great technician who sent a video review. Highly recommend this dealer.
Good dealer
This is my first and last time purchasing a Mercedes-Benz from this dealership. This is the first time I’ve purchased a car and the dealership not be willing to work with you on mechanical issues that arise when the car is driven less than 2k miles after the sale. I wish I read Mr. Sullivan’s “attn. to veterans”. You would think with the pandemic and the difficulty in doing your due diligence they would be more understanding. Not these folks. It has always been a dream to own a Mercedes. But, now it’s more like a nightmare. I deeply regret this purchase. Its been a little over 2 weeks and five different lights are illuminated, the gps antenna needs to be replaced, and there is an audio issue already. Might I add that the lights came on in less than 24 hours of having the audio issue and gps assessed. I wondered why not even a complimentary 30 day/1,000 mile warranty was offered, but I thought I purchased a fairly new car so I didn’t hold that against the salesperson (I should’ve requested another representative). Now I see why. You expect more from a luxury dealer. All I can do is pray that they actually fix the problem properly without making another domino drop. Although this is 2020, in the world we’re currently living in I am well aware of the politics of the times. Frankly, go to a dealer that treats everybody with dignity and respect.***I am well aware of the risks of purchasing a used vehicle, but had I known that I would have to get this car fixed in 2 and a half weeks of ownership I would have went elsewhere. I still would not recommend this dealership to ANYBODY that will listen. Now I’m told that I need to replace the sway bars and links($783). Wowed!! Wish I kept my Lexus!!***(By the way, the audio obviously wasn’t assessed properly the speaker was blown at purchase. Same for the sway bars. I have the messages that show the date and time I contacted Corbin about the speaker. (Salesperson)).
GABRIELLA MOREA the best Sales Consultant in the USA.
I couldn’t get her name but the lady in the service was really nice! She helped us to get our light engine checked real quick. Thank you!
Ashley did quite well
Michael was exceptional he sold me my new Honda Im very happy Mercedes treated me like family better then the Honda dealer thank you I look forward to seeing you again
Working with Michael he’s been a great salesman highly recommend asking for him on your next inquiry. We will defiantly be doing business soon
We love the cars we got there and theyre very dependable. The Service Department is very friendly when we get our routine service. The sales people are quite helpful.
First off let me tell you this Dealership is amazing!! The entire building is crystal clear and you don’t feel like you are in a “dealership”. Very impressive..what was even more impressive, was the customer service from the Parts Department. Kevin Dial listened to my concerns about my windshield wipers, came and took a look at my car and suggested the wipers he recommended. They are working GREAT!! Big thanks to Kevin Dial for being so helpful!!!
Nice dealership prices soso
I work in Highline Automotive with Lamborghini, and the car sales is my life. These guys really know how to give an incredible experience for the buying process. I drove down from Virginia for a very specific car that they had, and everything was ready to go the moment I got there. They are fair on price, interest, and accessories in the finance office. My new car is absolutely stunning, and I give them credit for making it that way!I’d like to thank John (General Sales Manager), Thomas (Sales Rep) and Matt (Finance Director) For working so well with me and giving me a phenomenal experience. Five stars all around! Even enough for me to come back and purchase cars with them again, even with it being a seven hour drive.
When you have an appointment for service they are very good. they want you do go on the website to get appointment which drives me crazy because i can never get it done.
Great dealership, great staff. Super friendly and helpful
My employer has a fleet of Mercedes Sprinter Vans and some box trucks. Had an issue that the diagnostic team found and fixed. Squeezed me in short notice. Excellent people.
