Their customer service needs work. I ordered an arrangement online and called this store after the order was placed to confirm a delivery time of 5pm or later. The first gal that answered left me on hold for about 10 minutes. When she finally came back she said, we normally dont allow this but for you well make an exception because youre calling in advance. I was told the delivery would come after 5pm. This arrangement was for Mothers Day so I was ecstatic! Date of delivery arrives and instinct tells me to call to confirm. It was 2pm when I called and the second gal that answered said that they do not allow set delivery times for anyone, ever. After going back and forth, I am connected to the first gal who tells me, your order is out for delivery, it should be there in an hour dont worry EXCUSE ME? Thats exactly what I did NOT want because no one would be there to get the arrangement. The gal was not only not apologetic, but even tried to pivot and say that they told me their last delivery was at 4pm. HOW? All in all, their customer service was the worst and I will not be ordering from here again!

I walked in really excited to grab something for on the go. I was the only one in there and all of the refrigerators were empty. The girl was by herself cleaning. I asked for 2 smoothies and some fruit in a cone. She was friendly and asked what I wanted. She disappeared into the back for almost 10 minutes to get my stuff. She comes back out and yet again verifies what I wanted. Then proceeds to tell me that the menu they have is not accurate and they only have a few things. So I reordered. She disappears again for 5 minutes and comes back. She says she is going to ring me up. I ask for the 12pc box that is on special. She then tells me that it is false advertising and that isnt the right price. Well if thats the case take down the sign! So after she stares at the computer for another 5-10 minutes she said she is ready to make my smoothies. I say ok is the chocolate fruit ready my kid is very hungry and it has already been over 30 minutes. She says oh well Ill make your smoothie now and then I will get the fruit ready. It will take more time because she has to dip them and then they have to freeze for 4 minutes. What the hell were you doing in the back for so long if not already preparing the fruit. Never mind just give me my money back and I will go somewhere else. What a waste of time. She was nice but clearly not familiar with the menu and what was actually available.

Very mad i placed a order for delivery with 4day ahead of time. Only for them to mess it up and when i called to find out what happen they manager was like come pick it up like really after i paid to get it deliver you want me to go get it then she gives me a attitude. Never again first and last time.

Damn, was gonna place an order and saw all the negative reviews. Think Ill pass. Good job running your business.
