HORRIBLE customer service. TERRIBLE attitude. I will never go to this location again. Over the course of TWO days, I was given EVERY excuse in the book, by the kiosk manager, from; this is against store policy, Ill have to confirm this with my regional manager, and my favorite My credit card scanner doesnt work. Just to prevent me from returning sunglasses that I bought at another location two days prior. There was nothing physically wrong with the glasses, all I wanted to do was use a $20 off coupon. The only way I could do this was to return the original pair and buy a new pair at this location.I had to go all the way back to the original location, where I made my purchase, and they were more than happy to honor the HIP coupon. Thats what I call GREAT customer service, making the customer happy. They also mentioned that there were other customers that came to their store because they were dissatisfied with the service at the HIP.
The manager is AWESOME!!! She’s so helpful in finding the right pair for you. My family, friends, boyfriend and myself only shop with her!!
Would have purchased something but the woman who was at the counter was more occupied with her phone than any potential customer
I made a return here on 3/11/14, with Susan, not only did it take her 30 minutes to get the refund amount to show up correctly at the register, I also had to hear her complain about how much she disliked the new computer system, and how she did not like doing returns. It is now 13 business days later and the money STILL is not in my account. I have gone to the store twice to no avail, and have called the corporate office 3 times, with the promise that someone will call back- this never happens. I recieved a call from the territory manager, who also promised a call back- once again, this never happened. They now have the sunglases and my money, and all I have is a return reciept, and no one willing to look into the situation further. I understand the 135.00 isnt a lot of money, but it is the principle of the situation. It takes this company one business day to take the money out of the account, it should not take this long to refund a customer. This is my first purchase at ANY Sunglass Hut and will be my last. Stick to Solstice, they never provide a bad experience.

It is a lousy place I bought some glasses supposedly they had a guarantee and it turns out that it changed ownership or I dont know what the hell the guarantee is no longer valid for me, thats why its a terrible place