I love this dealership! Ed is best for sales and Art is best in service. I love the comfort and no pressure and the way the care and take care of you
I have never been treated so carelessly as a customer. I stopped in to look at a new GLC350. Upon entering the dealership I was not greeted or welcomed by Wendy the receptionist. She was much too involved in her computer. I ask to see someone in sales. I was told Michael would be right out. My wife and I walked around the showroom and actually sat in two of the vehicles in the showroom. No Michael. We walked outside to find the GLC350 on our own and never saw Michael. I called back into the dealership and Wendy informed me Michael was at her desk waiting. I asked couldn’t he come outside or if he was an inside salesman only. I found Wendy to be quite rude I called back and spoke to Don Clark a sales manager. I explained the entire situation. He grunted and never spoke until I told him I was hanging up because no one cared about my experience. His response. “I do. If there’s anything I can do, let me know”. The attitude of the entire dealership was non caring and nonchalant toward me as a customer.I guess the car sales in Myrtle Beach are so good, they didn’t need the $63k a new GLC350 would bring.I will return to MERCEDES BENZ OF RALEIGH where I was treated like a valued customer and have been treated that way for almost three years now. Myrtle Beach Mercedes could learn a few things from the Raleigh dealership.
People in front for service are great. No luck with actual mechanics! Was told brakes in good shape one visit, next visit need to replace brakessoon. Was told another problem (Sensing Module))fixed, drove off the property afterwords not fixed. Thinks its time to try another brand...Going to miss HER!
Very professional. Very good service.
Sat in the showroom and outside looking at a Shelby mustang to buy cash but no one would wait on me Extremely poor customer service
Went in, looked the sales person in the eye immediately when I walked in.No one came to assist.I’ve worked at dealerships and bought a few cars before.I’ve never had to request a sales rep.Somehow they ran my credit and obtained price/payment without me touching a pen or credit app. Then I was presented with an outrageous deal where they were expecting me to pay more than 60% down for a used vehicle.I guess that’s what happens when you go to a Mercedes dealership to buy a Ford.Sales Rep: Steve Todd
Worked with Kevin Dial recently. Kevin has been in the business almost 20 years and his professionalism is unmatched. He goes above and beyond for his customers! Having lived in the Grand Strand Area most of his career, he has lots of connections. If you are looking for great service, and an incredible parts man ... Kevin Dial is your man!
I was very impressed with my salesperson, Ali, as she was very knowledgeable about the car and all of my options. She understood what I needed and was able to meet those needs in the vehicle that I purchased. Everyone I met was helpful and attentive and helped the process go smoothly. I would recommend this dealership to anyone in the market for a Mercedes!
On Monday I went there to look at the inventory. Parked my car. Walked down every isle and looked I’m most cars and not one person even acknowledged that I was there. Interesting!!!! Hmmmmm
These folks are awesome! We were traveling from Charleston to Wilmington on a tight deadline when we got a flat tire. We nursed the runflat tire from Georgetown. Vick and his team got us in, replaced the tire and had us on our way within 30 minutes.
Had a good experience. I have a Sprinter that was having a battery charging issue. After spending time finding the problem, Mark had my external warranty company pay for a good portion of the bill. I appreciated that. Thank You
Attn Veterans** If I could give 0 stars as a rating I would. First and foremost customer service is 100% expected when working with a dealership and these folks know nothing about that. From a text from the salesman trying to make me feel bad for him having to cancel his sons 3month check up is absurd, and flat out rude. Being told multiple times this week my vehicle would be delivered and then it changed to, “oh, well until we get cash in our account from USAA we will not release the vehicle to you.” This has been going on since Tuesday and it is now Saturday. There was a finance issue, and my girlfriend and I made up the difference with our card to get this vehicle. Also gave this dealership the deposit number that everything was done on our end and USAA’s end, and they still will not let me pick up my vehicle I purchased and have an active loan on now until next week when they receive the hard cash from USAA. Being an active duty Marine I don’t have all the time in the world to get this vehicle, and if it wasn’t as rare of a family vehicle as it is I would’ve walked since Wednesday! Steer clear of these grimy folks at Mercedes/BMW of Myrtle Beach. If you want good service and business I’d highly suggest going elsewhere unless you wanna play into their BS games. All I can do now is get screwed and wait for funds to clear for them since all documents have been signed and my bank has wired the money.
Lost my key I was traveling I went there towed my car there they gave me the key within one day great place very nice and helpful people
I just recently purchased my third car from this dealership. J.W. Brigman was the salesperson who assisted me and helped me find the car I wanted; he was great helping and answered any questions I had and was awesome to work with.Robby Pihota assisted with the financing and he really made it quick and simple; never pushing extras on you like some other dealerships.Overall it was a great experience. Thanks to all involved.
