Excellent delivery of our sectional and tables. Great quality of the furniture. The store was great. We were able to order what we wanted both in store and catalog. And it looks great. I recommend them to everyone. They have better selection than some of the chain stores. The big chain stores have poor customer service. But these guys are willing to work with you.

Casa Eleganza is absolutely wonderful! I ordered a couch which was custom from Germany.... It took about 10 weeks but in the meantime the wonderful staff brought me a free of charge LOANER couch. Yes! You read that correctly. This loaner couch was practically brand new! Once my custom couch arrived, the wonderful store set up the delivery for the new unit and then to pick up the loaner. The delivery guys, Johnny and Gabe were beyond words amazing!!!! They were prompt, respectful and cleaned up after themselves! I cannot begin to explain how wonderful this entire experience was! Zak and Alex at the store have a customer for life ! A++++++++++++ service all around!!!!!!

I basically bought my entire living room from here and am extremely satisfied with my purchases. Got very good value for the quality (full leather), and the delivery was seamless. Our experience was excellent from the point of sale to delivery . Alex was our salesperson and he was amazing and went beyond the call of duty. So accommodating and so helpful . Our furniture was delivered yesterday and the two delivery men were also amazing . They called me an hour before they arrived, they gave suggestions on how to set up our furniture and they worked diligently until after hours in order to make sure our furniture was set up perfectly. Got a Nordholtz sofa from Casa after visiting other furniture stores along Rt 46. Great shopping experience. Excellent sales team and excellent white glove delivery. The delivery team was highly experienced and will listen to you. They are highly recommended and I would buy again from them. Lots of quality furniture to choose from.

We are upset about their services, unprofessional responses, and quality of the furniture. We had lots of complains about them. First of all, we finally got our furniture after 5 1/2 months of waiting which they promised us 3 months. They kept saying it was customized, and it took time to make it. On top of that, they had no control of country who made the furniture; they could not say anything to them to push the order. By the way, we ordered a customized sofa set from NORDIC, Germany. We paid about $4,500 for a set. We thought that the quality would be great, but they were not. We found out the fabric on the arm rests turn to wrinkle when we adjusted them. We did not think the similar sofa in the showroom was like that when we adjusted the arm rests. They are horribly looked. We sent an email to Paramus Mega Furniture, but it seemed that their server are down and cannot receive my email. We also sent it to Casa Eleganza where the warehouse is at, but we got no response after almost 2 weeks. We did not call them and complain, because we kind of know they could not fix them. They might would apologize. That is about it. What an experience!

I had wonderful experience with Casa Eleganza. They secured a COI promptly. My order was delivered within 7days. The delivery crew set up my dining set exactly where I needed it. They discarded all packaging garbage. Super professional. Very pleased with my purchase and customer services.

Our initial sales experience was wonderful. We saw a floor model that looked great, but the rep went above and beyond to allow us to customize with an upgraded leather, extend the piece, and tack on an ottoman for just a small upcharge.We ran into some complications with delays from the factory in Germany, and what was supposed to be a 3 month production and delivery process turned into more like 7. Despite the mishap, the staff at Casa Eleganza kept us informed throughout the process, and even threw in several additional items at very heavy discounts. They worked above and beyond to turn what could have been a miserable sale into what is now a loyal customer.
