Went in today with the intention of placing an order. Was greeted by one of the sales people and I explained what I was looking for. Within 5 minutes of my being there she suggested I could find what I was looking for at Pottery Barn. She followed me closely around the store and at one point looked genuinely panicked when she lost site of me at the back of the store.

I cannot say enough good things about Roche Bobois in Paramus! You will not find high-end luxury furniture with unsurpassed quality like it anywhere else! BEAUTIFUL!!!! MODERN!!!! HIGH END!!!! From the moment we walked into the store until all of our purchases were complete, the entire staff treated us just perfectly! Cecilia, the designer we worked with, is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!!!! She guided us in picking out all of our custom appointments and designed renderings for each room! She has IMPECCABLE taste and truly helps you with every detail of your order! We highly recommend Roche Bobois for all of your home design needs... you will not be disappointed!!!

We like RB modern contemporary style and we choose all the items we needed.Very nice showroom of famous French Brands furniture. Great location in Paramus with own parking. The showroom is spacious, displayed many different furniture items, rugs, accessories. Huge selection in catalogs. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We got great service, being helped in excellent, professional, manner. The store designer understood all our needs and taste and gave us great ideas very quickly. They kept our file with floorplan and sketches from previous order we made 5 yrs ago in NYC, and it was easy to order all the items we needed at one day. We bought a lot of items to furnish our apartment and we will be coming back soon again for some accessories and for another big project! 👍🏻

Rashell, the manager is on top of everything, quick to always get things done.Cecilia helped me with every step of the process of the design and selection of the right pieces for my spaces. She also followed up with me in every aspect, from tracking my orders to scheduling my deliveries and after it all got delivered and set up.The waiting for the furniture is a little long (20 weeks) but this is normal when you buy high end furniture. She greeted me warmly and made me feel instantly at ease. She told me a brief history about the brand and it’s collections and invited me to take my time exploring without pestering me when I did. It was the perfect synergy that allowed me to think on my own about what direction I wanted to move to.When I’d finally focused in on what I wanted, that’s when LUCY’S innate understanding of space and design really shone. She was genuinely interested in getting exactly the right pieces for my home. We went over options together, sizes, fabrics working to create harmony in my space. Her indefatigable enthusiasm, keen insight, and clear love of what she does helped guide me through an exceptionally easy purchasing process.Roche Bobois is the pinnacle of modern furniture design. Every piece is as unique as it is beautiful.