Count on this dealer for misrepresentation online and in person.Read every single word of anything you are asked to sign. There are other sources for used Mercedes which might be depended upon to present accurate information and treat your valid concerns with responsiveness and respect, instead of the Im sorry you feel that way non responsibility taking. When a merchant thinks he can get rid of you with blowing you off and fancy verbal tap dancing, he learns that he can get away with a lot......maybe.Read some of the other reviews.I am not the only unhappy customer at this dealership.
Y they took really good care of us and sent us on our way much faster than I had ever dreamed of. Everyone was so friendly and so nice to our boxer dog too 🍾🐶🐾
I would rate this dealer as two stars for excellent used auto and exceptional sales/management personnel. But the last three stars I would withhold due to a deceptive sales tactic used on my last purchase-a 2014 e350 in July of 2018. Salesman pitched the auto had four brand new tires-info which I relied on when negotiating price! Turned out one tire failed to hold air as it had remnants of a nail and a sloppy fix (patch/plug attempt ground down the cords and not further fixable). So this brand new tire cost me $350 to replace! At this dealer, Caveat Emptor is the rule for any buyer.
Great customer service.
Took my RV on a MB sprinter chassis in for repair due to air in the brake line. It has 3200 miles and air in the brake lines. MB makes poor quality product.MB of myrtle beach sis not updating me on the status of the repair. When I asked the following day, Vincent the service advisor didn’t want to know and did not want to be bothered telling me he was too busy with other customers. He then found out the repair was done and completed the paper work but told me he lost the keys to the RV. When I asked him to look for them he said he was with another important customer and their time was valuable.Lesson learned- don’t buy a mercedes unless you enjoy visiting the dealership and avoid MB of Myrtle Beach at all cost.
This is a good place with to fierce German automaker competitors under one room. Nice to see the two can work together!
Great experience and no pressure atmosphere. I was not planning on buying a car. Just looking and they made me a deal I could not refuse. Thanks for the great service and staying late.
Terrible experience. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM HERE. They AGREED on a deal on Mercedes Benz E300, got my credit card number, made me fill out a credit app, send me a message everything is good to go and asked when I can come pick up the car. They call me 7 hours later and tell me they sold the car to someone else at higher price AFTER THEY HAD MY CREDIT APP AND MY CREDIT CARD NUMBER THE NIGHT BEFORE. Never in my previous car buying experience I have seen a dealership fall this low to make few extra bucks after committing and getting all my personal information. PLEASE DONT PROVIDE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THIS PEOPLE, THEY WILL PLAY YOU EVERY WAY. Sales person Gabby hanged up on me when I asked why they would get my info and than sell it to someone else. Still have not heard from anyone. I WISHED I HAD LOOKED AT OTHER REVIEWS BEFORE NEGOTIATING WITH THEM, AS THERE ARE OTHER PEOPLE WITH SAME EXPERIENCE!! PLEASE PLEASE BE CAREFUL
Extremely professional and genuine customer service reps. The management, not so much. The dealership has recently been taken over by new management from Atlanta and so far have proven to be rude and unprofessional. Many of the employees have expressed the negative change in atmosphere and you can sense it upon walking in. Since the change over, its been like pulling teeth for anything other than basic customer care and consideration. Sad to see the brand (locally atleast) fall off like this.
Don’t trust these people....They damaged my car in shop and I spend my $$$$ . If I can spend $65000 to buy car I can spend $1000 for paint, if u are not white you are not WRIGHT. Again DO NOT TRUST THIS DEALERSHIP.....
If you like paying too much to rude personnel who’d obviously rather be elsewhere, this place is for you. Beautiful facility filled with attitude challenged employees, which speaks to management. It’s not that much of a drive to Wilmington or Charleston.
Took vehicle in for factory recall and to return lost key fob to get credit card credit. Everyone was helpful and courteous. Dealership can always be counted on for a pleasant experience.
I had my car serviced here Oct.25 very easy to schedule. Check in and check out was great. Service called afterwards to make sure I was a satisfied customer and I am. Sent my husband there to schedule his service.
