Ordered my item by 12pm it was ready by 2pm. Engraving was perfect. The item was polished and the representative at the store where I picked up the item was fast and courteous. Overall I have no complaints. Keep up the good work.

While the products themselves look nice, most of them are more polish then actual quality. Also make sure to double check any engraving done for spelling errors, on more then one occasion I had to have them redo the engraving because of spelling errors by the personal working the engraver. :(

Good for last minute gift, tho its a bit pricey$$$$$.
