I cannot in good faith recommend this location. My phone was delivered to the store on Monday. I went in on Tuesday and was told it was not there. I was told Tony that ordered my phone would call when it was available. He did not. I called to confirm it was in on Thursday. Went to pick up phone and trade in old phone. Nothing was said about the trade or filling out any paperwork. Now it appears I must pay full price for new phone. Don’t trust the staff. Be sure to ask plenty of questions.

Cody was awesome! Many of the functions on my iPhone stopped working and I couldn’t turn it off. Cody was able to reset it and also helped me get a new tablet. He also moved me to a more cost effective plan! I had to wait about 5-10 minutes because they were busy, but well worth the wait! WAY faster than going to the Apple store!!! Kudos Cody!

Excellent customer service!! I was greeted immediately by Tony. He was very friendly, super knowledgeable and went out of his way to help me. All in all my visit to this TCC was fantastic. I highly recommend this location even If you don’t live in Carmel.

I had come to this store a few months ago and purchased phones. One of my discounts for my phone was not coming through Austin not only remembered helping me before but had my issue fixed within a week. Outstanding customer service as far as I am concerned with being honest, communicating, and fixing my issue. I strongly recommend working with Austin for any phone needs or Bill issues.

I have had bad experiences with Verizon in the past but Austin was the most knowledgeable and friendly representative that I have encountered. In a store full of people he made each of us feel taken care of. Will be upgrading at this location again because of his awesome customer service.

I was promised a Buy One Get One Free deal by a sales rep. I received the bill and the saw that the 2nd was not free on the billing statement. Tyler the District manager stated that he would make it right regardless for me. Over 2 months later, Tyler is NOT doing what he said he would do. I gave him over 2 months to fix it and now it is being escalated through the TCC Corporate store in Carmel. BE CAREFUL DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS LOCATION!!! THEY WILL LIE AND DECEIVE YOU!!!

Austin is amazing. Austin is definitely patient and very good at answering all your questions and doing whatever it takes to get the job done and makes customers happy. He definitely goes above and beyond.

I just wanted to say that with my unique situation with bringing over moving things from one carrier to vzw Cody kept at it until most of it is done and finishing they rest this weekend vs worrying about that sale at that time. Cody’s character is a welcomed way of handling customers and I will definitely be bringing any and all of my Verizon business to him.

Tonight I came in frustrated because another Verizon store told me false information. Luckily, there was this store down the street, so I stopped by to clarify some questions I still had. Tj helped me, and his customer service was phenomenal! He was articulate and I really appreciated his honesty. Visiting the other store on the opposite side of 37, made me have mixed feelings about Verizon as an entire company. But after talking to Tj, I feel more informed and confident about my future decisions regarding my phone plan. Definitely will be giving him my business from here on out!

The service rep was awesome and provided the detailed information I was looking for. However the store had no stock on anything I wanted. Disappointed they carried very little inventory.

Tommy(TJ) tricked my daughter and added 225.00 to her bill! He lied and gave her a more expensive tablet so he could get a bigger commission! Stay away from this store!!

Please take the extra 10 mins and drive to Hamilton Town Center for your Verizon needs. I stopped in yesterday to get a replacement case for my Galaxy phone. Salesperson not very knowledgeable. Also, neither employee inside wearing a mask. They are unable to order any accessories from this store. When I asked if they were a full service Verizon store the employee told me I was rude and could leave. Really?? Well, I did leave and found exactly what I needed at Hamilton Town Center Verizon. Also, HTC Verizon was going to arrange to have it delivered the next day if they didn’t have it. Thankfully, of all the Verizon stores I have ever visited, this is the only one where I have had an issue.

Couldnt add a line when we bought phones. Spent 5 hours there, had to come back multiple times, and they still go our plan incorrect. Did not credit our phone trade ins. Took multiple phone calls to correct. Employees poorly trained and unable to fix mistakes, only call tech support at Verizon. Bait and switch done with plan they said they would offer. When we called back claimed to not remember. I could have fixed faster on my own. Very bad experience stay away!

Horrible horrible. Physically in the store for more than 6 hours on multiple days and they couldnt figure out what THEY jacked up on my account. Now, a month+ later and my account is still wrong, no idea whats happening with my trade-ins, and people are clueless. I just keep getting a...yep...totally still working on it. Never never never again will I have anyone but an ACTUAL Verizon location do anything for my account.

Best Verizon store ever. Fixed my phone where the Kokomo store could not.

Really nice store, but we walked in (there were no other customers) and were not even acknowledged for at least 10 minutes. When the salesman finally did come over, he wasnt helpful and didnt seem like he cared about a sale at all. Left immediately and went to the Hamilton Town Center store and had a great experience. Will not be coming back here.

Looking at phones nowadays is nothing but a hassle. Im hoping for a better way someday but the way its going now, Im not making payments on a $600 phone! Stop telling me thats what I want.

Would highly recommend going to the victra Verizon in 32 by crown liquor and happy dragon. They catered my needs not their wants. I cant to this store and then went their and the experience was totally different. Dont go to this one.

Im not against Verizon but I had a terrible first visit to this particular store. I was the first one in the queue and still had to wait 20 minutes because there was only one employee working and the other employee had to run to the bank. The employee got back from the bank was sure that my Pixel 2XL (Verizon version) purchased through Google wasnt going to work and seemed to have a bad attitude. Guess he had a bad visit to the bank? Overall, just wasnt a good customer experience. Recommend trying a different Verizon store

Great staff. Helped me get an unlocked phone onto my account, was friendly, could answer questions, didnt try to super-aggressively push sales the way a lot of electronic retailers do. Saved me time, money, and a huge headache. Thanks axle.

We finally got fed up with AT&T, with a bait and switch gimmick at two different cellphone centers being the last straw. We switched to Verizon after over two decades with AT&T, got a fairly good deal on two Pixel XL cellphones and outstanding assistance with setup.

They were polite, but didnt go out of their way in the least to help me. I was stuck on the phone with corporate for an hour with the rep telling me what to say rather than calling on my behalf. 🙄 Left empty-handed. Boo. Wont go back.

They were very knowledgeable about my needs and polite.

I had purchased a screen protector from them last year. It has cracks in it and went to get it replaced due to having a lifetime guarantee on it. They didnt have any in stock, so they gave me a website to go to to order another. I would have thought since I purchased it their that they would have ordered a replacement for me. Guess not.