Helpful bunch
GO SEE MR.DIALS IN THE PARTS DEPARTMENT, GREAT GUY....PRETTY HANDSOME TOO!!
Was ok
My wife had a terrible experience with the service department at Mercedes. Terrible service that doesnt meet the standards of Mercedes Benz. Im out of the country on business and heard how my wife was treated by the service department. I would never recommend them to anyone. I have owned Mercedes for over 15 years and counting and never seen or heard of such terrible service. I hope the GM realizes that his service department is garbage.
The auto service department was great in taking care of an unexpected problem while on a short visit to Myrtle Beach. I can not say the same for the pre- owned car sales department. They were slow and unresponsive and sold a car we had expressed interest in without giving us any notice. Very disappointed in this tactic.
Please read before deciding to purchase a vehicle through this dealership! Mercedes makes a wonderful vehicle however this dealership will make you fall out of love with the Mercedes experience. My brother bought his car after giving them asking price, didnt haggle however they tried to put an extra $500 charge on the final sale the explicit listed online is included in the price. Should have taken that as a hint however they moved forward and took that off. His test drive for the car was less than a mile before he was told to return to the dealership. The car broke down the day he received it as well as had a leaking tire which he found out very shortly after he left the dealership. He was not able to obtain service records or anything through the dealership, HOWEVER a different dealership that had no skin in the game with the car sent the service records for the car almost immediately after speaking with them. He spoke with the GM for a little where they decided to tow it from his local Mercedes dealership four and a half hours back to Myrtle Beach because they knew the car better. That being said they said they would cover the towing. A MONTH later and that is not the case. They have been unresponsive, short, and arguably worse customer service than a poorly run McDonalds. The management would pass messages through other people to avoid speaking to me as well, so there was no direct communication besides the emails and voicemails he left that WERE NEVER responded to. They are absolute con artists, only want your money and do not care about your experience or how you feel about your car. Mercedes should really look into pulling their brand from this dealership. Save yourself and buy a car from somewhere you can trust and wants you to have the best Mercedes experience possible. He loves the car but has already had to go fix numerous things with the car since having it by taking it to someone who knows what they are doing! BE AWARE!

Should have taken that as a hint however they moved forward and took that off. My test drive for the car was less than a mile before I was told to return to the dealership. The car broke down the day I received it as well as had a leaking tire which I found out very shortly after I left the dealership. I was not able to obtain service records or anything through the dealership, HOWEVER a different dealership that had no skin in the game with my car sent my the service records for my car almost immediately after speaking with them. I spoke with the GM for a little where they decided to tow it from my local Mercedes dealership four and a half hours back to Myrtle Beach because they knew the car better. That being said they said they would cover the towing. A MONTH later and that is not the case. They have been unresponsive, short, and arguably worst customer service than a poorly run McDonalds. The management would pass messages through other people to avoid speaking to me as well, so there was no direct communication besides the emails and voicemails I left that WERE NEVER responded to. They are absolute con artists, only want your money and do not care about your experience or how you feel about your car. Mercedes should really look into pulling their brand from this dealership. Save yourself and buy a car from somewhere you can trust and wants you to have the best Mercedes experience possible. I love my car but have already had to go fix numerous things with the car since having it by taking it to someone who knows what they are doing!EDIT FROM OWNERS RESPONSE:If I was able to test drive the car for more than a mile I might have had the check engine light come on before I purchased the vehicle. If by NUMEROUS exchanges you mean me sending emails and phone calls that were not returned I would agree. The email you decided to attach is not the final email sent to the dealership and I did NOT RECEIVE THE CAR THE NEXT DAY EITHER. Not to mention no phone call was received from the person this email was to. In regards to mounting the tires, there was no exchange that I would be charged to have them mounted as Discount Tire mounts, changes, balances tires for free I figured if it wasnt complimentary you would communicate the price to mount and dismount tires. You also managed to take the valve stems out of the other rims and not replace them, where is my reimbursement for new valve stems, or how about the fact that you couldnt even have your employees push the tires back on the rim they just left them partially on. Yet again it comes down to the lack of communication. Instead of admitting the fault and trying to improve you guys continue to deny that there is a problem. That is not a method for success or having return customers! The fact that the most communication I have had is through a Google Review should also say something!
