Pushy sales people and no price on display

Saw an ad about this mattress company for over 5years and this first actually got in contact with salesperson and asked questions about the mattresses and got more clear picture of how their products are. Even though I have not made purchase during my visit, I’ll definitely go back and purchase their product within a year.

John was very helpful, knowledgeable, and at no point did I feel pressured into making a purchase. Would highly recommend him to anyone interested in investing in a great product.

Not our cup of tea. Looking to replace a Hybrid mattress. We tried the Sleep Number mattress and could not find a comfortable spot. Technology seemed good but its just a glorified air mattress.

Sales girl was terrific! I even went home after first visit with two pillows that we thought were so comfy. However, the two I brought home were not as soft, too hard, hope they break in as too hard to sleep on for me. Still not sure of purchasing mattress as yet.

Actually got my mattress here a few years back. Its not for me. I kept it but wish I didnt. The people here at first were great but pushed my wife into spending 200 on some cover or somthing. When she called to return it the people were extremely rude to my wife. When I called them to talk to a manager he started getting brave on the phone. I offered to cut the mattress up and deliver it to them and talk to them face to face. Guy cowered on the phone and started to finally apologize for speaking to my wife the way he did. I was told bring the cover back for a refund and was offered a pillow. I didnt take it just wanted to make clear that you dont speak to people that way. Ill never be back and Ill never get one of these again.

Emely, our Sleep Expert was super knowledgeable, personable, and put up with my husbands silly jokes. I know this a well worth and well deserved investment and I cannot wait for our bed to arrive!

Worst customer service ever . MAKE sure you will return something that not working for you and dont take their advise in to try to fix JUST RETURN . I WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN spending $ 6000 and this what we get . This is so wrong . EVER AGAIN SHOP THIS STORE !!!!
