Amazing furniture! We got our couch and absolutely LOVE it!! The delivery guys, Gabriel and Magno, were so amazing and professional and delivered our furniture as if it was their own. I don’t normally review but I felt that I had to share the amazing experience we had with this company! Highly recommend!!

Excellent furniture and diligent service.We bought a dining set and a living room from this store. It was a special order and it had to be manufactured and shipped from Germany. It took a while, naturally, and by the time the order was completed we had moved to Florida. The seller kept their promises: everything was delivered to our new Florida home promptly and intact. This is when we found out that one peace, the Chaise, just wouldn’t fit to our staircase. I refused to accept partial delivery and sent it back to NJ. Next day Zack, the manager, called me and assured that this will be taken care of. To my pleasant surprise, the truck with our furniture was back in two weeks and two guys arrived next day, took apart oversized peace and put it back together in our living room. Not even a scratch left! Really professional job by everyone, especially Zack - thank you very much.I would highly recommend this store if you want real quality European furniture and reliable service, they know how to handle complications too!

I have purchased a small dining table from this store and the only time they were nice was when I was paying for it. The table was supposed to be ready for pick up in 1 week but when I came to pick it up, they didn’t have it. Not only they didn’t call me to inform me the order will be delayed, they were very obviously very annoyed that I came to the store. I finally got received it a couple of weeks later and when I unpacked it, the legs of the table were completely corroded on the inside and the glass top was scratched all over. I called the store and after arguing and them being super rude saying that I damaged it, they agreed to come and replace it. Few weeks later, they came to replace the table with one that was in even worse shape. Called the store again and the owner got even more rude with me than before screaming and cursing at me. I requested a refund and wanted to return the table but big surprise - they don’t refund customers no matter what. This is the worst customer service experience of all times and I do not believe any of these 5 star reviews, it’s all got to be fake.

The entire experience was fantastic. Worked on completely furnishing my new home. From the first visit to the store to the installation of purchased pieces, the overall experience was fantastic. High level of diligence, very customer satisfaction oriented and extremely knowledgeable. Delivery of the furniture was just as smooth, installation was first class as well. The delivery was on time and the guys were friendly and professional. They arrived and introduced themselves before bringing anything inside. They also asked if we needed to move any furniture out of the dining room and helped us move out the chairs from our former set. They unwrapped the new pieces on the truck before brining inside. They put the table together and then took the time to make sure we knows how to extend the table and close it back! Excellent customer service!!

Had an amazing experience working with Zak, the owner in furnishing the master bedroom of my new apartment. He was honest, helpful, and diligent to make sure I was happy with everything. I ended up ordering a custom bed which was delayed due to Covid and he made sure I was set up in the meanwhile. The other pieces of furniture (dresser and nightstands) came the same week I placed the order. His delivery team was a pleasure to work with and were extremely sweet, making sure I was happy with my order and everything I needed was taken care of. Great experience, cannot wait to use them again when I have a bigger space to furnish one day!

Had a good experience with delivery of a bedroom set and living room set with Gabriel and Magao. They were very professional, came to my house during the delivery window, and were able to put my bedroom furniture together. Had great experience at the store. Loved the furniture. Our issues is with the delivery - while the delivery guys were very nice, they were definitely not careful enough. They set our bed and couch. I sat on both of them, and it seemed fine when the guys were there. While the bed is looking fine so far, the first time I sat on the recliner of the couch after they left, it gave in, detached from rest of the couch and I fell on the floor. The recliner was not properly attached to rest of the couch. The couch damaged our new hardwood floor. Be very very wary of their delivery.Update: just received a call from the owner who threatened me to remove this review. This is scary guys. Beware. Maybe thats why they dont have negative reviewsAnd just to respond to the owner: please read the review again before calling someone a lier. I never said they scratched the floor. I said after they left, the recliner came disassembled and floor got scratched. Regarding us having them move the couch, absolutely, I asked them to place it against the wall rather than right in the middle of my living room and they obliged. Look, mistakes can happen from anyone, and a simple apology or acceptance could go a long way. Instead of yelling at customers on the phone and asking them to remove the review, u could have just asked how can we help to make the situation better.

I had a really good experience here. The store looks small from the outside, but they have a lot, really nicely displayed, with a good number of items in stock. I bought a leather sectional on Saturday, they called me on Tuesday to advise that delivery had been scheduled for Wednesday (as Id requested) and gave me a 2-hour window. Then one of the delivery men even called me from the truck 1/2 hour before they were going to arrive, which I really appreciated. Once they got there, unloading, assembling and placement took hardly any time at all, and they were super nice and completely professional. Im so glad I found this place--Next time I need something Ill go there first!