Super impressed with the customer service I received from Kevin Dial in the parts department! I definitely will recommend them to family and friends!
The salesman and I test drove a s550 (best driving car I’ve ever driven) while my friend was making the purchase on another car. Awesome experience!!!

Awesome place took my car there was having so many problems with Bob king in wilmington nc that I decided to go here it was the best decision I made they listened to me and they found the problems and fixed it. Bob king said there was nothing wrong.I now have a new engine ....thank you myrtle beach mercedes Benz you are awesome. Great staff great experience
Ive been there multiple times only cause i like to get my oil change at dealership, everytime they wanna change something doesnt need to be replaced,if u make so much and u dont care about it, thats your spot other than that ask around and get your car fixed somewhere else.
On a business trip and experienced an issue that was diagnosed and corrected within 24 hours.Incredible Customer Service throughout the process; could not be happier with the way my issue was handled and resolved.
Sales team was awesome and quick when I purchased my car last year. However the service team is what just recently won me over as a life time customer. My car is a certified pre-owned and they treated me as if I just purchased a new car. All the work was done quick and the car was always brought back clean. There was a slight misunderstanding but it in no way impacted the quality of service I received. They made having my car maintenanced very convenient for me. I recommend all my friends and family to purchase at Myrtle Beach Mercedes!
An absolute joke!If you find an option even if it comes at a price take it.Principles, integrity, accountability or morals are NOT words that you would associate with this dealership and their staff.I bought a preowned Mercedes from them and thought it would be a nice idea to drive it back to Dc visiting family along the way. This of course is after I repeatedly asked their salesman Benson Banks (B.D) if the vehicle had any mechanical issues-because if it did I could simply have it shipped. He assured me that it would be fine, this of course is despite me explaining that if was to buy a plane ticket I’d have an 8hour/700 mile drive ahead of me.Had this been some used car lot I would request a diagnostic but since this was Mercedes I figured that the name stood for something. Not with these clowns.Within a hundred miles the check engine came on followed by an AdBlue 10 Remaining starts that would shutdown the vehicle after you started the engine 10 times. Not knowing what it meant and not wanting to be stuck somewhere off the 95 I called the dealership.Bd being BD didn’t even have the guts to come to the phone. When i finally got a hold of the sales manager his answer was I don’t fix em I just sell em.Needless to say the vehicle broke down and I had it towed. When I got it to my local Mercedes dealership they told me that someone had recently reset the check engine light and the Adblue signal.Resetting the check engine light on a vehicle can be done in any whole in the wall but resetting the check engine light and removing the Adblue signal can only be done by Mercedes.Spoke to the GM who clearly didn’t want to stand by his brand. When I called MB Usa (corporate) I was told that Mercedes Myrtle beach was an independent family owned dealership and that they were not associated with them so good luck to the rest of you that’s betting on them because they have the name.Come to find out I bought a vehicle with a bad fuel pump, two Nox sensors that were out and couple of other things.I’m not upset about getting the vehicle fixed because my local dealership took it upon themselves to give me one hell of a discount and correct what “Myrtle Beach Mercedes” didn’t have the integrity to do.Thank GOD for MileOne Mercedes in MarylandI’m upset because the salesman lied.I had already bought the car.He could’ve simply said you know what.Given that it’s preowned,I think it would be best to ship it to you.Avoid them!Youd have better luck getting something out of Kiev!
My friend just bought a Mercedes Benz that needed a window. she was told by this dealership it would cost $450 and take 4 days till it got here and got installed, it has now been 13 days and they are ready to install it at the price of $450. she was told last week the window came in damaged and they would have to push back the install date and that they would give her a $200 discount for her inconvenience, so she put down a deposit. now all the sudden her husband gets a call from them today telling her that she not getting the discount. she is a very un happy customer at this point. I hope they will correct this issue because she was planning on having them do a oil change as well.