This place is the best. After shopping the rest of the furniture stores up and down Route 17 and Route 4 we walked into Paramus furniture. My wife and I found a bedroom set that we loved and the price was much better than any of the other stores we looked in. Ismail and Zach are gentlemen, they provided excellent customer service, white glove delivery and honestly we couldnt be happier. We tried with 2 other online retailers who couldnt get the pieces of furniture we wanted, both telling us the items were backordered for over 2 months and Paramus was able to get the exact items and in record time! Even if you have to buy from this place DO NOT PAY CASH, they will ask the payment in cash, because you could dispute with your credit card company when you figure out the fake descriptions of the products. There are absolutely NO RETURNS, NO CANCELLATIONS and everything is FINAL sale. They lied about the quality, material types and the origin of the furniture.

I’ve been looking for a set of chairs for my dining room for several months, but I didn’t have enough luck to find something modern enough to complement my décor. - And then I’ve found Paramus Mega Furniture.I’ve saw several chairs on their website which I truly liked. I wasn’t sure about the color, as one of them was brown and I wasn’t sure if it’s more brownish or beige, so I emailed them and I’ve got a reply from Zack within 2 hours.I’ve decided to order 4 chairs and a matching table; ordered them on Friday morning and they were delivered next Tuesday.Overall I’m very satisfied with the my new dining set and I’m considering some to buy from them some new additions for my bedroom on Thanksgiving

We are upset about their services, unprofessional responses, and quality of the furniture. We had lots of complains about them. First of all, we finally got our furniture after 5 1/2 months of waiting which they promised us 3 months. They kept saying it was customized, and it took time to make it. On top of that, they had no control of country who made the furniture; they could not say anything to them to push the order. By the way, we ordered a customized sofa set from NORDIC, Germany. We paid about $4,500 for a set. We thought that the quality would be great, but they were not. We found out the fabric on the arm rests turn to wrinkle when we adjusted them. We did not think the similar sofa in the showroom was like that when we adjusted the arm rests. They are horribly looked. We sent an email to Paramus Mega Furniture, but it seemed that their server are down and cannot receive my email. We also sent it to Casa Eleganza where the warehouse is at, but we got no response after almost 2 weeks. We did not call them and complain, because we kind of know they could not fix them. They might would apologize. That is about it. What an experience! I attached some pictures.

God awful customer service. They were nice when i spent the money but my entire delivery didnt come. After that though I called multiple times and requested call backs after they followed up with they vendor they did not care. Finally they store told me to pick out any coffee table and they would give it to me without giving a numerical value after I asked for a total budget number. I picked one out and then the store gave me an attitude that the table cost too much. The worst part was the store talked down to me like i was stupid and even after I tried to explain to the store they never gave me an amount to spend and that since we bought a couch and table as a set we never got a separate cost for the table the store continued to talk down to me saying I didnt get their point after I explained i get what they are saying. Rude rude rude. they are not friendly and solely depend on selling online which is why i guess service can be mediocre since there is minimal customer contact. Will never purchase from here again. A year wait after a mistake they made and lack of concern Ill spend the extra money for good customer service.

Although my couch ( a custom order ) took some time past its expected date to arrive...I am in love. The nordholtz alpine sectional is comfortable, beautifully designed, and exceptional. I was lucky enough to find a sample of this couch at Paramus Furniture. The gentleman who took my order was super friendly and made me feel comfortable with my purchase. Super high quality and worth the wait. I feel like im in a movie theater now. Awesome!

Its a big trap and dont believe the customer service in the paramus store I had a bad experience .I order furniture and it tooks over 4 months to get the furniture if I call the store always have excuse about shipment stuck in Europe. Absolutely excellent service from end to end. Zach was great: he gave us personalized attention and did not hesitate to visit us at our home (on a weekend) with numerous product and color samples. We worked together to decide upon the best dimensions for the table and the styles for our stools and chairs and we absolutely love them. We bought Canadel custom furniture, which takes a few months to fabricate and with Zach informed us of well in advance of our considering the product line. Once we ordered, he even spoke with Canadel to try to expedite the order. Everything that was delivered came undamaged and in perfect working condition. Zach even followed up with a courtesy call to make sure that we were satisfied. This is an A+ outfit with A+ service and pricing.

SO Im looking at this TV stand that Ive been wanting. Found this store online with the same exact stand for much cheaper. I never buy from an online store until I do research on them first. So first off, let me tell you all this. Dont you think its funny all of the 5 stars refer to the (Owner) by name each time? Do you really think thats normal when giving feedback on a place??? I guarantee you those are fake reviews. I know by experience and investigating. Anyways. I call the store to get more info on the stand, and the picks up saying, Hello?. Doesnt even say the furniture stores name. So I was a bit confused and had to ask if this was the store. He said yea but asked if he could put me on hold so because hes on the phone. I said sure. He hung up on me. Tried calling back 15mins later wont pick up any of my calls. 30mins later still wouldnt pick up. Customer service is the poor quality the other reviews has said. This has NOT changed at all. This is a poor place of business.
